Everyone was so nice & professional from the front staff, the assistant to the Doctor and of course my Dr Salazar. The medication I received for my rash is clearing it up & I'm grateful 🙏. Absolutely loved Kendra! She is so smart and makes you feel comfortable about any questions you may have. I had a spot that I was concerned about and she helped educate me to ease my worries. Also she gave me wonderful skin care recommendations to help make my skin glow for my wedding!! I recognize that the "ability to pay" is important but hitting me with 5 or 6 insurance-related questions before I can find out if you have an appointment to fit my schedule is putting the cart before the horse and frustrating. I felt Dr McClean basically blew me off at this visit. Not sure she has a clue what to do. Disappointing. She seemed in a hurry plus the rash perplexes her. The disappointing thing of what she said verbally to do and what is on her doctors notes are not the same thing. Maybe older skins baffle her. She’s nice but I’m lost to know what to do for the rash.

I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology! The Doctors are sooooooo nice…. Including all of the ladies in administration. Also, never had any pain in any procedures, past or present. They are the BEST dermatologist in the area. The facial surgery from a few months past is not noticeable at all. I was concerned that there would be a scar. However, I kept a small sunscreen stick containing zinc oxide in my pocket and applied it continuously …if I were out in the sun.((to keep the area from permanently turning dark) I also massaged the facial area daily, after the tenderness went away.I so appreciate everyone here… P.S. I’ve also referred folks and they were also very pleased!!

I have been seeing Kendra in SL for quite sometime now and she has been awesome. She listen to my acne concerns, give me samples to try before giving me a RX, which I really love. And the best part after my visit I come out w/ a goody bag full of face samples. Another thing is she recommended me to get facials to help improve my skin texture etc. I’ve took her advice and now book my facials every 6 weeks with Amber. If you haven’t had a facial with Amber you need to hurry and book your first appointment. Hands down the girl is the bomb. Trust me when I say this you will have the best nap time ever. Also wanted to mentioned the front office staff. Customer service is superb as always. Last I do want to point out the wait time to schedule an appointment. It has been times that I been on hold for over 10mins just for someone to come on the line. Coming from an experience healthcare professional I understand wait times can be a problem. Maybe in the future patients can book online if this becomes more of a problem. Other than that you guys ROCK! Michelle

I am sure that like a lot of practices, your review of the practise depends on your doctor. I happen to like mine a lot, but I won't name her because she's getting overworked and hard to schedule. The premises are very nice. Starting with ample parking, you take an elevator to the second floor. The waiting area is clean and appealing, which is good because you might spend some time there. This time, I paid in advance so that I didn't have to wait at check out. I've been in three or so examination rooms, and each has been clean, modern, and privacy-focused. Check out was quick since I paid earlier. Making my next appointment was fast and easy. . I subtracted a star because the wait was uncharacteristically long. That's the price of doing good work, I suppose.

The ease of scheduling my appointment was great! The office is very nice, modern, and clean. The medical assistant was very polite and professional. I saw Dr. Harrell and she was very sweet and thorough. I had two very simple procedures that required anesthetic and she did a great job. The procedure went well and she did a great job keeping my mind off of it while it was going on. I appreciate a doctor who can have a good conversation with a patient. I had an infection for 5 days after my procedure on july 18, 2022. I called on monday but after I couldn't get on their website I sent a email. I called them and they received it but "no return phone call". I just hope they don't treat others when they get a biopsy. I might be looking for a new place. So I went there thinking I had a cyst! Kendra P.A was nice friendly especially since I was frustrated and emotional from going from Doctor to Doctor! Although, the day of surgery I was scheduled to have a cyst cut out of me instead of just rushing me and going with procedure!
