I’m happy to say I was impressed by this office. Making an appointment was easy and I was able to obtain an appointment within 48 hours. All office staff were pleasant and professional. The wait was minimal and to my surprise, I was the only one in the waiting area. Dr. Laurent was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to have a treatment plan I felt comfortable with. Overall a great experience!

Dr. Laurent is an amazing dermatologist! I visited this facility for a consultation regarding hyperhidrosis. I was able to secure an appointment within a week which was awesome because of my busy schedule. The waiting room time was minimal, the checking paperwork was also minimal. The Physician was friendly and engagement. He reviews the therapy I had tried in the past and made his recommendations. The following week he administered a new treatment and less than a week later I noticed significant improvements in my symptoms. Making the appointment was fast and easy. I was scheduled to be seen within a few days. I was thinking it would take weeks to be seen. The staff was great. The doctor came in explain the diagnosis. I Went to address my acne break out and the acne dark spots. I was put on a treatment plan of a oral medication and creams. Its been 2 days and have already seen improvement to the break outs. It’s clear up almost all the break out acne. I’m very, very happy and wish I would have went sooner. I’m excited to see the results in the up coming 3 months. I was so irritated with my skin I asked about laser or light therapy and the doctor didn’t recommended I’m glad I went to a real dermatologist and not a spa clinic.

I’ll update my review in a few months after I’m finished with my procedure. I’ve had micro bladed brows that have faded over time and have had a blueish black tinge to them which I hate. I made an appointment to have them lasered with the picosure machine which i heard was a great laser to remove. Everything went well today and the pigment has already lifted and I’m loving the results. I’m not even sure that I’ll need another treatment since it’s lifted nicely. Additionally, I had a FaceTite iPL while I was there and I feel like it worked very well also. I highly recommend Dr. Cedeno Laurent and his staff. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

This was my first visit, wasn't sure what to expect since i was just going on my Private physicians word that " Dr. Michelletti was the most knowledgable dermatologist he ever met." without knowing anything else about the practice or even where it was located. Had no idea how far away it was from me and ended up being almost 45 minutes late after driving almost an hour and a half with the traffic. I had called from my car after realizing there was no way i could get there on time The staff there was very friendly but said I probably would have to reschedule but to hold on and they would see what they could do. They said I may have to wait a long time but they would try to fit me in between patients or possibly at the end of the schedule. If they could i was willing to continue driving the rest of the 40 mile drive. Anyway, i was very impressed with the friendly knowledgable staff and completely blown away by Dr M's expertise, efficient excellent and precise care, and treatment plan. The experience was the best and felt very comfortable because of such a remarkable staff! (Too much i know but it's so true!)

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Laurent. Let me explain how awesome these guys are. My appointment was for 10am. Someone called at 8:40am to collect my insurance payment and then a nurse called an hour later at 9:40am. The nurse got most of my information about why I needed to see the dermatologist in less than 4 minutes. He told me the doctor would call back around 10am and we will further discuss my symptoms and go from there. The doctor called at 9:49am and we were done discussing everything before 10am. THAT IS FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE :) I loved that it was smooth, quick, and easy. I have never done a virtual appointment and this was easier than going fully to the doctor’s office. Saves everyone so much time and convenience. The staff were extremely friendly and understanding. I will always book with this dermatologist.

Overall, the actual treatment experience was great. The technician was friendly and experienced. I would’ve liked more explanation about the laser hair treatment itself though, so I was glad I’d done personal research. The rating is for the checkout process. I was quoted a different amount on the phone, so I was surprised when it was more than double. It turns out there was a misunderstanding BUT the pricing and details should’ve been explained to me BEFORE the laser session. I would’ve preferred to sign for it upfront then I could’ve decided If it was worth it. They were also withholding details of their email specials/discounts so I basically had to negotiate the cost down. It was very bizarre.

I had a emergency as a result of a fall last night! I called this morning and was told to come right away. Dr Filiberto Cedeno Laurent M. D. Saw me right away and remove bandages, cleaned my wounds, injected local Anastasia cauterized vessels to stop the bleeding, applied medication and re bandaged. He gave me printed directions as to how best to care for my wounds. He then ordered medication for me and instructed me to return in two weeks. He is not only my doctor; he is my friend.

Great experience, the staff and doctor (dr. Laurent) were super nice and courteous. I went in for a granuloma removal. The doc was very knowledgeable and removed it that day. No pain and they used a massager thing to help with the numbing shot. Very affordable as I do not insurance. One downside though (which is why I'm taking away one star)- I was charged a follow up fee of $82, which i did not expect. I remember asking the lady at the desk during my first visit if the follow up and stitch removal would cost anything and she said no, so I was a little taken aback when she said I owed money for the follow up but oh well. I'm just happy to be rid of that pyogenic granuloma. Still highly reccomend this practice for any Dermatology needs.

Dr. Cedeno knows what he's doing, he's straightforward and honest in what will work. I saw this clinic to treat hairloss that got pretty bad in my 20s. I tried so many different options otc and diet wise, nothing worked. He recommended PRP therapy for my scalp, and I was hesitant in it working. Tbh I didn't see a difference in the first few months. But about 3-4 months ( I had two sessions of prp at this point) I saw a big difference. I had new hair growth on my scalp that were bare before. I'm really happy with the results, this is an honest review . As for the practice, the staff if friendly , prices are very reasonable better than in most the "med spas " offer and I never have had to wait more then 5 min for my appt.
