She has created the best custom look for me, which I absolutely love, and get so many compliments on. If you are looking for a lash tech Sarah is your girl, I'll never go to anyone else!

I had my first ever experience at Waxology today with Gabbi. She performed a brow wax and tint and I’m in love! She was very bubbly and professional and her work was amazing. My brows have never looked so good. I’m very low maintenance so the wax and tint service will be a cost effective service for me to maintain my brows. I didn’t catch the name of the person at the front desk but she was also very pleasant and professional! I’ll definitely be back.

I had a French wax and my first ever lash lift and tint done with Gabbi today! This is my second trip to Waxology and first time with Gabbi. She is a rockstar. She was so personable, professional, and made me feel comfortable in what tends to be an awkward situation. My lashes look amazing too! I will definitely be going back and would recommend Gabbi to anyone.

I came here for a first time brazillian and eyebrow wax and safe to say I was nervous! However from the moment I entered Waxology I felt comfortable and welcomed by the entire staff. Lauren did my wax and she was gentle, kind, and the entire experience flew by. You can truly tell this is a passion of hers. I can not suggest Lauren and Waxology enough for any of your waxing needs!

Tried out waxology for the first time! The site is super clean, so cute, and fun inside! I booked with Kara for my Brazilian she’s my favorite! She will make sure your experience so pleasant! I’m sure all the employees are great! The front desk lady was super help with directions as the road main road in Rockford is closed and it was my first going to this location! But to make a long story short.. BOOK BOOK BOOK! :)

I absolutely LOVE Waxology and the Rockford location is amazing (so beautiful, clean, and everyone is so friendly)! Jesse is seriously the best!! I’ve been to a lot of places over the years and no one does as good of a job as Jesse!! She is precise and takes her time, and that’s how it should be (but at so many places people just fly through and don’t care). Not to mention, she’s so personable and sweet!!! 10 stars out of 5 for sure, above and beyond! 💫✨Highly recommend!!!😁

Megan bush was so amazing!! I got the beach ready package, ill just say that yes it hurts but having her made it fun and go by so fast. If you do this package do the brazillian 1st!!!! The rest of the wax is pretty easy after that!
