I had a great Botox experience with Peachy! I'm naive to the Botox sphere, but they were offering a great deal to nurses and I went for it. Booking was straight-forward. I didn't have a practitioner preference and got booked with Megan D, NP. An email prior to my appointment explicitly warned that I would be offered retinoid and sunscreen options for purchase at my visit, which was appreciated- transparency is always appreciated. Upon arrival, I filled out some papers and was taken to their photo booth where I was asked to make some faces as she took some photos of me. In the treatment room, the NP went over my photos (which were actually flattering!) and my concerns and expectations. The whole conversations was really positive, not a "oof! look at these lines, you're how young? look at this sun damage, you must buy our sunscreen" kind of shame session that I was expecting given that my self-consciousness could give them business. She told me about their products and that's it, no coercion or shaming. She understood how anxious I was and was very straightforward/comforting during the needles-to-your-face process. They offer Botox to the forehead, brow, and eye areas but she suggested holding off on the eye area since it was my first time- and I always defer to the experts. Instead, she advised I return if I want more for a free adjustment, within two weeks, ah-mazing. It seems they really do focus more on maintaining your appearance long-term than altering it. And that's it. Overall- it was a non-intimidating first experience with really amazing staff, clean, stream-lined, and our masks were on the whole time. Oh, I snuck in a photo of the waiting room during my 2-minute wait.

Although the staff at Peachy were friendly and efficient, my overall results were not what I expected. After my first appointment, I noticed some improvement in movement, but not much. I went back for a dose adjustment and the results are still incredibly lacking. There was no improvement at all and my facial movement is the same as before any treatment. Update: Peachy did everything they could to make my experience better. They had me come back to adjust and I’m hopeful this time it will work. Again, the staff here is absolutely great.

I had all the classic concerns of someone new to Botox- worried that I would be to frozen/fake looking, that I would have side effects, etc. The Peachy staff listened to exactly what I wanted and I felt comfortable knowing I could come back for their free dose adjustment. I can't explain how happy I am with my results- my dynamic lines are gone and it looks very natural. I've tried many different studios, doctors etc for wrinkle prevention and I'm sold with Peachy. Everything is incredibly transparent regarding amount of botox, brand, pricing etc. The location is always beautiful and the providers there take their time to fine tune my treatment. Photos are taken, a treatment plan is discussed and shown on an iPad and from there, the agreed upon amount of Botox is administered. The pain on a 1 to 10 level was about a 1. I started seeing results about 4 to 5 days after the appointment and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My wrinkles and the indentations of where they were on my skin is gone, and I am still able to comfortably move my face without feeling frozen. I LOVE PEACHYYYY! I’ve been to Peachy three times now and I’ve had a different practitioner each time. All of them were absolutely fantastic, as is their front desk staff. Everyone is friendly and helps to create a soothing environment. In the past I’ve gotten Botox from my dermatologists and they didn’t really talk to me much before my injections. Peachy is amazing! First off the vibe they have created in their studio is so cute. It’s so welcoming and clean! The front desk staff were also very friendly when I walked in. I loved their use of technology to take and analyze pictures to show exactly where they will inject and how much. Now a little about the actual injections. First they give you these cute little customized ice packs to numb. I’ve never been numbed before Botox before but it made such a difference! Then the nurse counts down each and every time she inserts the needle. She was so gentle I didn’t even feel anything. We had a great conversation throughout the entire time she was injecting that before I even know it we were done. I also love the fact they offer free touch ups in two weeks if you’re not satisfied but I can already tell I will be so happy with this treatment. I can’t wait to try their skin care products as well!! Peachy will now be my forever Botox spot in the city.

I just went for my 4th Botox appointment at Peachy. This was my 2nd time with Sheeraz. Everyone is so nice and the location is gorgeous and clean. Upon arrival you get some pics taken making different facial expressions and then you are taken back to discuss goals and any questions you may have. Since this is not my first appointment with Peachy, Sheeraz already knew my goals and we discussed going up a little for my 11's. The injections do not take long and are not painful. The price includes a touch up at 2 weeks if you aren’t satisfied which is really nice to know. I am only a few days post appointment and I already see some results but you need to wait 2 weeks for it to fully kick in. I take daily pics to track my progress and I’m including a pic of each of the 3 areas Peachy treats. I wish I could post a video as it is amazing seeing the wrinkles vanish a little each day. And yes, you can easily go during the day and return with no redness or any sign of procedure! The cost is really that good. No surprise fees or taxes. They customize the injection for your needs, so I was never worried they were pushing for more units to make money. My injector, Caroline was so nice and accommodating. It was my first time getting wrinkle relaxers so I had a lot of questions and concerns. This is my second time going to Peachy and it’s honestly the best Botox I’ve ever gotten in Manhattan. And I’ve been getting Botox for 8 years! And truly it’s only $375 for unlimited units. (usually my Botox is $650 or more!) I appreciate their desire to want to provide affordable wrinkle prevention and allow women to come as often as needed (every 3-6 months depending on how fast you metabolize it) and they’ve got a customer for life with me now! I have been to peachy twice now. I started in Dec 2020 and returned in May 2021. Both times I had the same NP Amanda Pupino who is nationally board certified. She was professional, patient with my questions, and was skilled with her injections. I did not have any bruising on my face at the injection site.she welcomed my questions as well as discuss the process with me. At the end of the session , she brought me to a area where I could recuperate for a few minutes and gave me an ice pack to place on my face. There was also a refrigerator with cold drinks or water should you feel the need to hydrate. All in all, I would certainly recommend Peachy to all my friends!

UPDATE: I did get a response from Peachy, which is totally misleading. I did not ask for or need an amount of Dysport above the recommended dosing. I have been getting dysport for over 5 years and have never had it wear off this quickly. I tried to explain the NP that I knew my usual dose and was intentionally under dosed, so I needed a retouch at 2 weeks. While the results looked nice, they lasted just over 2 months. As an aside, for Botox/similar products, the amount you would need to inject to cause botulism is roughly 100 times the normal dose. The other risks are felt to be minimal and inherent in the procedure itself. If you are over 25 and have real wrinkles, this place is an absolute rip off! The facility is clean and has relaxing vibes, and the people that work there are really friendly, but their pricing structure is misleading and actually ends up more expensive per unit than others because their "unlimited units" is not actually unlimited.

My first Botox experience! I am almost 33 and I smile with my forehead. I had 5-6 deep wrinkles across my forehead any time I made ANY facial expression. 3-4 of those wrinkles were there 24/7, even if my face was relaxed. It’s been 4 days. On day 2-3 I was thinking I would probably go in for a 2 week touch up. Day 4…. Maybe I don’t need to! I am THRILLED. CANNOT STOP LOOKING AT MY FOREHEAD LOL. I still have movement in my eyebrows and still have a few faint lines but like 80% of the wrinkles are gone. I love that it still looks pretty natural. I am officially hooked and can’t see myself ever going back to no Botox. If I can keep my forehead looking 33 for another decade I’ll be so happy. The people were so friendly and explained the process. Nancy was awesome and walked me through her thoughts on where to inject me and areas of focus. Entire process took maybe 15 minutes. The obvious before picture is just lovely. 😂 2/21 Update: my November Botox started to wear off at 8 weeks. I just got it again after 16 weeks. They increased my units based on my two week touch up and feedback and this time I don’t need a two week touch up! Seemed to set in faster too. I got their .06 tretinoin. Probably won’t get it again. The pump doesn’t work well (I called and customer support was great, but this is just how the pump is). Also the combination of skincare products with the tretinoin is not reacting well to my skin. I’ve been using .05% for years without issue. Their mix has a strange texture that I personally don’t prefer.

I have had Botox on and off for about 10 years and have been to a few different practitioners, ranging in price, but usually I spend $800 - $1000. Peachy was $375 for all the areas I wanted. As in, that was the total. But more importantly, Mary gave me the best result I have ever had! Truly, I will never go anywhere else. I was slightly worried that the low price was too good to be true, but honestly, I am blown away. If you want to look great and don’t want to spend a fortune, this is the place.

I went before work. There were a few people ahead of me but I was admitted on time. My Provider was friendly, explained things thoroughly to me, and didn’t pressure me into doing more than I wanted. I had a consultation and received Botox all in one trip! It took about 30 minutes total including some wait time after the Botox was injected to let the swelling go down. This was overall a great experience!

The space itself is absolutely beautiful and they've thought a lot about the needs/wants of those who come in for a Botox appointment. For example, they have a rejuvenation space that allows for Botox patients to sit with a bit of privacy to wait for bumps to go down, get some water, etc. I always hated going back to the reception area with an ice pack on my face at other offices. I saw Megan D., NP and was impressed by how thorough she was in explaining their overall process and methodology. They are really there to help you prevent wrinkles - not freeze your face. Because of the flat fee, there is no encouragement to spend on additional units which means you will only receive what you NEED. They have retinoids and sunscreen for sale as well. I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay the price for some of these just yet and was given a sample of their tinted sunscreen. Safe to say, I will be purchasing moving forward. It is fabulous! Overall it was the best experience I've had with Botox. Looking forward to being a long term customer here!

The facility is modern, clean, and comfortable and the staff goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have whether you are a newbie or a pro! If you feel you need a little bit more in a certain area, they can squeeze you in, free of charge, two weeks after your initial appointment - with no appointment necessary. If you are interested in prescription Retinoids, the consultation is free (I did mine via zoom) and the cost for a 3 month supply is $80 which they send from their online pharmacy directly to your home. This was my first time getting botox and I am absolutely a convert. Two months in and the results have not started fading. People keep telling me I look refreshed but they can’t quite put their finger on what’s different. Peachy gave me 46 units of jeuveau and a complimentary touch up 2 weeks later. I really didn’t need the touch up but I went anyway and they gave me a couple more in the forehead. Can’t wait to go back and try their retinoids. Okay- I have gotten preventative Botox a variety of places and at variety of price points- and I continue to be impressed with Peachy. I have gone to the West Soho and Manhattan West locations. All of my nurses have been good, so I've never requested a specific one. Some things I love that I did not experience at other places: 1) Believe it or not, each time a needle penetrates the skin, it actually dulls the blade. Peachy will use a bunch of smaller syringes in one session (instead of one large syringe), using sharp fresh needles throughout the session, therefore causing the least amount of pain and protecting your skin. 2) You get a free touch-up after two weeks, to make sure you are happy with your results and to touch up where necessary. 3) After the session, they give you an ice pack and you can hang out in a separate waiting room, until you are ready to leave. 4) They have a software that maps out your face with numbers, to show how many units you received at each injection spot. It also saves your past treatment history. So, if you ever book a future session, your next nurse will know exactly the treatment you received and can adjust based on your feedback. They have been consistent and reliable and answer all of my questions. This would also be a good spot for first-timers. During your first appointment, you can indicate a referral on the paperwork. If you mention my name, Dean Weaver, you will receive $50 off.
