Hannah Talley is the best! I have allergies and very very sensitive skin. I love getting my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted because it saves so much time getting ready and mascara make my eyes freak out. Hannah knows exactly what I can and can’t have so I don’t react to anything where I have to be super aware most places- she just knows what to do. Her experience and techniques are a 10. Plus she’s the most fun!

I went in for the first time about 930-10 and they were able to take me as a walk in about 5 minutes afterwards. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and so was my waxer. I just got my eyebrows done but she was very nice and efficient and really asked for my input and I love the brows. 10/10 will be returning.

Friendly, clean, professional. Cant say enough good things about this spot! My waxer was Jessica Silva. She was incredibly professional and although it was my first wax experience, she made me feel at ease, explaining the process while measuring my comfort level the entire time. All of the staff were friendly and courteous, the decor is warm and inviting and pricing is reasonable. Fantastic Salon!

The atmosphere and wax artists are all amazing! My only complaint is that the website can be a bit misleading when trying to schedule. It advertises, at top, a select few wax artists and someone who does spray tans. At first, it looks like you are only able to schedule with those particular waxers. You have to scroll down further to see the full list of wax artists and services. I recommend Denise or Melanie for any wax service you need!

Lane was phenomenal - so friendly and informative, even early in the morning. Answered all of my questions re: brow care, wax, Nashville, and more! Masks currently required and sanitizer ready/system in place for COVID worked well. I’ve had my brows done in 4 states in as many years and this is the best experience I’ve had yet. Lane did my very first Brazilian and I could not be more satisfied with how well she did! She instructed me on everything, told me to take deep breaths when she knew it was gonna hurt, talked me through EVERYTHING! I love her to death! The front desk was amazing as well! Mary does my spray tans. She is very thorough and detail oriented. I was new to body waxing but, Rebekah made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The facility is always clean and decorated beautifully. This is THE place to go for spray tans and waxing!

I have struggled finding a good waxer. My eyebrows are my babies and they have gone through so much and had to let them grow some, but yesterday Zoe rocked them! I've been waxing for a little over 3 years. I went to a well known chain that I won't name & really liked my girl. She quit to be a stay at home mom. So I started researching & was shocked to find out most places address ingrown hairs & such. Clearly, I was a wax rookie. The previous place did not. I found Wax Nashville thru a coworker and thought, hmm it's a little bit more expensive than I was used to paying but I was willing as long as I was happy with the service. I cannot begin to express how amazing Mary was. She made me feel comfortable, was very sweet, & addressed ingrowns! I barely felt any pain. Only people who wax certain areas know how important this is. I highly recommend this place, especially for frequent waxing of the sensitive areas!

The space of Wax Nashville is very cozy, warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face and look as if they are actually happy to see you. I love the service you get here. I love that they use hard wax. I don't get irritation or breakouts with their wax. Wonderful, relaxing but hip atmosphere. I hate the price of the eyebrow waxing. But I suck it up and pay it because my skin thanks me. All other pricing is on par with other waxing studios.
