I had a great experience here! I don’t live in the area so I probably won’t be back frequently, but I’m so glad I found this spot. I was visiting Nashville and booked a custom facial, brow tint and wax. My esthetician was Cassandra, and she did a great job! My brows look amazing and are more even than I’ve ever seen them. The facial was super relaxing and just what I needed after a long week! My skin has a lot of issues (acne, redness, etc.) and all the products used were very calming, and somehow the wax barely hurt at all. I normally get some swelling/redness the day after a wax, but today it looks totally normal. Highly recommend!

I have been going to see Lisa for a while now and I'm very happy with my results! I have been getting dermaplane, extractions, and glycolic peels. I can tell a big difference in my acne, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone. She has also helped tremendously with my at home skin care routine with product recommendations. Lynette is absolutely amazing! Last weekend I went to Wax Pot for the first time to receive a Brazilian. I have used other waxing companies multiple times and am used to the pain being excruciating. Lynette made my experience pain-free! She, along with the other estheticians, was extremely professional and kind. The studio is also very clean and sanitary. Furthermore, the price is also reasonable. Overall my experience was lovely and I will definitely be returning to Wax Pot for many waxes to come!

I had my first Wax Pot Studio experience today and I have nothing but good things to say! I saw Lynette and she is the bees knees. She's super sweet and GENTLE which is hard to come by with bikini waxing! I've been getting Brazilians for a few years now, and I have to say, today's was the least painful wax I've ever had. The studio is super cute and centrally located. Nice & clean and she used a new stick for every strip of wax, so you know it's 100% sanitary. They have super reasonable pricing and you even get a reduced rate for brazilians if you go back every 4 weeks for maintenance! I found my new Nashville wax home today :)

I HIGHLY recommend the laser treatments! I was very skeptical at first thinking it would be painful and then hurt for days after and I was so wrong! I have gone for two underarm treatments from the wonderful Lynette and it has been so awesome! No pain and the entire session takes less than 5 minutes! I had amazing results after the first session and I can't wait to move to other parts of the body! If you are nervous about getting it done, just go- I promise it is easy and gives wonderful results!

The staff was very friendly and kind, but I have to admit this wax was somehow both the most expensive and worst wax I've had in a long time. To Lynnette's credit, it was incredibly efficient. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes, but by the end of the day my skin had erupted in an irritation I've never had to such extent (and I've been waxing during the summers most of my adult life). To be fair, it was quite hot, so it's likely the reaction was inevitable and out of their control. When I called them, they were courteous and eager to help, giving me some samples of Finipil which I applied and slowly the irritation calmed over the course of 3 days. Still, I was left with 2 ingrown hairs (which I very rarely get), an off center triangle, and a few small patches of long dark hairs in my bikini area that the wax completely missed. Overall, again, the staff were very polite and good to talk to, the customer service is good, but I've had much cheaper, less painful, and more effective waxes. Of course these things can happen with even the best wax places, but to pay nearly $80 for an incomplete and painful wax and was a real disappointment.
