Rosie is Amazing! I was a first time Brazilian waxing client and now I’ve seen her a few times! She lets you know each step of the process, talks to you to keep your mind off of the process as well and reminds you to breathe(: very quick and personable and just makes you feel at ease. Scheduling is easy and they send reminder texts as well. Sometimes you have the option to get in earlier than scheduled and they’re very easy going if you need to reschedule for any reason! Highly recommend!

hey ! i just want to start off saying i enjoy this place and will forever come here but unfortunately after today I have to find a new waxer (in building). ive been having my armpit and stomach done by this certain lady.. everyone i do get waxed by knows i hate getting plucked cause it makes me panic.. but for some reason today (which i think she got too comfortable) decides to pluck. i got startled and TOLD her no remember I don’t like plucking.. she responds “i know but I WANT TO or itll irritate me” … am i not your regular that’s states how plucking makes me feel?? that action made me feel sooo uncomfortable and upset. that is not professional and hope it is corrected because workers like that can ruin a business… BUT PLEASE DONT LET THIS RUN YOU AWAY lol. it is a awesome place I recommend DANIELLE she’s great !

I had been here a month prior and had a horrible experience. Had blister burns from wax being too hot and the service provider was not gentle in the least. I had burning pain for days after. After reading other reviews, I decided to give it another try with a different staff member. It was a night and day difference! Patricia was absolutely amazing! I’ve been waxing for two years now and this was the first time I’ve had zero pain during or after! I already booked out 3 more months with her. Highly recommend!!

I mostly have good experiences here. They usually do deals for new clients, also on occasions $10 deals when they are teaching new employees. I've only gotten Brazilians and my husband goes and gets a man's Brazilian. I think he has a lesser stellar experience than I. But we both continue coming as the price is decent.

Sometimes I go other places but I can always rely on Vanella to get me in last minute, do a great job with minimal pain, and have reasonable prices. The cable tv is a nice touch. Sometimes some of the ladies are a little too chatty for my taste but today I saw Melody and she was perfect!

I appreciate how they reach out personally, are extremely forgiving if you have to change and appointment last minute, and always do thorough work! Service prior to today was good. This time. around they sent way to many texts. Confused me om my time. Employee at front counter busy over talking me and making excuses for issues that had nothing to do with me. She was using a loud voice making me feel that what I was saying was not of significance to her. My feelings on posting is that if I don't have anything good to say, I keep it to myself but had to post this because of the way she made me feel. I am adding on to my review because the person that performed the wax was excellent, friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable which more than made up for my experience a the the front desk.

I was waxed by Melody and honestly it was the most comfortable experience. It was my first time and I was really nervous but she talked me through the whole process. I had been told in the past people had a bad experience at other places due to hot wax burning them but after the first amount of wax applied she asked how the temp was and it was perfect. I can't stress enough that you can't judge a wax based on your first experience. I have also learned that it takes some trial and error to find the right beautician to work on you. But I found her, and Jackie is fantastic! But the whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love love love going here. My estitician is Lisa, she is amazing. Don't forget she's also good as hell at her job, this is an amazing shop. They work there butts off 7 days a week and the wax is made per owner Vanella. So it's a special potion that you may enjoy and she is a real Brazillian woman, that is another thing that caught my come back attention here. Not to mention that Lisa, goes the tea mile every time, not just when she feels like it!!!!!!

Just had my first Brazilian today with Kendyl. I was SCARED!! I've been worried for weeks, and for no reason!! Kendyl is AMAZING I would absolutely recommend her. She's very sweet and made sure I was comfortable with everything! She helped me relax, talked to me the whole time, she even kept checking to make sure I was okay with the wax temperature. She was very cool and took all of the awkwardness out of the situation. The room was clean, and there's a TV if you need a distraction. I would absolutely recommend Kendyl!!
