I always feel taken care of here at Epione. The staff and Dr. Simon are lovely and customer service is top notch. Make sure you have plenty of time for your appointment because sometimes there is a wait or you could decide to do something extra while you’re there. I always give it at least 3 hours to be safe unless it’s something small. Epione is about doing quality work and not trying to rush the work they do. I am a customer for life!

I didn’t receive the results that I paid for. This was disappointing. I’ve had the same service in Dallas, TX for literally half the price and I was completely satisfied with the results. The staff, doctor, location… all nice. However, the point should be to have a satisfied customer. That I am not and boy did I want to sign up for more derm services. But if you can’t get the little service I had done the right way — especially the 1st time — then why would I trust this office to perform any other service at their astronomical prices? No thanks. Back to Dallas for me! Maybe this place is only for celebrities. I’m sure with that clientele they get it right for them every time.

I came to Epione two weeks ago to get dermal fillers for my dark under eyes. Parking was easy to find. Although I paid for parking at the adjacent structure I was informed at the end of my appointment that Epione has their own lot for guests to park for free. I guess that’s useful for my follow up appointment in 3 months. The facility was very nice and clean. The wait was long but wasn’t too terrible. After being called I was placed in a separate room for the procedure. There were several assistants coming in and out collecting additional information, payment (up-front) and to answer any questions I might have. After another 30-45 minutes I was seen by Dr. Ourian. I was told by one assistant that the doctor would be quick with the procedure and she was right. He was in and out in a few minutes. There were no explanations of what fillers were being used, where the injections would be applied, and why. It felt very random the areas that were being injected and it wasn’t even for both eyes. I guess I needed to be a celebrity or influencer in order to receive the care and attention I’ve seen others get on Instagram. After the procedure I was pretty bruised so I didn’t see any difference. Now after two weeks I still don’t see much of a difference. I’m looking forward to the touch-up appointment in three months and hopefully get to see a more noticeable results. For $4,900, which according to Dr. Ourian’s info on Instagram is on the higher end of the national average for fillers, I would expect more results than what I got.

I’ve been to Epione a number of times and have had fantastic experiences. However, I live out of state so sometimes it’s necessary to see doctors in my home area. I recently saw one about rhinoplasty but somethings were not making sense to me. I contacted a friend at Epione (her name is Rana. She is amazing and if you get to speak with her, take her advice!) and within a week she had me in there speaking directly with Dr. Ourian. They worked around MY schedule, not theirs. I gave him a broad picture of what I wanted to do and he basically confirmed what I thought and he offered to speak to the plastic surgeon for me so Dr Ourian could explain it in medical terms. They never stop working there and yet he was willing to take the time to talk to another doctor so I could get the best result. He really cares about his patients. The most telling part of all this? I tried to pay for the consultation and they wouldn’t let me! Think about that. It’s not about the money to them. Dr Ourian is one of the kindest, sincerest, honest, and truly bravest people I’ve ever met. I’ve found if he tells me something, I can trust what he says. From beginng to end you are well-cared for. Recently I received fillers for my under eyes for my dark circles and fillers in my chin and jawline for jawline contouring ... AMAZING results . Dark circles are not gone completely but 70% better and my jawline is so beautiful I can’t explain. Not 5 stars but tell you why. My girlfriend went here for lip injections 2 weeks ago (she doesn't have a google account hence writing it under mine). The work Ourian did was great. This was her 2nd visit for her free follow up. The issue is, the first time she went she didn't wait longer than 5 mins but there also wasn't any 'information' given to her about after care (first time getting lip injections) she mentioned this in her email survey. This 2nd time, she waited an HOUR to be seen.The visit with the doctor went fine, no apology though for the wait. However, what is odd is when she was waiting someone came in ask her to give a review of the place. She walked her through on her phone the google review. Since she doesn't have an account the review didn't go through. But its unprofessional to have someone come in and 'force' you to give a review. A random person working there not even the nurse assisting the doctor. I bet some of the 5 stars with no comments are from people who were asked to give a review with the person standing over them.

I went to epione a couple of weeks ago and was impressed. I got the cool laser treatment done which isn't for the faint hearted but very good and I had my lips done. My lips look very natural and I'll go back for a little touch up as my upper lip could be a fraction bigger. I'm very happy though as I'd rather go back to have a little more put in than walk around with unnaturally big lips that don't suit my face. I love how everything is measured something which doesn't happen innmy country. The cool laser has already Made a difference. You've got to be very vigilant with after care and using specific creams and different times... all to maximise results. What you get here is that you are paying for the artists eye and he's very good not to mention his team are fantastic. It's not cheap but like I say your paying for an artist's eye and a very professional team. I'd highly recommend this place it's results driven, they take care of how you feel and your concerns and listen well. Lastly the staff are very beautiful and friendly. I wasn't sure if my skin should be how it was after the treatment and the girls emailed me back promptly. Fantastic customer service. S

I have had several treatments performed by Dr. Ourian and staff. The cool laser is amazing, and there is NO ONE else I would ever go to for fillers. Dr. Ourian and his nurse practitioner are very skilled at Botox. The skin products he uses are top quality. I am 53yo and seeing how far I can go without going under the knife. The treatments here are so amazing and look so much more natural than traditional plastic surgery. Rana is so sweet to talk to about what my needs are and which treatments to do. The doctor is definitely five stars, but the weight is extremely long and my numbing cream wore off the time the injection started, please keep this in mind for future patients need to be numbed really well, If the weight is longer they need to come in a second time and apply the cream or give the patient extra cream for their face to apply them self

Dr. Ourion is one of the most talented and genuine doctors I have met. He is so skilled in what he does. He can transform you within minutes. The reason I personally am such a huge fan of his work is that he does what he does with such passion and the results are so natural. I went to see Dr. Ourian because I heard many celebrities seek his expertise. I want to say that Dr. Simon Ourian is one of the most understanding plastic surgeon when it comes to my feelings. Recommend Epione to all. I first went to Epione when I purchased Botox from Groupon. I've had Botox prior and have more than once ended up in a facility that was less than desirable and injected by a nurse rather than a doctor. At Epione, Dr. Simon Ourian does all the injections and procedures. The work is not fobbed off onto staff. Epione offered Botox either by the unit or the treatment area. By the unit is always more expensive for me as it is difficult to predict just how much is needed for correction. When purchasing by the treatment area (definitely the most cost effective option), one gets as much Botox as needed to correct the defect. Additionally, Epione offered a FREE touch up if done within 2 to 3 weeks following treatment. LOVE IT! The service was impeccable and designer cookies (picked up at the bakery by Dr. Ourian daily) and drinks were complimentary. The interior is a beautiful mix of contemporary and classic. Suggest parking at the public parking garage beside the Crate and Barrel on N. Beverly as the first two hours are free and it's a short walk (2 blocks if I remember correctly) to Epione on Camden.

Here is my Review of Epione : It is hard to give this establishment only a rating of 3. They really have created a 5 star environment including everything from an inviting entrance that is more like a five star hotel in beverly hills to knowing my name when I enter the door (even if they memorized my name that very morning) it still makes me fee very important. Epione is not just another medical office that offers a few services. It is a whole building. and they have everything from Botox and juvederm all the way to There is even personalized valet parking in the back. There is always warm cookies and fancy tea in the waiting area. Dr. Ourian, is known as the celebrity cosmetic dermatologist, but he is very down to earth and friendly. HE has been my doctor for many years and he insists on seeing every patient himself...no nurse injectors or other doctors doing his work. sometimes he spends a minute and sometimes an hour analyzing and speaking with you depending on how desperately you need to speak with him. Dr. Simon Ourian is, hands-down, the best at fillers and making you super beautiful. He takes care of the Hollywood and Beverly Hills who's who. if you want to look better, younger, and NATURAL ....Epione should be for your destination. This place is the Mecca of everything beauty...beauty medicine and surgery that is.

This was my 1st time at Epione. I follow Dr. Ourain on Instagram and LOVE what he does with his patients. He is very skilled at what he does but I do have a concern in how things were done with me at Epione. I got to my appointment and filled out the paper work and mark what I was interested in. I am interested in fillers and lasers but my intend with my 1st appointment was lip augmentation. I was taking into the room and was asked what I was doing and I told the young girl lip augmentation. I did my lips which is great no complaints but I feel that my right side of my upper lip is a little larger than my left upper lip. I had this done on 8/4/2015 not sure if I need to go back in for a touch up? What was so disappointing was that Dr. Ourain did not come in to go over with me what I wanted on my lip augmentation or to even get to hear his opinion for my type of lip shape. It was one of the girls that came in and said these are your options and then came Dr. Outrian to do my lip augmentation. Great work but I rather have Dr. Ourain come and and go with me what options he would recommend. Also since I checked mark that I was interested in fillers and laser I was hoping to get his opinion not Rana nice lady but not sure if she has the credentials to even advised what laser and fillers would be best for what I was looking for. I wanted to feel more like a patient not a number I really had high exceptions for Epione meaning Dr. Ourian comes in the office and recommends type of fillers and laser based on what I am looking for.
