Ivan TurnerThis was my first visit to Totally Smooth Skin. They were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment which was awesome. I was greeted upon entry and immediately felt the professional but laid back vibe. This was only my second time being waxed so was a little nervous. Joe immediately made me comfortable with small talk to keep my mind off the process, also gave me tips on how to treat my skin after the waxing. I’ll definitely be returning and possibly look into a massage or other skin care services offered.
Angela PI was initially a bit hesitant being waxed by a man for the first time but I was in a real bind after being denied service at my appointment with EWC this morning and I'm so glad I did it!!
I got a full leg and full Brazilian: One of the best waxing experiences I've ever had! I love love that it's a small business and the owners are absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be going here from now on!!! This is my new spot <3

Jay COne word to describe this place, serenity. It was calm and quiet. Joe was amazing and he really took care of my facial. We had great conversation and he gave me alot of great tips as to how to take care of my face. The best part of this place is the puppies they have. It’s like spa puppies in heaven. I definitely recommend this place if you wanna get facial done. They also have other service available. I am definitely going on Monday to get scrubs or haircut done. ☺️☺️☺️
Christina HRick and Joe were PHENOMENAL! I am so glad every other place didn’t pick up because it led us to them. They were so generous, kind, and masterful practitioners. My partner and I both got 60 minute facials, and I also got a very healing massage. We came here on vacation and just as we were feeling homesick Rick and Joe made us feel right at home. Thank you both so much. Can’t recommend Totally Smooth Skin enough! We will be back! XO!

Alanna OrgillBest Wax Treatment I’ve ever received!! The owner/ esthetician was very nice, professional and made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. He has been in the business for over 20 years and was able to recommend some great products for my skin. I am from out of town, but I recommend Totally Smooth Skin to anyone in the LA area.
Davis WestExcellent service. Not many places offer waxing for men in certain areas. Place is discreet if you care about that. The person that attended me was so nice. He went above and beyond with his work and not a single hair was left. I think his name was Joe. The business also has all sorts of products to help your skin and in my case thats uneven skin tone.
