I went in the first time and I Still had patches. I was okay at first but it just took forever and the pain was the worse I ever experienced while getting a wax. But the most disappointing part is I still have areas that wasn’t even touched. So I decided to go back and pick someone new to clean up the missed areas and get it done correctly and the results were amazing! Thank you Adrienne for a wonderful experience. I got my first brazilian wax last week and my waxer was really friendly, did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and distracted me from the pain very well with conversation. My reason for the 3 star rating is because not only was I not asked if I wanted to re-book like the last customer I observed, I was not offered any after care instructions or products. Obviously I can look everything up online, but that doesn't seem like good service especially for it being my first time. Maybe this is normal I'm not sure but for the amount of $ I spent (including tip)? I may find another place to try going forward.

I have been here twice and have good experiences both times. Scheduling is easy and you can even do it through their website. Staff is kind and welcoming.The second time I went I didn't like the shape of my brows as much as the first but I think that is more just preference. I know now that I will just stick with the same person each time.

From the wonderful and super friendly owners to the unique cerologists I've had the pleasure of scheduling with, I could not be more satisfied with this awesome establishment and the numerous services they provide at quite reasonable prices. I mean, these cerologists don't take unwanted body hair lightly, so each service I've had I notice they take their time and they thoroughly scope and inspect the post-waxed areas for any little hair that may have been stubborn and stayed behind. I personally go to Waxing the City for underarm and full Brazilian services, which always leave me feeling refreshed and perhaps even more feminine. The services and results never leave me unsatisfied, so the employees there know they can expect to see me again in about 3 weeks! (Waxing has made my body hair grow immensely slower, lighter in color, softer and thinner! I don't know why I didn't start doing this SOONER. Last but not least, the cerologists are always prompt with getting you back to the room to get things started. Each room always has great music playing, so if nervousness or fear of some pain/discomfort have a client on the edge about waxing they can just let the music take control. Before they know it, the client is jamming to yet another good track and the waxing is all over and bye bye unwanted hair! Great place. Awesome staff. Minimal-to-no discomfort. And SPECIAL MONEY SAVINGS with options of purchasing waxing bundles. Ladies, fellas, GO! You'll be glad you did.
