Very warm and welcoming team. Very efficient, and punctual and a clean facility. For the hair removal process you return for multiple visits spaced out by about 5 weeks and I started seeing results immediately. Have had no episodes of rash or pigmentation changes. Do need to protect your skin though from sunlight to avoid complications and to continue your appointments. Lifetime guarantee and numerous locations across the country for ease of keeping up with your laser treatments. They will be soon adding scheduling for 6 days a week and a second laser for ease of scheduling I have been told. Laser hair removal does come at a cost but with the lifetime guarantee I feel confident I will have permanent long term results.

I am so happy I made the decision to get laser hair removal done through Milan. The whole staff in general does a great job at making you feel welcome and comfortable overall, and they are very professional and cleanly. I appreciate them having a medical team and treating laser hair removal as a medical procedure instead of a spa treatment. I also greatly appreciate them following and enforcing all mask wear and social distancing guidelines during COVID-19. Dana made me feel especially welcome and went through the whole entire process with me, the payment plans and unlimited packages, and any questions or concerns I had during the consultation. I ended up getting my first treatment done the same day, and Josephyne (the RN who performs the laser treatment) was amazing with explaining everything to me before, during, after the treatment. She made me feel at ease while she was treating me and was very reassuring. After the first treatment, I saw more than a 20% reduction in my hair growth (average is 10-15%). I just got my second treatment done yesterday and I am excited to see how much my hair growth reduces after each treatment. The whole process is 10x less uncomfortable than getting your hair waxed or threaded, and they apply a cooling spray after each laser, which quickly cancels out the slight "pinch" feeling from the laser. They are quick, efficient, and affordable - I HIGHLY recommend Milan Laser! :)

Also, side note to the person who left a 1 star review simply because this facility requires a mask -- Marion County in Indianapolis, IN has been setting that precedent for months now. (Hello, we're in the middle of a global pandemic.) Next time, consider doing your research on the local area and stay in tune with what's happening in the world. The fact that you dinged this business for that isn't fair to them. If I could add an extra star for the fact that they've taken all of the necessary precautions and then some, I would.

I went for laser hair removal treatment. The staff there are really nice and professional and left a good first impression. Dana was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was really concerned about burns or side effects. However, the treatment for my upper lip and chin only took around 3 minutes and the redness was gone after a few hours. Overall this was much less painful than electrolysis. I'll update my review one I see the progress of the treatment.

I’ve been using this company between two locations for about 6-7 months now. I initially went in for a consultation just to get a price and ended up loving the information I got and the friendliness of the staff. They worked with me on different payment plans, they were thorough in explaining all processes. Every time I come in for an appointment they’re always so friendly, front desk and the ladies who do the procedures. It’s a very comfortable environment and they genuinely try to do everything they can to make sure you are feeling okay and are always honest with you. They check in with you mentally during the processes about how you’re feeling, asking about pain levels, and more. I will say it’s a luxury purchase and is a little hefty in cost, but in my opinion it’s a worthwhile investment when it comes to a little bit more money now or razors forever. Not to mention no more ingrowns, discoloration, irritation, anything like that. Love this company :)
