Love love love Renova! This place was recommended by a friend and I was so nervous about getting the treatments done but super glad I did. Ive looked at other places but the prices does not even compare. The ladies at the front were very informative and attentive. The techs are so friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable especially it being my first time. They provided with everything I needed for after care. Purchased the 6 treatment package and saw results within a couple of treatments. Works really well for me!

Renova is honestly one of the most accommodating laser clinics that I have gone to in Houston area, the service is always impeccable and the ladies are very friendly. Only thing you should take in to consideration is if you need a Saturday appointment you usually need to book in advance but other then that they are great. And my hair is almost 70% gone and I'm on treatment 4.

Since the beginning everything was good call on Friday and they give a consultation appointment for next day, the clinic looks super clean, at the front desk 2 beautiful ladies didn’t cash her name but she was a incredible tall beautiful African American woman she took me to the consulting room and she explained everything so well I did my questions and I loved so the first treatment came I was there on time and the appointment was great until the you have to be naked 😳I was like 🤔what are we talking and for a macho men that was way to much 😬 but the therapy specialist was very good and professional and the treatment was good and still war away to finish but I love the results I have so far.

I have very sensitive skin and was worried about full body laser hair removal, I got bad “P.F.E.” around my legs after my first treatment. I started pre-medicating with Benadryl before my appointments, using sunscreen and aloe after, and going easier on the lasers and my results have still been FANTASTIC. Can not recommend this place enough for laser hair removal and they definitely have the best prices! All the technicians listen to your concerns and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

I got a groupon on this place because my friend used the same location for her laser hair removal and had a great experience. I always wanted to get laser on my legs but never acted on it. I got the Groupon and it was easy to schedule my first appointment. They explain the process well and soon after my first appointment I already saw my hair reduction! The machine they use also blows cool air with the laser and that's an added bonus for me. The tech has a process that ensures every portion of the leg is done, which made me feel really good bc i could see that there's attention to detail. I'd recommend for sure! I do find it's harder to get appointments in the summer (which makes sense) so I'd suggest to pre plan!

// UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR: Be very careful about what all in included the promotions and exactly how many sessions you pay for…I’ve had numerous incorrectly numbered sessions throughout my time here, when they tried to short me or tell me that the review i posted last year didn’t count towards a free session (they will tell you write a review to add extra sessions and will press you very hard on this). Overall I have seen good results and the price is very reasonable, which is why I wouldn’t completely tear down this place, but just be meticulous about when you paid for what. More than once they tried to tell me I didn’t pay for something and I had to bring up my credit card transaction to prove that in fact I did. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN TO COVER YOURSELF. // So far, so good! This place is always very quick and prompt with their appointment, which I appreciate. I am currently a few sessions in my laser hair removal and started seeing results after my first session. I look forward to seeing the end result and will write and updated review when I’m finished! Amanda was my technician today, who was very helpful.

The office is very nice and clean and the front desk girls are very helpful and sweet. Veronica was my technician who does a great job and is personable too. I request her every time. Overall after 6 sessions I have seen a dramatic reduction in hair volume and the ones growing back are much thinner and lighter than before. I had very dark thick hairs and pale skin. I would recommend this location for laser hair removal for sure.

I've gone in for my 3rd session and this time hair regrew sooner than the previous sessions which was odd (waited 2 weeks to shave as told and have needed to shave every 2-3 days since then). I called and they said it was normal so I'm hoping I can see better results in the next session.

If I could give them more than five star here, I would. To me Renova Laser is what a great business that is in health and beauty should be. They are very professional and courteous in communicating with you from the time you call to make the initial appointment. There was absolutely no push or rush to sell me anything at all. During my free consultation session Mark took over 30 minutes to present to me what to expect from my treatments (Botox and laser hair removal treatment), and answered every single question I had! When I walked out of initial consultation I felt very comfortable that I made the right choice with my purchase. So far, I've done 4 out the 6 laser hair removal treatments on my legs and face and I am 100% happy and satisfied with the results. Although I have 2 more treatments to go, I truly don't see any hair growth on my legs and face anymore! I should also tell you about their staff and the culture of Renova Laser clinic, which both are excellent. Very polite and friendly staff willing to help and accommodate you all of the time. I’m really bummed about this place and my laser treatments there. At first I had good feeling but it’s been a couple months now after my treatments ended and my hair grows back normal like no change whatsoever. I paid a lot of money and hoped for at least good results but I can only say they’re bad results not even ok. The techs and staff are nice but I’m not sure they handled my treatments well. Everyone had their own approach and I wasn’t able to get the same tech every time. Also they took it real easy for more than half my treatments so the benefit of the treatment strength was very low and waste of my time and not just money. I’m very sad that I didn’t get my expectations. Now I have to think to repeat the treatments somewhere else.

I have been going to this center for more than a year now and have had a very good overall experience with them. For starters, Mr. Mark is a professional and definitely knows how to treat the customers. I have also worked with a number of different technicians and all have been very well trained and friendly. But of course some of them might be more thorough and meticulous than others. Lorain and Norma are awesome! The receptionists might not be as friendly or helpful though! But Roya is amazing! She is very sweet and responsible and gives the customers individual attention. But regardless of where you go for hair removal, you can't expect a hair-free body after only 6 sessions! It is only a common misconception! In order for laser treatment to be fully effective, you actually have to keep doing that but only with longer intervals. I started with once in every two months but now it is only once in 5 or 6 months. I am very happy with the result.

I was nervous about trying this method of hair removal, but the technicians always made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and everyone is very nice and pleasant. At first I wasn't sure if they can treat dark skin (I am a deep brown color) but the consultant explained everything and assured me that any color is treatable. So I have dark hair. I am an Italian, so when the time came to consider some laser, I consulted 1) Yelp and 2) a friend who had it done before. Both led me to renova laser. The consult was free and very informative. I did a ton of reading online before going in, so I only had a few questions. Rebecca was super nice and knowledgeable. I didn't hear anything that scared me away, so I signed up for a package and made my first appointment. Scheduling was easy, but I have very flexible work hours, so scheduling isn't ever a problem for me. I was a little nervous for my first treatment. It does hurt, but I didn't know what to expect. After the treatment the area was fine immediately. It did take a week or so before I noticed that the hair weren't growing back in (but you can always shave in the mean time). If you're reading this, you're probably interested in laser hair removal, and you might be worried about the price. Fear not, they're always running specials, so there's no real reason not to give them a call and schedule a free consult. You'll be glad you did!

This is the best laser clinic in town, and when I say the best I mean business. And I do really mean the BEST. I always suffered from unwanted hair. I tried another laser spa years ago, it was not good, and it didn't work for me. The owner was mean, and the staff was cluless. I did not like shaving and the irritated feeling after that. I tried waxing, oh you know how much that hurts! Especially when your pain level is below zero. It hurts more, it stings, and that burning sensation... ugh do not even let me go there... One day, one of my girlfriends and I were having a "girl talk", and she told me about Renova Laser. I said "Yeah right, I know. I needed a serious help with my face and bikini area. Moreover, I was so tired of waxing and the pain of it. The next day I called Renova and scheduled an appointment. After few days I went for my consultation. That's when my life has changed for good. I met with Mark. First he educated me about hair and the hair growth. He paid close attention to me when I was talking about my concerns. At the end of our consultation I paid for the whole body deal and scheduled my first session. So far I had four sessions, and I LOVE IT. I cannot be more happier with the results. My sessions are always so relaxing. Are you wondering about the pain? There is none, you do feel something; however, it is not pain. If I can just lay down and relax during my sessions, anybody can have it. If you are tired of shaving, waxing, hair in total... just give them a call. Please do this for yourself. I give you my word, you'll not regret this. The owner, Mark, and his brother are amazing. Where do I start, right off I do want to say that I did have some significant reduction in hair growth but that did not even start to happen until after the 6 sessions in the package were over. They keep wanting to make you purchase more packages at a discounted price but I do not trust them to actually get me to where I want to be. I have had to do about 10 sessions to be at the hair growth that I am now and I still have growth in my underarms, arms, and in some places of my thighs. I really wanted this place to work out because most of the staff is very friendly. I did not like that you have a different technical every time. Not all of them are the same. I like consistency and they did not provide that. I am very disappointed that I have had to spend extra money to get to the where I am remotely happy.

Today was my first session and the technician who worked on me was super nice I have never seen such an amazing and relaxing person she kept asking me if I'm okay encouraged me all the time she laughed and make me laugh and talked about the procedure and once we done i looked at the hour and it was less than one hour that was ao fast I was like I am going to go home and give this nice amazing lady a five plus star her name is MARZI amazing person amazing technician I already ask the front nice ladies to book me with her for the next five sessions. My legs I shave about once a week instead of every 2 days like before. Generally I have a good time here, but this last visit they burned my face. I posted pictures of right after, and then 2 of the next morning. Usually there is no redness by the next day, and definitely no pain. I still have pain where the red spots are. 5th treatment.
