Really loved how friendly the desk staff were!! I arrived pretty early for my appointment and they were able to get me in early with a different specialist, Agnes! Agnes was wonderful and I felt very comfortable the entire time. As I was checking out at the front, the girls were so friendly and chatting with me. The entire experience was amazing!!!

I booked here and got an appointment straight away! I felt very comfortable, I just moved to Hawaii and was searching, I came across great reviews so tried it out... This is now going to be my wax place!!! I booked with Agnes and she was phenomenal!!! Extremely quick and had the best waxing technique!!! Very nice, organised and clean place. It's a 10/10 from me!

Two times was there, my card doesn’t working there, should have cash.. 2 times the leave a lot of hairs on legs, how it possible? We tried to waxing again, but I am surprised that never I have not seen “clean” skin, you should finish at home their work, to expensive for this level of service What I like about them: Advertisement, atmosphere, in time service, gentle communication

This is by far the best EWC in honolulu. The staff are friendly, professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the product line. Agnes has been my esthetician and she is pleasent and thorough each time which keeps me coming back and booking with her. I highly encourage all to stop by and recieve waxing services here!

Overall a quick and friendly service, no matter who I book with. Although they say all staff are well experienced, I've found some are more thorough (and with less pain) than others. Love that I can get in and out in 15 minutes.

Absolutely, hands down, don't even bother for competition; BEST WAX CENTER ON ISLAND❤ the staff are all very professional, in both customer service and esthetician knowledge. Any questions I had, they answered with no stalling. Super polite and patient. The wax they use is very different, and what makes your experience even worth it is how painless it is! I've been to many waxing spots on island, and all have come with the uncomfortable redness and burns; but their wax and procedure of removal is almost non existent. The staff even will tell you on proper post wax care to avoid ingrown hairs and bumps. I am super pleased to have given this place a try and I do encourage any and all (especially if you're looking for a brazillian wax!) to do as well. My esthetician is Sophia and I highly recommend her! Thank you so much❤❤❤

Good and painfree eyebrow waxing. Was a little disappointed when they had a computer issue. I asked for someone to call me back from the Kapiolani shop to reschedule and noone did.
