They offer good deals and I got a package You do have to schedule on their site for the cancellation policy stuff but I honestly prefer online scheduling. I am a long term customer of Bombshell Waxing and joined a membership for two years now due to the cost benefit. This is the best value I have seen in the greater New Orleans area. They are straightforward with their rules and membership contracts. During the pandemic shutdowns, the business waived my monthly fee for a couple months after reopening to make up for the closures. The business has always been responsive to me via email to resolve any questions or issues. If you want flexibility, they offer memberships with no hassle cancellations at a higher price. Read the fine print, arrive on time, and you will be fine. The waxologists are great and efficient. There has been staff turnover, but recently saw Tyra and had a wonderful experience (in and out in 20 minutes)! Also, the business has honored COVID-19 safety precautions as recommended by state guidelines at the time.

I have been coming to Bombshell for a few years now. Up until 6 months ago, I would only get services a few times a year for "special" occasions and usually had some sort of a service discount. Then I met their new waxologist, Lindy, when they ran a half off special. She was great! She makes you feel very comfortable. I ended up purchasing a series and I am now thinking of joining the membership. The salon is clean and the staff are very friendly...but Lindy is my new fav!

I've been waxing my legs for a LONG time, more than 10 years, and I bounced around a lot of New Orleans waxing parlors until I landed at Bombshell. I love the merchandise. I rarely buy even though prices are affordable, and they have things that I normally buy online because you can't find it stores. It provides a wonderful ambiance to the shop, and like other reviewers stated, makes the space cozy and visually stimulating. Olivia took special care to paint and decorate her room. She did a fantastic job! I always fall asleep while getting waxed at salons, but the bright colors, music, and Olivia's personality keep me engaged and laughing. She's good and she's fast. She even got me to try underarm waxing and now I'm hooked. I told her I would go every two weeks if I needed to!

I just moved to New Orleans and I was looking for a good 'waxer'. Since I didn't have any girlfriends that could give me a good recommendation, I went online to see what was near my house. Immediately I came across Bombshell Waxing. There were several good reviews, so I decided to try it. Even with all the good reviews it exceeded my expectations! It was by far the best bikini wax I've EVER had! I booked an appointment with Olivia because a lot of the reviews said she was the best and I wanted the best. She really is the BEST!! Grant it, she is the only one I've went to, but I loved her and I will definitely be seeing her again! She did my Brazilian in 40 minutes and there wasn't so much as one hair left. The best part was it didn't hurt and she never had to go back over an area because the hair didn't come up the first time. A true pro! Also, I am not the shy type, but if you are she makes you feel really comfortable able being naked!

I visited this location once after receiving it as a Groupon gift. I don't recall the name if the typing lady that waved me but she was great. Friendly, professional, kind and insightful. I have been interested in booking a follow up but they literally never EVER answer the phone and for whatever reason I'm unable to book online and it said to call. Other than the fact that I feel like they need improved reception services, I'd recommend it.

I went here for my first Brazilian wax the other day. I found it to be clean, pretty, quiet and professional. They seem to be having some issues with their phone system but I found their online booking service very easy, even for a new client. Noah, in the front, was friendly and helpful and he took care of me quite quickly. My esthetician was Brianna. She was also friendly and helpful. As I said, it was my first time so I didnt know exactly what to expect but I thought my experience was great. We talked, she worked quickly but gently and was very thorough! Of course it hurt lol. Theres no getting around the pain of it but I have tattoos so it wasnt that bad to me. I just loved her so I paid for a package and booked my appt with her for next month before I left. The prices for services are very reasonable so I will definitely be back!

Toni!!! She’s amazing! She made sure EVERY SINGLE HAIR GONE!!! She even went to the extent of getting tweezers to take out the extra little hairs!! Amazing and I have absolutely no hairs left behind and she was very cool and welcoming! Great clean and professional place and staff! Shout out to the lady at the front desk she was really nice!! Very friendly non awkward staff. Good music playlist too. However, as a regular client i have had more than a few times where i had to wait (no problem, right ?). Even had my appt. cancelled due to double booking (mistakes happen). Im just here to say that same “graceful energy” will not be returned. Membership my unwaxed bottom. The “strict late-fee/no show policy” should also have an alternative when the roles are reversed....

She was friendly, relaxed, and easy to talk to, provided helpful skincare education sans product placement, and her technique minimized pain and irritation. I will never, ever let anyone else wax me anywhere after an experience with Leslie. She is not only the most attentive and careful woman but also the funniest and caring person you will ever meet! I was never uncomfortable at any point in time during the wax. Of course it is going to hurt the first couple of times, but even my first time, it was not as bad as I had expected because Leslie is SO gentle! She does a great job, she is quick and more painless than other people i have visited. Sometimes getting checked out takes a little time and I am not a fan of booking through their website, at all, it is much easier to book your appointment when you leave, although, again, it is a little time consuming getting out of there.

The staff told me about this no scream cream and to take Ibuprofen 30-45 minutes before my wax with that and the professional and relaxing atmosphere it turned out great! At first I felt a little wired about getting a Brazilian wax but they all made me feel so at home. They talked to me through the process and it was over like that. Everyone there is so sweet and the owners Michelle and Carl are just as nice. I also learned that you can get herpes from nail salons because they double dip the stick in the wax. At Bombshell they use a new stick for each application. Very clean, relaxing and over all friendly environment. I have been telling everyone I know to go there.

She assured me that it wasn't as painful as most expect and that it would be over with before I knew it. She gave me a brief but informative overview of the process and it began. I wax regularly -- legs, armpits, bikini. There $99 special for the three is a steal! I've been twice now with their esthetician, Olivia. She's done a fabulous job, and is very knowledgeable of the various products they sell and use. Her advice has been very helpful with making the most of my waxing too! I always have my bikini line waxed -- no big there, but I've been too afraid to take the plunge into the Brazilian club. However, I'm getting married in a month and on my most recent visit decided to give it a shot. It was a breeze! Olivia, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. Ladies who fear the brazilian like I did due to horror stories -- these ladies know what they are doing!

This is the best place to go for any waxing service. I was a newbie and booked my first waxing appointment with Olivia due to a recommendation my sister gave me. I am an everyday shaver so I was not convinced waxing for worth it until I left my first appointment. So Olivia was awesome, I learned that if you wax hair instead of shaving it, it grows back less and less. WHAT??? How come no one ever told me this? Bombshell uses a hard wax NO STRIPES. That means the hair goes into the wax and hardens. If you cant take the pain then they sell "No scream creme." I bought the hair growth inhibitor and actually had to stop using it before my next appointment it worked so well. Olivia was great, she is trooper, I mean you can't let someone wax your butt without getting to know them on a personal level. Hehe. I have been a regular customer since. There is only two places that use hard wax in Metairie, Louisiana and this is one of them. I highly recommend them and ask for Olivia. She is great. She is one of the few people that can make me laugh and cry at the same time/

This was my first time doing the brazilian and i read great reviews about leslie so i requested her but she wasn't taking new clients so i took an appointment with taylor and was very skeptical because i didnt see any reviews on her. Well to my surprise taylor was amazing she made the experience so comfortable and for my first time i expected so much pain but it wasn't as bad as i thought. She was really relatable and kept me distracted so i wouldnt pay so much attention to the pain. Overall great experience and i will definitely be back.

This is my second time going to bombshell. I found it because I was looking at the groupon but did not buy it because I was to late. I went anyway and it was totally worth it! For the price of a my bikini wax and lip and brow came out to be about 51.00 dollars where at earthsavers the bikini(extended with purple wax) would be 60.00 just for that. This is my second time going to Leslie it was very painless and always looks awesome!! It is the best! Glad i found it and tried it out!
