The place is located in the same business block with Orange Theory Fitness. It’s small so might be easily missed. Inside is very clean and well decorated with minimalist layout. The staff is very nice and professional. I have done laser hair removal many times in the past at different businesses. With the new technology, laser hair removal here was literally painless! I was preparing myself for so much worse from my previous experiences a few years ago but the session did go by super fast with minimal discomfort. Highly recommended!

First of all clean, I love the love the gray love seats and the clear look , blended with the ivory white look . The lighting was great as well. They are so friendly, patient, took time to explain everything and details for after care are on the apple phone as a scan option. Parking was easy . No stress. Overall, my experience at Sev was just okay. The receptionist were not friendly, and it was not the type of intake experience I would’ve expected for a place that prizes self on a high class, high quality business. The overall experience felt rushed and impersonal. When the esthetician came back to escort me to the room she started talking and instructing me before even introducing herself. I had to pause and ask her for her name. When I finally had an opportunity to speak and ask my questions and get clarity she was sweet and helpful, but it just started off feeling so rushed. So there is definitely room for improvement in the overall customer relationship component. Overall the laser hair removal was quick and painless and the room was very clean. Also reasonably priced. Has the potential to be great if they could be more customer friendly

First time going to Sev for laser hair removal. They streamlined it to where your initial appointment is under 30 mins. You fill out the intake forms online after you schedule an appt. They will schedule additional appointments for you ahead of time and you can confirm it via email. When you check into your appointment, you wait maybe like 5-10 mins, then they call you back. The technician goes over everything and ask you questions. Then they laser you and viola you’re finish. They offer you baby wipes and aloe Vera for after treatment. They will reconfirm your next appointment for you. Would recommend to other friends who wants to have laser hair removal. It’s worth it.

The place was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I was greeted by the front desk personnel who were courteous. I waited for a few minutes and was called back into the room where I was explained what I needed to do and what was going to be done. I was also told what to expect while the process of laser hair removal was going on. This eased my nerves. I must say the whole process was easy, the procedure was quick and not as painful as I imagined. The person who worked on me was very professional and pleasant. Honestly, I always hated going to this location because the front desk people were rude and had attitude problems. No customer service whatsoever. Stopped going for 3 months because I always dreaded going in. Recently made an appt and it was like night and day difference, the front desk girl previously is no longer there. Appt making was a breeze and it was more welcoming. Nonetheless, techs are always amazing!

Went in to get my underarms treated with laser hair removal. It was quick and virtually pain free thanks to the cool air they blow as they’re using the laser. Will be going back for more sessions and possibly for other areas as well. They’re also extremely nice, they make you feel super comfortable. I was more comfortable taking my shirt off at SEV than at the doctor lol. No irritation, no redness, no wait time despite me being 5 minutes late (got lost trying to find their little hidden spot) and excellent customer service!

I purchased a package from Groupon back in June for 1 large area. The only con I see is the wait time for your appointment, mine was set for September. But it’s so worth it. The workers are very nice and accommodating. The procedure only takes 5-10 minutes and the pain during is manageable. I’ve had no pain or side effects after the procedures. I saw immediate results are the first session. I used to shave my armpits and see a dark shadow later that day. Now once I shave my armpits, the skin is smooth and hair free for 5-6 days! Same with the Brazilian area. I’m so glad I started my treatments. I’ve been recommending it to everyone.

Love Sev! Been going there for over a year for Brazilian and underarms. With my hair type it doesn’t completely go away permanently, but it has made the hair much thinner and grows back slower. Plus it lasts longer than a wax and is about the same price per session. Really like their machines compared to other places I’ve been and they’re always very nice and professional and don’t push extra services on you. Would recommend!

I got laser hair removal on my lower legs and the difference is amazing! I’ve had 3 treatments so far and there’s a noticeable difference. My hair still grows but is much thinner, and grows slower. Coming from someone that had to shave everyday, it’s a win. I’ll shave once a week if that. Pain is tolerable, feels like a little slap. Quick procedure, never takes more than 15 minutes.

My experience was so AMAZING! Ruby was the girl to do my treatment and she made my visit so great. It was like she was a girlfriend helping a girl out. There was not a single moment I was uncomfortable. She walked me through everything and was super patient. The front desk girl wasn't as friendly but Ruby made my experience so great I didn't even let it phase me how the front desk girl was. This place was super clean and decorated very nicely. There was no wait time for me and I was in and out within 30 minutes and I received treatments on two areas. Would've been out of there quicker if I wasn't being a baby about it but it was my first time. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment!

The laser hair removal did not hurt at all. At most it was a little pinch. I would recommend any and everyone to go to SEV Laser. The prices are much lower than their competitors. The only thing I would say about them is that they need to be a little more clear on the ares of the jaw line, neck and chin. I was a bit confused but it was quickly cleared up once I got in the chair.

The other woman who I went to I'm not sure of her name but she was not at all as thorough like Michelle and when she was done with the laser hair treatment I had to get my own sunscreen and aloe vera and put it on the tissue. Let me start by saying that I'm a giant scared baby with pain. I just had my first session done, it's like 1/4 the pain of waxing and completely tolerable. Michelle was my tech and she was wonderful!! She explained everything, answered my questions, cranked the cold air and put me at ease. It was a very quick process for underarms/bikini and pretty cool to watch the hairs get zapped. I'm really stoked to see this process through and not have to shave so often!!

Review/First Time Experience -- I went to SEV laser for my first session this past weekend and it was a great experience in light of the current pandemic. It was my postpartum present to myself, as pregnancy can cause you to start growing hair in weird places. They are located right next to Le Peep and across from Orange Theory Fitness. You check in with the iPad, get your forehead temperature scanned, and wait for your technician to come get you. All forms are to be completed online prior to visit. I saw the receptionist clean the outside and inside door handles and the iPad used for check-in multiple times while I was there for my short visit. My appointment started right on time and it went by so quickly! I went for my full legs, Brazilian, happy trail, and armpits. The technician was super kind and was happy to answer any questions I had. She did a test area for pain tolerance and honestly, if you have ever waxed in your life, this will be a breeze. She started with my armpits and the feeling was similar to when you use spray deodorant; the machine cools your skin so effectively I had to really concentrate on the sensation to feel the laser. When she went to start on my legs, I felt like a total weirdo, but the laser caused a ticklish sensation (?!). I felt zero pain with the Brazilian, although I have lost sensation in my skin in some parts due to having a c-section 6 months ago. Overall, it was a really positive, painless experience. The appointment was completed in a timely manner. I had a small amount of redness/edema afterwards that subsided much faster than when I go and get waxed. Upon check out, they use the credit card on file and you use the iPad to check out. I look forward to coming back and seeing progress! I have been getting waxes for 8 years and I am so happy SEV came to Houston. It's such a good value in compare to waxing sessions!
