I have been going here for waxing for over a year and I LOVE it! It has always been the best waxing experience I have ever had. Emily does such a fantastic job and it’s always fun catching up for our monthly waxing or sugaring session. She is really good at minimizing the pain as well as making you feel very comfortable! It was my first experience with Brazilian Wax Studio. Emily was very efficient in the start. I had minimal pain during Brazilian wax. Only at the end it felt like very much rushed and little harsh due to which I got 3 bad bruises (two on hands and one on thigh). I am regular with waxing and never experienced bruises before. Also the after wax oil was not applied well enough. This is the only reason for my rating! Other than that the facility was clean and I might try some other person next time.

LOVE Brazilian Wax Studios! I normally go to the one in the Gulch (if you’re in that area, go to Megan T. she is amazing!!) but I live in West Nashville so decided to try out the White Bridge location. I used the online scheduling tool to book a full body service the day before and was pleasantly surprised that it was approved and confirmed. When I came in, I was greeted by kind staff and a clean waiting area. Next on to the magic - JOSEPHINE!!! The care and time you took to explain what you were doing was greatly appreciated, ON TOP OF providing a fabulous service and environment. Thank you all for a fantastic experience for something not so fantastic (hair removal in general haha)

I'm new to Tennessee and New to the was studio and I must say I was extremely nervous since I'm so picky. Emily J was the absolute best, very pleasant and gentle. I normallyr get sugar Brazilian but she recommended wax because of the amount of hair and I didn't feel a thing very gentle and paid attention to detail, made sure I was pleased. I definitely would recommend this studio and Emily J for sure. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate a 20. Studio very welcoming and clean.

I have been to this location three times and of course the staff may change. Most recently Kendall did my waxing and made it a pleasant experience. She has a great personality and conversation makes the time fly by. She keeps going back to make sure she's gotten everything she can. I MUST say I have been coming to this exact location for almost two years since I started my waxing journey. The front desk girl I need to start being polite and know her name (I always encounter her and she is absolutely the sweetest and nicest every time I enter and when I leave) but yesterday I scheduled a wax service after work and was assigned Dayse and it was her first time working for the company. GREAT pick !!! She is what I need when I schedule my wax. She takes her absolute time which I love and gets every spot and great conversation the entire time. I have scheduled my waxes with a few ladies but her experience was different than the others and she has me sold! She’s new BUT this girl knows exactly what shes doing and I barely make reviews.

This is my 3rd visit here. The first 2 times I had the same lady and she was fine, but the 2nd time I saw her she left me super sticky and messy with wax. I’ve never been so messy like that before. Today was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, ever. I also got the vajacial. Emily was everything she was raved about in the reviews. Initially when I booked online she was booked up until the following week which speaks to how much her clients love her. She made being partly nude and un-groomed in front of a stranger feel completely normal and comfortable. She also consistently checked in with me concerning my tolerance of pain. She also gave great skin care advice and product recommendations. You could tell she genuinely cared. Also my wax looks amazing. I’ve never been this smooth or felt this sexy! I just moved to Nashville from Atlanta and this was my first time here. AMAZING experience. Very nice staff, clean place, great experience. I normally get the sugaring because to me it is less painful than the hot wax but they suggested the hot wax this initial time due to me shaving most recently (due to Pandemic and places being closed) and it was so painless and easy. I don't know what wax they use, but it is way better than anywhere else I have gone. I will be going back to them and continuing to do the wax since it's cheaper. Also, I was in and out so fast. FIVE STARS for sure!!!

As soon as you walk into the store, you’re greeted by the sweetest receptionist. They take you back to your room and give you plenty of time to get ready for your wax. Emily, my waxer, was AMAZING. She completely eliminated the awkwardness of me being naked, spread eagle on a table. We talked and laughed hysterically the whole time. She frequently asked me how I was feeling and what my pain level was, constantly making sure I was comfortable. She even recommended a really great all-natural exfoliating scrub for my sensitive skin. (I’m pretty sure they strive for all of their products to be all-natural) This is an amazing wax studio. And a full Brazilian wax is only $35. can’t beat that! Thank you ladies for your outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back!

Very cute and chic. Waxing is not my favorite thing to do because it hurts! But Megan was phenomenal. She talked me through the whole thing & I was done in 15 minutes. Not very painful at all. The new Brazilian wax studio in Nashville is awesome just like its sister store in Brentwood. The space is nicely located, has a nice big sign so you cant miss it. Inside is very beautiful and bright. It doesn't look surgical but more like fresh and spring like. They have coffee, water, and soft drinks available for customers for free. I always go to Larissa, she is the absolute best. She makes you feel comfortable even though you are in a vulnerable position (literally) lol ;) I would recommend anyone who is looking for a fantastic wax job at an affordable price to visit Brazilian wax studio

The service is great! Ericka did a great job! However I was a bit unpleased with the customer service with the receptionist. I had a punch card that was given to me by this business and after 6 punches you are able to receive a free Brazilian wax. I am on punch 4 hoping to receive number 5 after today’s visit and I was told you all stopped with the cards since November. If that is true why did I receive my first card in December? I still feel as though the card should be honored as it does not have an expiration date. Now if there was not a new card given after the free Brazilian that’s understandable but this is not the case. Not sure if I will be back being I am huge on customer service.

This is my third visit and least painful one so far. My first visit was very comfortable and was easily distracted by conversation during the painful parts. I guess the best tip is to try to concentrate on conversation your first time to help distract you. I don't mind it now at all. I started visiting Brazilian Wax Studio when they were only located in Franklin about a year ago. I religiously went every 4 weeks. I was super excited to learn that they decided to open a second location in Nashville. I have had an amazing experience every visit-from front desk to the esthetician performing my service. BUT, once I found Glayci, everything changed. The service has gone from great to spectacular. Glayci is super fast, she makes it almost painless (let’s be real, there’s going to be a little bit of sting-they’re ripping your hair out for goodness sake), and we always have great conversations. I always look forward to my appointments. Each locations offers complimentary beverages and both have a great place to lounge if you have to wait. I HIGHLY recommend visiting one of their locations..and MOST DEFINITELY recommend Glayci. She’s a total rockstar and extremely sweet.
