I have been coming to Prime Laser for the past 2+ years, I have seen a significant improvement in service and scheduling me with my recurring technician. I am so glad to have found Sammy as my laser tech, she is very attentive and detailed and ensures that no spot/area has been missed. Super sweet lady who genuinely cares about your progress and shares it along the way so you are aware as well. If it's your first time going, I would most certainly recommend her as she makes sure you are comfortable and answers any questions before proceeding. I also appreciate Miranda at the front, who remembers me and always greets me with my name, and they call a day before my appointment as a reminder, one of the major improvements I've seen. My only suggestion would be to improve the wifi/signal situation there if possible, given that it could just be due to location, I won't be docking a point off the rating based on this. In terms of results, I've seen considerable reduction in hair growth over time, the machines that they use (based on my discussion 2 years ago) is the same as their other competitors so really it's the customer service that differentiates them. Overall, my experience has been great with them and I would recommend!

I went in during my lunch break and I was in and out in about 10 min the manager was very kind and welcoming and Nadia my laser technician explained the process since I was nervous and worked fast and efficient. It did sting a bit but just after one treatment I saw about 60 percent of the hit gone and she recommended six treatments and I can’t wait to go back.

I have been through almost all of the technicians for my treatments and they are all great and make you feel comfortable. My recent treatment was with Myra and she was amazing! She took her time and listened to me about the areas I wasn't seeing a difference and adjusted the settings according to the specific area she was treating. She was also very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable through the whole session. I have recommended this place to so many friends and family and they also love it!

Friendly workers and technicians, always on time and barely any wait time. Other than the professional atmosphere, their prices are cheap in comparison to other laser clinics. I’ve done several sessions so far and have seen results in certain areas and barely any results in a majority of other areas, most likely will need to buy another package. The staff is so friendly and helpful with scheduling the appointments and they even call you to remind you of your appointment each time. I've only had 2 treatments so far and I've already seen a 40% reduction in my hair growth. My laser technician Myra is just wonderful and so gentle and careful with my treatment each time. She takes her time and doesn't rush and is always such a pleasure to talk too. Love! If you are thinking about laser hair removal I highly suggest it. Especially here as the results I have seen at prime laser are far better than the place I had tried previously. I have always thought about getting laser hair removal but never took the plunge until I had my son. Waxing/shaving is literally the last thing on your mind as a first time mom. So, a year after he was born, I searched for deals on Groupon and found a really great one for Prime Laser Center in Sugar Land. After my purchase, I scheduled a consultation (I already knew I was a candidate so this is why I purchased my package before I had a consultation) with Saima to discuss the process as well and do's and don't's before each treatment. Now, they do sell their own packages which I highly recommend. My Groupon package came with 1 full year, or 6 treatments every 6 weeks but it isn't insured meaning if I wanted to do a touch-up, I would have to repurchase a package for that area. If you buy from Prime Laser Center, you'd only pay 10% of the initial cost for that particular area. I ended up purchasing the full body midway into getting treatments from my Groupon deal. I'm 4 treatments in and the results are amazing. Your hair starts falling out after after the 2nd week of each treatment. My hair is thinning out, some areas have no growth at all, and I'm sure after my sessions are done, it will be completely bare. They're very punctual about confirming your appointments;I always get a call a few days before I come in. If you can't make a session, they are accommodating with rescheduling your appointment as well. Should you decide to purchase either from Groupon or through Prime Laser Center, ask for Mayra! She's been my technician for my 2-4th treatments and I ask for her every time I schedule my next appointment. She's very sweet, always asks how I'm feeling, and if I need a breather while I'm getting zapped. She makes me feel very comfortable every time I come in and she's also the reason I decided to purchase a full body. Ask for Mayra you guys, you won't regret it!

Everything has been great so far. The people are great. Clean rooms with a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere are constants, since I've been coming here. This has been a much better experience than I've had in the past for laser treatments. Improved results are seen within the first couple of treatments. Hate it took me so long to try them out.

This place is amazing! I got a Groupon almost a year ago now and they have been so accommodating in terms of scheduling. And....it actually works. Being Asian, I was a bit worried about what type of laser and if it would work with my skin... PLCs main clientele is Asian — they know what they are doing. Getting my sessions here. Their booking system is messed up. I booked The free “derma abrasion session”. When I called to confirm the apt there was no apt on the books. Then my laser hair removal apt was also changed without any notification. I got to know only coz I had called to confirm the apt. Surely they need to work on their system. Very disappointed.
