If you are looking for quality care with long term and lasting results I am recommending Enigma Medi Spa and Laser Center. I've done three hydra facials and kept up with my daily skin care regimens and I cannot begin to tell you how in a short space of 3 months my skin has changed. No more dark spots and uneven skin just smooth, even and toned!!!! I also do laser treatment for my underarms, I had severe ingrown hairs and was scared to do laser treatment. After the very first treatment I saw results. With every treatment I became more amazed ..no more ugly black bumps. Enigma is Simply amazing!!!!! I was once a skeptic, but now I am testimony. Laura, a medical esthetician that did my laser treatments is amazing!!!! She talks with you to see what are your issues, she studies your area of your concern. She takes her time to figure out the best option that is best for you. The staff is very professional and friendly. The results to me was perfection, I couldn’t stop smiling. So far I had 5 treatments on my full legs and 4 treatments on my underarms. Planning to sign up for the Brazilian. Laura is truly a professional that knows what she is doing; results “Master Piece. I LOVE Enigma Medi Spa! Dr. Mephis is so professional and friendly--explaining everything before I even ask. I hardly felt the botox needle when he administered them. And none of my friends noticed when I met them after. I've told a number of my older friends about him because they don't want that pulled look, and he has a really natural and soft touch. Enigma Spa is home! I have been going to Enigma Spa since 2018. The staff has Amazing customer service, the environment is peaceful and comfortable. I was so shocked they remembered who I was and by name, especially since I had took maternity leave from getting my waxes, lol. My wax sessions are never painful and are quick! My wax last me the full 4 weeks around the 5th week my little prickly hairs made an appearance. The Quality is tremendous!

I started my sessions at Enigma Plastic Surgery in city center. Dr. Goldenberg visibly changed my look and made me a happiest person. I had Lipo with BBL and had been advised to follow up with lymphatic drainage massage as the post care. City location is not providing that service and I was forced to go to NorthEast. Enigma Medi Spa & Laser Center gave me the best post care I could wish. They provide quality service! The staff is fabulous. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to my needs! Ana is my therapist here and the prices are really affordable! Thanks for making me beautiful! 💯 recommend

(Bustleton Location) Room could've been cleaned better & wipes or something should've been offered after wax. I had wax stuck to my pants that left me feeling very uncomfortable. Brazilian wax came out nice.. Just messy... After leaving this review I was contacted by staff from Enigma asking me to specify the location in which I received service. Told me that the updated location is in Center City. Said if I wanted to come in for a "FREE WAX" I was welcome. Nice of them but I seriously doubt ever returning.

My experience with Denisa at Enigma Medi Spa was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and takes a thoughtful approach to care for each client. She took the time to understand my needs and was able to recommend an effective skincare products regiment and a great plan for me. What's special about her is that she does not push you to do anything and respects your decision. I was recommended by my friend to do Ultherapy, which is Denisa’s specialty. She raves about the whole experience. If you aren't comfortable to get an injections that Dr Nick Mephis does at Enigma, she won't push you to do it. I opted to do the platelet rich plasma instead. She was very skillful and meticulous with the procedure. The result was so natural looking. My melasma was much improved, feeling more confident in my own skin. I loved doing the HydraFacial. After the whole experience, I felt my face so radiant, clean and younger looking. I can't wait to have the Coolifting facial done next time. Syreeta, nurse practitioner is a very professional that answered every question I had. I love her conservative approach to Botox so I didn't feel like I wouldn't look myself. She was very knowledgeable about the different cosmetic solutions to acne and hyperpigmentation, she took her time to explain everything . Was honest about what will actually work for my acne scars and jawline contouring and what will be a waste of money. The appointment was on time (which is always a concern nomatter which kind of doctors office you sit in), the optometrist was very knowledgeable, the store itself was bright and welcoming. Each session I had a different tech and they all were awesome! Today, I had Nancy and she was great! She was lovely and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The spa also sell products. I bought a numbing cream to use prior to each session, which helped a little. They were kind enough to instruct me on how to use it. Overall, it’s a great spa and I already referred my boyfriend and sister. 😀

Very good experience with having Restylane filler for my lips. It’s so nice to not have someone try to sell me more product and just do what I want done. I have had this before and I don’t want it over done. The physician did a great job. When a staff member interrupted our initial consult he actually politely told her “not now”. This was new to me because most places seem to always have some sort of drama and the actual paying customer gets to be last. They got me in and out which is important. There’s lots of little Med spas to go to and I will go back to this one.

I wanted to get laser for years but had a huge fear of the laser being super painful. After two years of putting it off I finally said ok and did it. My tech was AMAZING! She literally said it’s not so bad only a few areas you might feel it and that’s it. She was 100% spot on. 80% of the time I didn’t even feel a thing. They have this cool air while they are doing the area so you really don’t feel anything. If you are considering laser but are terrified like me, the pain is nothing compared to waxing. Waxing is the worst compared to laser. I can’t wait to see my end results!!! This was my first treatment but if it works I’ll be coming back for more! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I am SO glad I chose to get my laser hair removal at Enigma. I was so nervous and wanted to make sure I was spending my money wisely, and choosing a place that was safe and effective. Not only did they give me a great package based on what I wanted, they advised me on areas that wouldn’t be as effective, and addressed all of my concerns with expertise. Tip: don’t bother with Groupon, just go in for a consultation and tell them what you’re looking to do, they will work with you! And if you’ve ever had a bikini wax and could handle that, this will be a breeze.

My skin feels baby soft. The doctor was so friendly and Wow was he an expert in injections. I got lip injections with Restylane and Botox. It looks amazing and I didn’t feel much at all. I have gotten the most amazing facials here. At first, I was hesitant, but when I walked in the girls at the front desk told me not to worry. I absolutely loved my treatment! The lady, Natalie, was so gentle and sweet! I got the European deep cleansing facial to start with and I loved the service so much that I went on to do the cryo-facial. I absolutely love this place! My husband loves to get his massages done here too!

I absolutely love Engima Medi! I have had several different types of treatments there including laser hair removal for a few areas, laser vein removal & Kybella. It’s too early for me to see the full final results of my laser vein removal and Kybella treatments, but I can say that my laser hair removal treatments of 6 sessions in several areas on my body have produced excellent results! Helena the office manager is very thorough with the laser and so are the other technicians. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve never had to wait any longer than 10 minutes if on time for an appointment. Great prices and excellent results. Very satisfied so far and excited to see what results these treatments I recently receive yield! I am going to be booking more treatments in the near future!

I have been seeing Olga for years for my VelaShape when I need it. She is AMAZING, so kind and always honest about what’s best for treatments. I had my first session of SculpSure with her and she was great the entire time, already seeing results can’t wait to see full results in the 8-10 week mark. I have mixed feeling about this place so lets start with good ones. Technician, salon manager and laser procedure it self is really nice and i am more than happy. Place is clean and modern. But... Because its popular place and they have a lot of customers and clients every time i come for my appt i have to wait for at least 30 mins. Another strange thing about this place is their receptionist, despite the fact that they are calling everyone nice words they are not very professional. I had to cancel my appt because i was not feeling right and for them it was better to even charge me additional fees or to hold my appt and force me to come sick. I am glad salon manager is aware of situation we are living in and cancel my appt wihout charging me. So despite messed up situation i got in - salon is nice and services are good there.

Front desk didn’t document so I had to find receipt and prove how much I paid even though the buy again show it. Did everything she could twice to refuse me my credit: Just made it difficult for me. So get your money back instead would be easier. She tried to tell me service was much cheaper than Groupon price. Service is good, people are nice. Expensive .

Enigma is the best medical spa in the Tristate area! I can't imagine having a more stress-free experience. I've been a customer for months with my mother doing laser hair removal treatments, and finally decided to get a facial as well last week. Lydia first did my laser treatment, and then we did the facial. She was so kind, the facial felt fantastic, and I almost immediately saw results in my face. I ended up leaving with a pineapple enzyme scrub (which I highly recommend!) and a smile on my face. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks for a follow-up facial with her and my next laser appointment. Helen, the woman working at the front desk, was so incredibly kind to me, and was super helpful with all of my needs. Bought a groupon for skin tag removal here. I arrived about 20 minutes early and I walked in to a very crowded waiting room with many people walking in and out. The doctor took me back within 5 minutes and numbed me and sent me back to the waiting room to fill out the paper work. They then moved me to another waiting area to help with the crowding, where I sat for 45 minutes. The really overbook here and all the doctors share rooms so patients have to wait for a room to open up. Lydia was very nice, explained everything and did a wonderful job. Five stars for her but only three for the spa as a whole.

I have mixed feeling about this place. The positive is that their laser hair removal is affordable compared to other places in philly. I see results immediately, however after a few months everything tends to grow back. So im not sure if im just a hairy person or the laser isnt strong enough to fully kill follicle vs stunt growth. Technicians are also very friendly. The negative is that there is usually a wait and the girls miss spots on the body in large areas. Has happened with every session, there will be a patch of hair in my legs that will grow while the others fall. I think they need to mark large areas into sections instead of eyeballing it. But this would increase service time so it most likely wont be implemented.

I just left my second appointment for laser hair removal on my under arm area. I am highly satisfied. Before my first appointment I had a huge hair bump which caused pain and discomfort. After my 20 minutes appointment with the Dorina the bump was gone the following day. I had hair falling off after growing in and no more bumps. I chose not to shave until right before my next appointment. Even though I wasn't shaving, I still did not grow a lot of hair, nor did the hair grow long. I am very happy with the decision to get laser hair removal. This is a great place to take advantage of this Groupon offer! Also I was told they match Groupon if you want to skip the middle man.
