I've gone to see Amy at the Maple Grove location. She is brilliant! I considered several other clinics/spas to do my laser hair removal, but after many phone calls, questions, reviews read, and lots of option weighing; I decided to go with Permanent Choice and am SO happy I did. My first appointment I was nervous and Amy calmed me down and made me very relaxed! My second appointment is coming up tomorrow and I needed to reschedule it pretty short notice. When I called in Tracy took my call and even though Amy's schedule was completely booked up, they worked together to fit me in (honestly I think Amy is staying later than she is scheduled to do so!) Talk about service! I have felt not only taken care of in every aspect, but even more so I honestly feel like they care about me and make a point of it each time I've been in contact with them. Bravo Permanent Choice, and THANK YOU!

Cheyanne had been incredible with my two laser hair removal treatments so far. She makes sure I feel comfortable, not have any excruciating pain, and she does it quickly where my services only last 30 minutes or less. I’ve seen excellent results with just my first appointment. I like that you pay as you go, so you are not expected to fork a lot of money over up front. The prices are good and they do not push extra services on you. I didn't know what it would consist of and it's always a little nerve wracking having someone you don't know in your personal space! Tracy definitely put me at ease with the entire process! I left my first appointment with every question I had answered, and with confidence that I was in good hands. Scheduling is easy and convenient for me even with my hectic schedule. Now, 5 sessions later, I have seen AMAZING results already. The issues I was having are completely gone (ingrown hairs), and I can't wait to see what it's like when I'm completely done. Tracy is always honest with me and my progress and gives me helpful skin care tips along the way. Every penny I've spent is truly worth it.

I have been seeing both Amy and Tracy for my laser hair removal treatments for about a year now, and they are both so nice and make you feel so comfortable. I had to take a couple breaks after going on a couple vacations since you can't be too tan, and it doesn't effect your results. I have almost 100% no hair growth now! I am beyond pleased with my results, I just wish I would have done it sooner! I highly recommend Permanent Choice in Maple Grove for hair removal! They also offer several different skincare treatments as well, which I will definitely be looking into! Their pricing is also unbeatable anywhere around here!

I have been seeing Amy at the Maple Grove office for the past 6 months and am so far very happy with my results. I have seen remarkable reduction in the amount of hair and improved texture as well. I used to have severe razor burn in my bikini line, which is all but gone now. I would recommend Amy to any of my friends, she is very amicable and understanding about everything. If going in for laser hair removal keep in kind that very light hairs can't be picked up by the laser, so it only really works on dark hairs.

She is very thorough and professional and does a great job to mitigate pain associated with the laser treatments. I started going almost a year ago to the Maple Grove location. I had a friend that had just went and gave me the extra push I needed to try laser hair removal. I went through 5 or so sessions with the same technician but due to circumstances unknown to me, I had to switch technicians! I am now seeing Tracy and she has done a wonderful job picking up where I left off. They are very knowledgeable and give great tips and are very easy to talk to. They also will do most anything to help ease your discomfort if you are having any! I was a bit skeptical at first, but so far things have been going very well. I am doing the lower legs, bikini, and underarms. I am noticing a huge reduction of hair! It's great! The price I feel is reasonable and they are very flexible on their scheduling which helps out a ton. I would (and have!) recommend Permanent Choice to friends!

I've been doing hair removal for years (20+) and most of those years have been with Permanent Choice. Anything from pesky hairs growing where they shouldn't to vanity areas like underarms and bikini area. I found Amy at the Maple Grove location and haven't looked back in years! She is wonderful and thorough and never misses any of my pesky hairs when doing electrolysis. When I've seen her for laser treatments she's always asking how i'm doing and if I need a break. She's extremely knowledgeable in her trade and always helps me understand why some areas take a bit more treatment than another. I cannot recommend her and Permanent Choice enough! This service is life changing for someone like me!

The staff at Permanent Choice is lovely (a big thank you to Stephanie and Tracy, who did the bulk of my treatments). I went in for electrolysis, and I've been happy with the results thus far. I'm not a fan of beauty treatments like chemical peels and whatnot, but I haven't been pressured to get any services I don't want. Also, they've been very accommodating as far as scheduling goes. If you're looking for hair removal, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Like many other reviewers, I was a bit apprehensive regarding the process, the pain, etc. but it was smooth sailing from start to finish! I will provide updates if needed once I see the results appear but I'm sure I won't need to change my rating! I also want to give credit to the receptionist who was extremely thorough and friendly during my first call. She sent me the information and pre-treatment paperwork very promptly, as well.

Outstanding level of care and service! I have darker hair - too visible in places where I don't want it, and very sensitive skin. I was apprehensive for years due to my sensitivity. Amy in the Maple Grove office put me at ease immediately, and was extremely knowledgeable. When she wasn't sure about a specific issue I had going on with my skin at the time of my arrival, she inquired to be sure. It was so reassuring. Amy truly cares about you as a person, and clearly wants you to be beyond happy (and safe) with your results. I first picked Permanent Choice as they were one of the hair removal centers in the Twin Cities that had been around the longest. This is the second of their centers I have been to and I have been going to the Maple Grove location for about a year now. I am very happy with the results. I have seen a marked reduction in hair growth in the area they are currently treating. I will keep going there for maintenance on this area, and will probably have them treat additional areas in the future. They are always professional, and very courteous, and very good. The prices are reasonable, and they don't try to sell you expensive packages you don't need. They are very honest as well as to what will be the best for treatment. I have been very pleased with them and would highly recommend them if you want to do something nice for yourself!

I saw Amy at the Maple Grove location. Having red/auburn hair, it was explained at the beginning that my expectations for laser hair removal should be lower since red hair doesn't always respond as well to the treatments. I am extremely pleased with my results, it worked better than I was expecting. And Amy was really excellent to work with, she made sure I was comfortable and was very friendly.

I looked at all of my options in the metro area and am so glad I picked Permanent Choice. I have been seeing Amy at the Maple Grove location for the last 3 years. She is always professional and friendly. I drive almost 40 minutes to get the Maple Grove location but I don't want to see anyone else besides Amy. On a few occasions I had to make "emergency" appointments to get in before a last minute date or what not, I had to see other people and they were just as great as Amy. I am preferential to Amy, though, as she is so friendly and thorough in her work whether it be laser or electrolysis or anything else you would need, Amy at Permanent Choice is great!

I am always open to what she has to say about my skin and how I should take care of it. Right now we are doing the BBL and I am amazed how after one treatment my skin has changed so much. I glad to have Jennifer help me take care of my skin. She even has me wearing long sleeved shirts when I work out in the garden and of course I also wear a hat and sunscreen.
