They removed my mole that was changing shape, color, and size rapidly and was able to have time that day to take care of it the same day without having to make another appointment a month out and got me in during the holidays in a timely fashion. Office ladies were nice and non judgmental. I was impressed with how clean and big the place was. Highly recommend and the doctor was very empathetic and showed great care to me. Thank you all!

Although Pinnacle Dermatology is 2 hours from my house it is well worth the drive. I highly recommend them to anyone with a need to see a dermatologist. The staff is always very friendly and my doctor, Dr. Wirges, is an amazing doctor. She takes the time to talk to you and explain things and always asks if I have any questions. Most doctors are rushed when they see you but Dr Wirges definitely has her patients health at her best interest which goes a long way with me.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Mabry! I had to have a cyst removed and while normally I end up needing to do a consultation first, then come back for the removal (thus paying two copays) she did all in the same day and had me out in thirty minutes! Her nurse, Kenya, and assistant, (Chelsea, I think was her name) were so nice and instructive and I felt so cared for and attended to! The best experience!!

The entire process of setting an appointment, online profile, online check-in were very easy. I arrived for my appointment and was in the waiting area for under 5 minutes before being called in. Dr. Mohr was very prompt, courteous, explained things in both medical terminology (that I didn't understand) AND in layman terms (which I did understand.) This was my first appt to Pinnacle Dermatology and to see Dr. Mohr. I was instructed to arrive 15 mins before my appt which I did. My appt time was 9:00 am. The front office was very busy but my paperwork was completed at 9:05 am. After another 5-10 mins I was called bk by the medical assistant Alisha who was very nice. She asked me about my reason to see the dr and what products I was using on my face. She then asked to take a picture of my face and said the dr would be with me. You are seated right in front of a tv that continuously shows you what services they offer. Some information about skin cancer but mostly services. Then 30 mins later dr mohr comes in and ask me a couple of questions looks at my face and tells asst what prescriptions to call in. Then she is out the door in less than 10 mins. I would have liked a little more time to ask questions but she was done with me. Dr Mohr definitely needs to work in her bedside manner or the same comments will Be left about her.

I went to see a local dermatologist 6 months ago for treatment of a minor skin condition. I was simply given a diagnosis and (I felt) rushed from the room with no information. When I researched the condition myself, I called back to ask about the possibility of receiving one of the treatments I found online. I was told that she didn't offer those and I would just have to wait for it to resolve on its own. The condition continued to spread and I was left hopeless, frustrated, depressed. On recommendation from another dermatologist, I went to Pinnacle Dermatology and saw Dr. Mabry. She was calm, caring, listened to me, and offered me two different treatments, one of which was done in the office the same day. She made it clear that I could come back anytime and she would take care of me. I can't tell you what an amazing experience I had with her. I felt that she truly cared. I highly recommend her and the entire staff.

Dr. Terri Martin took her time listening to me and talking with me about all of my concerns. She was so knowledgeable and her friendly demeanor put me @ ease right away. A couple weeks later I went back for my appointment with Lila Barker, the Cosmetic Care Coordinator. She was just great! She to, was knowledgeable, caring, very professional, yet made my appointment fun! Lila prepared a detailed plan for my particular skin....After years of baking in the sun in my teenage years, along with the aging process, my skin is so extremely damaged... that I thought there was no way to improve it. My skin has become a source of embarrassment, insecurities & sadness for me. I had lost all hope that there was anything or anybody that could help be... UNTIL, I went to Pinnacle Dermatology!! Pinnacle Dermatology has a beautiful modern office, professional staff and knowledgeable Physicians. The staff seems to really care about all patients. My entire family switched over to Pinnacle Dermatology 2 years ago and we refuse to see anyone other than the staff at Pinnacle Dermatology. Excellent service, great location, and a phenomenal team! They make you feel comfortable and welcome the minute you walk in. I came in for a minor rash and they found a spot (and removed it) that turned out to be melanoma. Had it gone untreated, I would have been in serious trouble. Dr. Wirges and her staff were able to take care of me and give me advice on what I need to do going forward to take care of myself. I can't say enough good things about them.
