I brought my 87 year old mother to have Dr. Darling remove some skin growths on my mom's face. At the beginning of the procedure, my mom suddenly started getting confused and panicked as she sometimes does in new situations. Fortunately, Dr. Darling and her assistant did a wonderful job of calming and reassuring her. We were able to get everything done that needed to get done. In the end, my mother was very pleased with how the appointment went and thanked them for their understanding.

Dr. Darling and staff are the best around. From checking in, meeting the nurse, talking with the Doctor, the exam, treatment and setting up the next appointment was a pleasant experience. Dr. Darling is very approachable and listen to my concerns and treated me with the utmost respect. Highly recommended!

Very good experience! I was happy Dr. Luckasen was able to do my melanoma removal at my first appointment since we had waited a month and a half to get in and had to drive 2 1/2 hours. It was very quick in and out but also very thorough. He answered all of our questions. And his nurse was awesome!! I was very leery going in but I was very happy with my outcome! Thank you Dr. Luckasen!!

I had a little trouble finding the building, but once inside, the doctor and staff were all nice and helpful about my concerns and questions. I was given intake forms in the mail to fill out well before my appointment. The procedure was fast and painless, and I was given thorough directions for after-care. Always great care. Sorry to see Dr. Luckasen retire. He took care of my mother. My wife sees him also annually. He has been my dermatologist for well over 35 years. Great doctor, wonderful person. He worked hard and deserves retirement . Enjoy your golf in Florida and think about us here this winter! Thank you for the great care you provided for my family!

Thank you for easing my fears and being professional. (Parking at the 42nd Street location was easy once I figured out which building/floor I needed and how to get to the parking garage.)

Very professional, and informative. They were also able to quickly accommodate me despite the fact that I was running late! Four stars simply because it was difficult to find the location that is out by 42nd and Farnam without having to call for further clarity, as the person I made the appointment with didn’t clarify location complexities when I scheduled.

I just had a red spot on my arm that didn't seem to heal. I made an appointment for 11 a.m. I saw Dr Papenfuss, had a biopsy done and was home by 11:45! The staff is so nice, Dr Papenfuss has earned my trust in the past few years. He's so quick getting the sample, and is very helpful if I have questions. I wouldn't change dermatologists for anything.

I was a little late yesterday due to difficulty getting a ride and the weather. I did call and inform the office I would be a little late and they told me that it would not be a problem. I got in to be seen faster than I expected to be seen. I did not have to wait long at all in the exam room before the doctor came it. I usually have a great experience when I visit this office.

Had basil cell skin cancer on both sides of face near my ears. Dr. Parker was my dermatologist who performed the appropriate surgery to remove both areas of the skin cancer. The procedures were done on two separate occasions as an outpatient in his clinic. He and his staff were spectacular. I experienced virtually no discomfort during and after the procedures. The surgical wounds healed incredibly fast and within a couple of weeks it was hard to even see the scarring. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Parker and his staff. I would highly recommend him and his staff for any needed medical care.

There was no waiting. Everyone there was so friendly and kind - explaining what they were going to do. They asked questions and gave me time to ask mine. I never felt rushed. They told me when they thought something would hurt or burn and gave very good instructions on how to take care of the wound once I got home. I would definitely recommend them. I felt like the dermatologist I saw didn’t really ask any questions or listen to what I wanted to say about what I was dealing with all he did was looked at me from his chair and made a prescription right away for what I needed which is totally fine I just didn’t get many answers or explanations for why I needed that or what to use on my face. Can anyone let me know what kind of face wash I should be using for my acne bc he said salicylic acid doesn’t help which is what I use. He said something simple like soap. I have a lot of skincare that Is all natural and I’m thinking to start using something for sensitive skin that is gentle.

Had to wait a bit, office was very busy. Dr. Lukasen was very efficient. Everyone in the office was cordial even though they appeared to be swamped. I would recommend this practice. If you need to be coddled, it might not be for you. I appreciate brief & to the point diagnosis.

Great experience. YES, the wait time seemed to be longer than expected...I waited approximately 20 mns past my appointment time before being called back. However, once I was back with the nurse and doctor I understood the wait. They actually take their time to listen to you and address your concerns. I left feeling reassured and most of all, like my skin issues were important to the doctor and staff. I would also like to mention that the 20 minutes I spent waiting past my appointment time, were 20 minutes spent listening to other patients talking about how much they love this office and the care they're receiving.

Visit was to have a mole removed. Process was done professionally as usual. Most impressive was how quickly I was in and out. Appt was for 8:15, and I was called at 8:15. I was on the road 20 mins later at 8:35.

Dr. Darling was a complete professional. From the initial biopsy done, to having the surgery to remove the skin cancer I had on my scalp. The attending nurse administering and prepping the area was also thorough in explaining and answering any questions. Wound healing nicely, stitches come out tomorrow and back to work. Looks like it should be minimal to no scarring. All such a relief that it wasn't worse. Get it checked if you are unsure!!
