She walks you through each step and answers any and all questions you could possibly have. She makes sure that what you get works for you. She makes you feel comfortable each step of the way. If I can leave Tanya and the team more then 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, I had a very beautiful and pleasant experience. Before I booked my appointment, I did a lot of research on fixing my old eye brows tattoo and where to go. I came across Restoration Beauty and kept on following them on Facebook for couple of month. My first appointment with Tanya was a bit awkward. I was hesitant and scared. In my mind, someone is going to touch my face, what if they did a bad job! However, it was the ABSOLUTE opposite. I told her my concerns and my husband concerns and she listened well and she worked on my eye brows accordingly. The result was impeccable. She is very talented and not to forget super clean and gentle. She takes her time to listen, explain and implement. I have been to her multiple times as it is not a one time process and she never rushed the job. She took her time. Results were more then perfect. I can’t recommend her enough. If you are looking to get a tattoo or to fix your current one or do anything to your face, I would highly recommend this place. Everyone there is nice and gentle and clean and smiley. Customer for life. Thank you again all the care and patience and for the beautiful job you have done on me.

I got my brows microbladed for the first time and was really nervous to do it but after talking with Tanya and her patiently answering all my questions and concerns I felt extremely comfortable. R.B.I is extremely spacious and all of the work area is organized and clean . She made sure the whole time I was comfortable and asked me what my thoughts were on color and shaping. Tanya is the permanent makeup queen! I saw Tanya for combo microblading/powder brow, and she did an incredible job! I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in permanent makeup. She is professional and meticulous when it comes to her work. I had a stubborn spot in one of my eyebrows that had trouble holding the color, and Tanya went above and beyond doing multiple (complimentary) touch ups to get it perfect. She also tailors your healing instructions to your skin type to ensure for the best end result. I have since returned to Tanya and her daughter, Amarrah, every 3-4 weeks for eyebrow waxing, and I cannot recommend their waxing services enough either! Finally - the location is super convenient with plenty of parking, and the interior space is clean and comfortable.
