I have been seeing Tammy for about 2 years now, every 2 weeks or so, for facial electrolysis. I go to her Elkhorn studio, which is about an hour away from my home (closer than Oak Creek), and it is well worth the drive. Her work is excellent, more than fair pricing, and she is just a lovely person besides - easy to talk to, good listener, compassionate, and cares about her clients. I've also experienced her coaching another electrologist in refining techniques - so, yes, she is very knowledgeable about her craft. Highly recommended.

Wow. Just absolutely wow. Nothing at all what I expected yet SO much more than I expected! Tammy blew me away with her knowledge of electrolysis and was able to intelligently, confidently and easily go through everything with me so that I could understand the process. Tammy was very thorough and patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns and really heard what I wanted my end goal to be - then made it happen. I went to her to have my eyebrows done, knowing from the last 30+ years of tortured experience how badly it was going to hurt. From six feet away and within the first few minutes of our meeting, she told me she knew exactly what needed to be done and she could do it without the pain. Yeah, right!! Never gonna happen. I was fully prepared to have puffy brows that looked like I had caked on the brightest pink eyeshadow I could find. Shock. Disbelief. Magic. Awe. Just a few words that come to mind regarding this eyebrow waxing treat. No pain, no puffiness and not a trace of even the lightest pink eyeshadow. Oh I’ll be back. Booked four treatments in advance to set that in stone. You cannot beat her prices, the at-home feel she exudes or the comaraderie that seems like you’re hanging out with a good friend for the afternoon. I’m not going anywhere else. She skips town? My eyebrows and facial hair will follow.

This was my first waxing visit to a new place in 2 years and Tammy's spa was top notch when it came to quality, cleanliness, and the customer service experience. The equipment and products used were high quality and Tammy's professionalism showed with her attention to detail. The prices are also unbelievably fair. My girlfriend and I p!an on making this our new spot for waxing.
