I’ve been using their service for body hair removal for a little bit over 2 years. In order to have good results, you have to be patient and come to your sessions regularly. The hair won’t just disappear after 2-3 sessions, especially the bikini area. The staff are always nice, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I told her I was afraid and embarrassed, but she was super helpful and made me feel super calm about the procedure. The Manager is also friendly and she always keeps you remind with a call one day before the treatment, that’s pretty good if you forgot due to your busy schedules. Could not ask for a better employee to treat me. I have just completed my 1st package and was encouraged to buy a second one for even better results. While I wish I had been told this upfront, seeing the thickness of my usually plentiful leg hair be drastically reduced in just six sessions convinced me to do a second one, which I am now starting. Most of my body hair has been virtually gone except for my pubic area, which is thicker by nature anyway. My leg hair now takes a lot longer to grow back, when I used to have to shave every 1-2 days if I wanted smooth legs.

As a young adult it was nerve wrecking to start but after the 3rd session you get use to it. I did the full body laser treatment, it was not as painful as i thought but it definetly depends on pain tolerance. 3 stars because I like the Katy location. Service is good and the staff is friendly. However, it is impossible to reschedule an appointment and they charge $50 in case you miss it. I wouldn’t be mad about the policy, but you cannot be more than 5 minutes late and they on the other hand, can make you wait 20 minutes. Just seems like a double standard 🙃

It's been almost a year that i have been coming to prime laser, galleria for my full body laser hair removal. Earlier i had been apprehensive about getting laser done but i can now confidently say that this is the best decision ever. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. I researched for quite a while to find a laser hair removal place in Houston. I’ve had it done before in my old hometown at two places. One was great and one was a waste of money. So I wanted to make sure I was getting my money’s worth. I stumbled upon Prime Laser Center and picked the Galleria location since it was closest to me. The waiting area is comfortable and you are always greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. (And they dumdum suckers waiting for you as well)The office manager was very nice, professional, and laid out all my options for the treatment and we scheduled my first appointment. They are very punctual. I never have to wait on my appointment time. The technicians make you feel very comfortable and the treatments are quick and painless. Each time I come in they ask how the treatments are working and they let me know how to care for my post treatment areas. You set up your next appointment and then you are on your way! I’m definitely going to upgrade as soon as I can to get the full body treatment!

I have been getting laser in my bikini area every 6 weeks since November and have had the best results. Hardly any hair grows in that Area and when it does it’s very fine and sparse. The staff is great and they always call the day before to confirm my appointments. Great for Someone like me who always forgets. I always feel very comfortable and it’s very painless. I recommend Prime Laser if you are interested in laser hair removal. As a woman of color, I was hesitant to get laser hair removal because our skin tends to be sensitive, prone to hyperpigmentation and keloids. I went to another spa and didn't see results and then found Prime Laser and never looked back. I don't get razor bumps even if I shave my bikini area because the hair isn't as course anymore, no ingrown hairs, and honestly, my private area and underarms are lighter from the treatments. The spa is also clean; the ladies are nice and very professional.

AMAZING!! First of all, customer service is very important to me, the employees here are very friendly and helpful. They are very accomadating, and efficient. Although it is a little bit of a drive, it is completely worth it; the appointments are very quick usually take around 10 minutes for the whole appointment, not including the drive. I am getting hair removal for medical reasons, and I am so happy with my results, I am not finished with my treatments, however I am already satisfied with my results and if I had no more treatments I would still be satisfied. I would definitely recommend this if you care about customer service, and have a time sensitive schedule, as the employees and their scheduling is very dependable and consistent.

I'm a day late on my review but wanted to get it in as soon as possible. This is my third time to go with a 8 session package . The ladies working there were very knowledgeable and nice. The manager/ owner? is gorgeous and very nice. They are usually very booked but when I explained I'm a flight attendant with a limited schedule, she was super accommodating to work with my schedule and help me out. I love the location, near the Galleria but not in the traffic and easy to get to. Thank you Prime Laser for doing a great job !!!

Let me start off by saying they have the sweetest staff!!! I was nervous for my treatment because of course it was my first time but let me tell you there is nothing to be saved of. They are very gentle and throughout the treatment they make sure you aren’t feeling any pain. They also make you feel so comfortable because it might seem awkward being naked in front of someone but they talk to you throughout the whole thing and make you feel comfortable. The entire staff and business is incredible, they have the most updated technology for laser hair removal. I have 4c kinky course hair and the laser hair removal procedure has been amazing. I have had the best experienced. I go specifically for the laser hair removal. I’ve had 4 sessions and the difference is clear. Ingrown hairs gone, hyperpigmentation on armpits gone... let me be clear I have dark skin and this has worked for me and helped me. I am of Middle Eastern decent, so I grow thick, dark, coarse hair. I used to have to shave every single time I chose to wear anything short. Now I can go two weeks plus with just minimal stubble - and I'm only halfway through my package. On Prime Laser Center: They're sooo nice! Really sweet staff that is so accommodating. They always offer water when I come in. The technicians are so friendly and really help the time go by quickly. They have these special Laser machines that blow out cold air with each zap, and it really reduces any pain. It only feels like a little rubber band snapping against the skin. I did quite a bit of research on several places before choosing Prime Laser Center because I had a bad experience with laser hair removal in the past with an unnamed company. The price was half of what I paid for previous services so this had quite an influence oin my decision. After my first consultation, I made the decision to begin my treatment. I have had great results. My entire adult life I have struggled with unwanted hair on my face and neck, having to shave every morning. After 6 sessions, which are slightly painful but not anything unbearable, I may have to shave twice a month and only in small patches. I will continue to be a client of Prime Laser Center. If you have struggled with unwanted hair, do yourself a favor and schedule your treatment plan.

I initially thought about giving 3 but because of Noreen I'm gonna bump it up a star. Here are reasons why, good and bad followed by my treatment. The bad is continuity and relative (not absolute) price. Over the course of treatment I had 4 different techs; I was honestly starting to wonder if I was going to keep getting a different person each time. Think about it like this, you have a primary care doctor that you see when you get sick, wouldn't you be bothered if everytime you came to the doctor's office you got someone different? Exactly. The other issue was relative pricing. A few days after I purchased my package, another company was offering full body for a couple hundred less. Did I get a good deal? Maybe, but then again it would have been nice to save a few hundred and actually do full body. (Word to the wise: good things come in time.) The good is cleanliness and scheduling and entrance experience. The office is welcoming and not lackluster, decorative but not obnoxious. Samira has always been hospitable, takes her job very seriously, and knows what a difference a smile can make. I also appreciated the consistent reminder calls and how they kept track of two of my half body sessions as one. About the treatment itself. I came in planning to buy an underarms session posted on Groupon (yay Groupon!) but ended up purchasing a full body package less arms. My results were slow BUT it definitely is working. The more I think about it I'd rather "start low and go slow" than start out blazing and damage my skin. Guess it is a fantasy to think all the unwanted hair would be gone after 6 sessions. I will admit that I really starting seeing a difference only after Noreen. Maybe it was the setting but I think it was her moreso. She REALLY knows her stuff, provides recommendations, and just understands! She was answering my questions left and right and even telling me things I didn't even know I needed to know!

I came for laser hair removal (Brazilian) after having gone to a few other places for the same. The technicians at Prime have been much more "thorough" (if you've had a Brazilian laser treatment you know what I mean). Five stars!
