My experience with Milan was fantastic! I went in for a free consultation on laser hair removal, and I am so excited to get the process started. Everyone in the building had fantastic customer service and did not hesitate to answer any and all of my many questions. Milan is running a crazy good sale right now that gets you 50% off of your first area and then 60% off of every additional area that you add. In order to start treatments, you do have to be at your base skin color. Because of my tanning bed use, I won’t be able to start treatments until December. :( Come December though, I am crazy excited to take advantage of the awesome deal that I purchased and be on my way to hair free!

I chose Milan because of the good reviews and because they have nurses who do the procedure so they can use a stronger laser. Growing up you hear all these rumors about laser hair removal and it makes you very uneasy. I had an incident that made it so I couldn’t shave. Went to pride and figured why not see about it? From the beginning Milan makes you feel comfortable. I’ve gone I think three times and hair growth has become minimal and I feel more confident than I have in two years! The staff are friendly, efficient and safety conscious. I’ve been to 3 different locations and would highly recommend any and all of them. Before committing, you should know that you can’t have sun exposure to the areas before or after a treatment. Be smart when you’re planning what areas you want to treat and when you want to start, and don’t get mad at the staff for enforcing that rule—it’s for your own safety. Again, highly recommend!

Krista the technician finished the facial and went ahead and offered to do the brazilian touch up as there was still time. I absolutely LOVE Milan Laser Hair Removal! I have PCOS and used to have to shave my face daily to prevent myself from having a full on man beard. I was very self conscious and it got to the point that looking in the mirror would bring tears to my eyes. I’ve been going to Milan for treatments since May of 2021 and I have had incredible results. I go in for treatments every five weeks and haven’t had to shave AT ALL until the day of my next appointment, as required. I would suggest having the medical provider who does the treatment, be a part of the consultation prior to money being given. After one treatment on my upper lip and chin, I noticed a HUGE difference to where I have only shaved once. Nothing has grown since I shaved. They say after 7-10 treatments, that people see a 80-95% decrease in hair growth. Well, I saw it after one treatment. It's nice that the treatment payment is for a LIFETIME but would be nice to have a flat fee and you can add a body part. For someone that only needs a few treatments on one area, then had invested money that isn't being well spent. But, that is my opinion. I do not regret having the treatment done. I have dealt with this facial hair growth for so long and I am so HAPPY with the results.

Wonderful experience with my removal process. I've finished treatment on my legs, and for a girl with very fair skin and dark hair my legs look smoother than shaving could ever accomplish. I was struggling with coarse, ingrown hairs and peppering under my skin mere hours after shaving. I didn't want to have to keep going in for waxing appointments and shaving obviously wasn't working for me. I decided to do a consultation and find out some information on the process and price to treat my upper legs. All of the staff were more than happy to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I really liked the fact that I'm paying for a lifetime guarantee. On average, it's supposed to take 7-10 sessions for the full effect to take place, but at Milan they know that hormones change and you may see some hair growth years down the road. If that every happens, I can just make an appointment to get it dealt with, without paying anything extra. The first treatment on my upper legs went so well, and I was so pleased with the immediate results (no more irritation or ingrown hairs!!), that I also decided to start treating my underarms. I've only been in for two treatments so far, but I love the results I'm seeing and I'm happy that I finally decided to pay for this! Great staff and services. I feel extremely welcomed and comfortable at this location. After talking with each staff member, it’s easily discerned that each one of them is well-trained and extremely knowledgeable in what they are doing. With each treatment, they always teach me more and more about the process of my treatments and how to ensure I get the most from them. Even with some of the more advanced treatments I’ve undergone, they have gone out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my services- especially since the later treatments can be a little more on the intense side. Their patience is truly phenomenal on some of those more intense treatments. In addition to the staff being so wonderful, the building and all of its facilities are well-kept, clean, and very well maintained. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good environment and good people all in one place, but you definitely get that here. TL;DR: Great staff, great services. 10/10 would do again.

Great people at a convenient location. I have my dad's thick hair and my mom's sensitive skin so shaving more than once a week was painful, but I ended up with a 5 o'clock shadow on my legs.
