Katelyn is a wonderful service provider! I’ve been to quite a few different places for Brazilian and underarm waxing and I’ve by far had the best experience at Waxpertise. She is super professional and uses top of the line products, and with the aftercare products I purchased from her, I barely have any ingrowns! I am happy with my results every single time. On top of that, her space is very cute and clean and she is so fun to talk to! 10/10 recommend!

Katelyn is AMAZING! She is quick, but thorough, and makes every experience as soothing as possible. I’ve gotten waxed, a facial, and a lash lift+ tint with her and would 100% recommend all three! She is talented at what she does and always makes sure you are pleased with her work. Her studio is very chill and comfortable, she is super fun to get to know, and has great music taste! Going on two years with her now with absolutely no need to find anything better or more affordable as she has it all (check out her routine or “maintenance “ prices!!! They are awesome!)

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Katelyn is extremely experienced with waxing and did an amazing job with the tinting too. She said the color would last 2-3 weeks, I am one month out and the color still looks great! Highly recommend!

Katelyn is fantastic! I’ve been coming to her for a while for Brazilians, but saw that she was offering a newer service that I was interested in trying - lash lifts! I have longish, but very blonde lashes, so I opted for the lift and tint. I’m ecstatic with the results! The tint is great and the lift makes mascara pretty much unnecessary. I also have hooded eyelids, so the lift helps my eyes look bigger. The service was painless and simple, just be prepared to hold your eyes closed for a while - it’s relaxing after a while. Would 100% recommend if you want an easy way to perk up your eyes. *- Also, I didn’t even think about not wearing my contacts that day of the service and Katelyn had an extra case I could use during the service to pop them out. I’d recommend you wear your glasses the day of, but Katelyn saved my appointment!

I love Katelyn. She does such a great job on my eyebrows! If I go a month or so without waxing them, they start looking like a sasquatch/kung fu master nested on them!! I cannot explain that any better. They require a lot of work! Katelyn is also very nice and down to earth. So easy to talk to. We have the most chill conversations ever. Her location is very clean and has this warmth feel to it. It is an all around great experience, every time. I don't think I have ever tipped her less than 50%.

My fiancé found Katelyn’s business for me. I had been bouncing around between European Wax Center - and a bunch of Groupon efforts. Ironically enough - I was finally fed up of looking for a steady person after I had a poorly managed encounter with another wax person, who actually is in the same building as Waxpertise - that he finally took over. He had read some of her reviews and was convinced that this was going to be the person for me. And he was right. I’ve been with her ever since. Her little space in the Phenix Salons is quaint with a high-end ambiance. She has service related products for sale, and a little space to sell her jewelry making hobby. As for her service. It deserves 5 solid stars. Her energy makes you feel very comfortable in such a vulnerable state, with her conversation and music you are sure to be distracted the entire time. But the best part of her service is that she absolutely meticulously thorough. I still have a few packages from EWC - and will go there if I am in absolutely a pinch. But it does not even come close to her work. For a Brazilian, She begins with the basic wax as every other service does, but what defines her - she is not afraid to get in between the crevices. She makes sure that she has covered every part of your zone, including the spaces that are more tucked in. After she has done as much as she can with the wax, she will get her sanitized tweezers and pull any stubborn hairs that are lingering behind. I will warn you that it isn’t the most pleasant feeling.. however the 2sec of pain is definitely worth the total end result. I highly recommend her for your waxing services.
