Jamie HammersAppointment was scheduled quickly and easily. Arrived to my appointment on time and was able to e-check in and wait in my car. Staff was incredibly friendly. Jordan was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Loveless was efficient, listened to my concerns, and took care of my issue right in the office. His MA was phenomenal with numbing the area and giving discharge instructions. Check out staff was pleasant too. 10/10 would reccomend.
Blake LongI was promptly seen with very little waiting. I was taken to a waiting room and immediately attended to by a nurse. Dr. Schrodt came in a few minutes later. She was very friendly and reviewed all my treatment options and answered all my questions. If necessary, she said they would contact my insurance company to obtain coverage for treatment options not routinely covered. Everyone was very professional and wait time was minimal. I was very satisfied.
Rebecca TLCStaff was great and the process was quick, efficient and professional. I only had one issue...the dressings. By the time I had walked to the car they had all come off and I had a small amount of blood on my pants from numerous injection sites. Supplies should be sent home with the patient or the legs need to be completely wrapped from top to bottom with gauze and a sleeve or ace bandage. I work in surgery and there is no way that dressing was going to stay in place based on how it was applied. Other than that it was a great experience and I'm excited to see the results.
Tina LinkDr. Schrodt is wonderful. She is attentive, listens to needs, and explains issues in a way that Is understandable but is not condescending. Medically she is an expert that really cares for her patients. The office personnel are kind and processes are efficient. Out of 5 stars, I give her 10.
