I started to explore some possible cosmetic procedures and consulted with 8 doctors. Each had a different approach. He also always gives multiple options and provides pros/cons of anything he suggests do that you can make informed decisions about your care. I know many dermatology clinics in the city push branded products and expensive skincare regimens on patients, and this has NEVER happened at Chelsea skin and laser. I have seen them for general dermatology and also for cosmetic procedures, and regardless of why I’m there, they’ve never tried to “sell” me anything. Love them!!

Over the years they not only always squeeze me in for an emergency but they have been treating my 12 years recently and let me tell you if you ever have one of your kids with a skin issue during a pandemic you want to go someplace you can trust and they responded immediately and treated him and honestly did a fantastic job when clearly they are not exactly labeled for kids - all I can say is over the years they always had the right diagnosis and gave us the right treatment with the perfect bedside manners. I honestly highly recommend this place and all their doctors even the assistants are amazing. They won’t sugar coat it but they will give you the right treatment and if you just need to be patient they will tell you the truth and I really value this in a doctor and why I have been going for 20 years and again during these crazy times they were here for me and my entire family thank you thank you!

Chelsea Skin & Laser is a clean and friendly place with competent staff.. I wouldn’t look any further than this place. The procedure was pretty gross too. I had to remove a cyst from my head but the two doctors I saw were cool about it. I even got to hold the weird sac thing that popped out.. Check that off the ol’ bucket list! No seriously, these guys are good and very down to earth which is hard to find in Chelsea nowadays. The scar is barely noticeable and nothing was painful about the procedure or afterwards.

I went to see Dr. Brian Ginsberg for a checkup. I haven't seen a dermatologist for at least 10 years and figured it was about time to get a look over. My first thought when I walked in was "Am I sure my insurance covers this?" and "Are they going to try to upsell me?" Luckily I had no issues with insurance and the doctor didn't try to sell me anything. I was seen quickly, had a through look over, and was on my way a little while later. I visited Chelsea Skin & Laser because what apparantly was a cyst in my neck and had it removed. All the way from stepping inside the door and feeling welcome to have the cyst removed was a really great experience. But I must say, 2 days ago I removed the cyst and seeing so many, beautiful, perfect stitches on a 2cm scar was stunning. Dr Brian Ginsberg really did some art work (as he said he would) and I am positive the scar won't show at all later on. Even though the visits were short they made sure that everything was fine with me and that I understood everything and really cared.

The brilliance of Dr Eidelman is that he is very determined to make you look like your younger self, not look like something that really freakish or over filled. One bonus I really appreciated with Dr Eidelman’s technique is that he was very skilled at not making me bruise anywhere on my face, especially under my eyes.
