I travel back and forth from the mainland for work and this is by far my FAVORITE brow bar location. Royce and Dawn are both so thoughtful and always make my brows look amazing. They always take the time to consult with me prior to the service and always make me feel gorgeous! Thank you so much Dawn and Royce for always putting so much care into your work.

Dawn was so helpful! I have very sparse eyebrows and wanted to get them shaped. Dawn suggested lamination instead and gave advice for helping them grow in and products for shaping and making them look fuller. She carefully explained all the steps and details, gave me follow-up notes and reminders and called me a few days later to check in on the results. Now that is impeccable service! This is a very delayed review as I got the service a few months ago but Dawn left such a good impression I wanted to share this info. Also tip is in cash so if you are like me and don’t carry cash anymore, remember to get some for tip….especially for such excellent service.

I’ve had 2 brow lamination treatments with Dawn at the Brow Bar, and I wish they had been offering this service sooner! I love the results. They make a thin brow appear fuller and full brows (like mine) appear even fuller and fluffy. Dawn and Royce at Ala Moana are both great. Fun to chat with and they both provide a exceptional service. I booked a last minute appointment online with Dawn at the Brow bar. I leave on a trip tomorrow and was scrambling to get an appointment somewhere. Scheduling my appointment ended up being so easy. My experience doing the new brow color is wonderfully done by Dawn Yasui. She used “soft brown” she matched my brow color so perfectly. It’s like I got it tattooed!!! There are several colors to choose from the menu but she can create the color you desire. My face is back and complete . I can just wake up And go !!! And it didn’t take hours either WOW to that . No smell no stinging just a beautiful brow. You all need to try it cause it’s like magic !!!

When I went to Dawn, It was the first time I got my brows done in years since the last time another lady made them too thin for my liking and very uneven. I was so nervous about how they would turn out, but I had nothing to worry about! Dawn made them even while also making them look natural and clean. She is very meticulous while threading and often checks in with me to make sure it is not too sore when she is threading. Dawn is very sweet and kind, and I feel that I won’t ever have to worry about my brows when I go to her!

We got our eyebrows laminated and shaped as well as lashes put on for us! Dawn was truly so kind, friendly and very informative! Royce not only helped me achieve my desired shape, but also gave me tips and tricks on how to apply my brow makeup and what skincare products to use to keep my skin and brows healthy! He is very down to earth and cares about your satisfaction. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes and not only left happy but with lots of knew knowledge.

I made a last minute appointment to get my brows done and best decision ever!!! When I got there Dawn was very sweet and help me checked in for my appointment, before entering the facility she made sure everything was sanitized and all her tools as well. She was very attentive when it came to what I wanted done for my brows and she took precautions asking questions about any topical products I may be using on my skin prior the brow waxing. Lovely lady and did an awesome job on my brows, will for sure be coming back again!

I am so so so picky about who I see for my brows after a gnarly waxing experience where they took so much of my brow. I’ve been trying to grow them back for so long... and have been needing to get my brows done but haven’t been able to trust anyone enough to go. I finally decided to give brow bar a try and omggggg I’m so glad I did. I booked with Royce and he is AMAZING. He took his time and was so meticulous and cleaned + trimmed my brows and gave them an amazing shape without taking too much off. Dawn did an amazing job at waxing my eyebrows today. She’s really sweet, and was very gentle in waxing my eyebrows. I liked how she showed me how she planned on doing my arches first. Then, she took her time waxing, trimming and even tweezing them. It’s not like the other eyebrow threading places wherein they always seem like they’re in a rush. She also offered me the benefit undereye patch, which felt really great. I’ll definitely come back in the future!

I went there last week to get my brows done by Royce which is amazing (on my brows,)and he's telling me about this new magnet mascara that Benefit just came out with . I have tried every mascara Royce is recommended so I figure let me try this new one so I took it home and the next morning I put it on my lashes and I was totally impressed they made my lashes longer Fuller and thicker this is hands-down my favorite benefit mascara. I even love the brush. I wore it I think for about 17 hours that day I work in the front of the store and also the back of the store which is really hot so the mascara lasted even through the Heat so if you're looking for a new mascara to try out guarantee game changer try this one it called they're real magnet Mascara.. Thanks Royce for my lashes and brows are amazing

I've been going to the Benefit BrowBar in the Macy's at Ala Moana Center for a number of years now and have finally found my a brow master that gets them perfectly to the way I like them. Royce Enos is fantastic. He's really great at getting my brows just right. Being a man, it can be tricky not to over do it, yet make them look clean on the face which Royce really nails it for me. On top of being very professional and great at this job, he is very personable as well.
