This place ONLY does hair removal and they are VERY good at it. Many locations throughout the United States to use. Use my name Autumn W to get 50% off your service! I started March of 2021 and bought the full body. I get my armpits, bikini, legs, face and feet done. Things to keep in mind: No waxing, tanning, being out in sun without sunscreen for 2 weeks before or after each appointment. My appointments were 6 weeks apart, now they are 10. They cannot laser within an inch or two of a tattoo. Lasering is painful and I take a Tylenol before and aloe after. It is WAY less painful than waxing and way less expensive then I ever thought. It is an investment and something I wish I would have done sooner. This is guaranteed for life. I take most of the summer off and have very minimal hair growth already.

One year ago, almost to the day, I started doing some research on laser hair surgery removal. I called everyone available within 75 miles of my house. My research finally led me to Milan Laser Hair Removal. Of the many places I called, they had THE best prices, even before any specials or sales. Procedures performed by actual nurses. And packages for any budget. They also help either locate financing, or let you use in house financing. Now, as you can see from the pics below, I was one of those really lucky guys, that looks like a grizzly bear without a shirt on. My back took more procedures then most will experience here. And I know now, that it would never have been gone with some of some of other places that only offer 4 treatments. And oh, did I mention lifetime treatments if needed? Because they do that. I think each nurse there got at least one crack at my back, but if you go, ask for Megan. Now for the best part, mention this review, and they will give you 50% off your first package. I am most definitely glad I chose them. Side note. The procedure can only be done so close to a tattoo

Every interaction I've had here has been overwhelmingly positive. When I first walked in, I knew nearly nothing about how laser hair removal worked. During their consultation, they taught my about how the technology works and what to expect if I decided to purchase their services. I honestly liked that the consultation was centered around teaching me as well as learning about my goals for laser treatment rather than earning a sale. A+ for that! For those who need the space, they are super LGBT+ friendly. Additionally, anyone who goes under a preferred name/pronouns rather than legal name will be able to openly use those here. This branch understands that they provide a service, and will gladly offer it to anyone with the endgame of meeting that person's goals. This is probably the part that makes me happiest. After my (ongoing) experiences here, I'll always recommend that anyone who needs Laser should try here first. At worst, you leave with knowledge of what to expect from a treatment in the future. At best, you get the treatment and get to live in a body you're comfortable in :)

I couldn’t wait to start my treatment and researched different places to go. I am so thankful I chose this location - from the first until a consult to each treatment (i have done about 4) the staff had been excellent. My one hesitation was having a different nurse technician each time but they do an amazing job at making sure I am comfortable and my skin is also ready. My dermatologist recommended this place to me. They use the proper lasers and also have a staff doctor to oversee treatments. When I say proper lasers, I'm referencing ALEX ones. I do know that some of the locations have YAG ones as well for darker skin. The staff here are great! One of my big hesitations initially had to do with what the staff were like. It's a vulnerable position to be in when a person is zapping your skin with high powered lasers, and the staff here have done a wonderful job maintaining a comfortable and safe feeling environment. The communication is pretty good, and they're very responsive. It's a little pricey so you'll want to have the budget. They have promos now and then. Also their packages are all "lifetime" which is basically for as long as the company exists. If you have a lot of hair you want zapped, that makes it worth considering. Do note that they cannot laser over tattoos and they do not offer electrolysis.

The staff was extremely friendly at this location but after my very first appointment my skin became pigmented in the bikini area. I was informed at my next appointment that it meant that they couldn’t treat that area (they could treat around it but that means a lot of pain for only partial treatment and patchy hair growth until the pigment fades). Now a year later I have pigmented skin on both sides of my bikini area, and it has not gone away at all. I don’t think this was the fault of the staff but it doesn’t change the fact I’m paying 1k + dollars for an area I can no longer treat and will not be refunded because of the agreements they have you sign at the beginning. I would recommend people only purchase one service/area at a time and wait to see how your skin reacts! They have great package deals, but if this happens to you it is definitely not worth it.

If you were ever thinking about permanent hair removal - this is the place to go to. Their prices are fair it’s based off of body parts (not per session like other places) & they also do payment plans without interest! 10 out of 10 reccomend this location! My favorite thing about Milan is how knowledgeable their staff is. My first consulation they sat me down and explained how the process works, what I can expect, and how to care for my skin before and after my appointments. The best part is knowing that you have lifetime access to the areas of laser you purchased, meaning as I age and if some hairs grow back to that area I can get free touch ups throughout my lifetime! Milan Laser is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. Firstly, all the staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and outgoing and the nurses always make you feel comfortable no matter what area you’re getting done. As for the treatment itself, it is completely worth the money and more. I originally started with my armpits and Brazilian, and after 4 sessions each I have rough about 65% complete hair loss in both areas. I am such a fan that I purchased two more areas at this visit as well. It’s much less painful than waxing and the results are so much better! I would highly suggest this to anyone, male or female.

Last winter I bought a Groupon for sugaring and after experiencing being hairless for a few weeks without any maintenance I decided I HAD to do laser. I've wanted to do it for years but was worried that I would have to keep going back for more treatments if I went somewhere that offered packages with 6 or 9 treatments in it. I was talking to a friend about how badly I wanted to do it and she told me about Milan's lifetime guarantee. I called immediately and booked a consultation appointment. The ladies here are so friendly and helpful. Because there was a discount offered for multiple treatment areas I decided to treat my underarms and Brazilian. I have had 4 appointments so far and the results of my underarms are amazing! I pretty much only need to shave a couple small spots between appointments. Brazilians use a less powerful laser so it will take more time, but I have seen amazing results there as well! One thing I was worried about initially was the pain, however I wouldn't consider it painful, more like briefly uncomfortable and they always offer aloe after each treatment. The ladies here are so amazing. They are very professional and make me feel completely at ease even when I am exposing delicate parts of my body for treatment. I would 100% recommend Milan and wish I would have done this years ago. Tell them I sent you ;)

I have struggled with THICK, dark, persistent, ingrown hairs, hairs already coming back after only a few hours within shaving kind of deal my ENTIRE life. I remember many summers having actual anxiety attacks over the look of hair (if you love hair, you go girl/man! However, I think I have a true phobia with it), it was so dark you could see it from a mile away! If I shaved, I would have HUGE razor burn bumps that resembled many unwanted “ideas”. My poor husband had spent countless nights/days/years of listening to me cry, be embarrassed, back out of things all due to hair… he bit the bullet, went to Milan, sat down with all of their wonderful staff and bought me a package he had saved up for, for Christmas (2020). I am not typically an emotional person but cried for hours (the ugly cry at that) when he told me what he had done. Fast forward after having 5 or 6 treatments done, never in my life did I actually think anything would ever help my situation! I wake up everyday in just awe that I no longer have this insecurity following me around 24/7! I at this point have a few hairs literally left to go. Each appointment the ladies have been absolutely wonderful and all around genuine, they get what you’re going through. I’ve loved my results so much and the care of the staff that I have now purchased another package on another part of my body; I cannot wait to see the results and cut down on my daily shaving habit! If anyone has questioned this journey what so ever, I highly recommend going on in, getting a consult and hopefully going down the path of doing something wonderful for yourself, friend or partner! - On a side note, I have not shaved the area I’m being treated for currently since my last appointment (July 14th) and like I said only a few hairs have come in, compared to a large area. Milan is a wholly luxurious experience, I've been coming in since the tail end of December 2018 and it has been a pleasure. They do a brilliant job explaining the process down to the science and philosophy as well as treating you as a human being with genuine feeling. They'll also thoroughly explain monthly payment plans and pricing at the initial consultation. The staff is always beyond friendly and the results of the treatments are truly satisfying; even after a couple sessions I basically haven't had to touch a razor to my legs. My facial hair has been a bit more stubborn but I'm confident it won't take too many more visits to tackle that. Lifetime touch ups included is very reassuring that any regrowth can be taken care of. In terms of how it feels it's a bit like a rubber-band smacking your skin, it isn't too bad on some areas but on a sensitive spot like the upper lip it can be hard to bear. The pain only lasts a quick second though, the technician offers stress balls and will slow it down on a sensitive area. They offer aloe and sunscreen after the treatment to soothe the area as well and each session is about 5 weeks apart they're very accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend anyone who hates shaving to consider laser hair removal. It is such a blessing to not have to worry about shaving treated areas *PERMANENTLY*!

First of all - when you walk in here the place is spotless, and you are almost pounced upon by friendly people (not a complaint!) asking how they can help you. Maybe a drink will help? They have complimentary drinks too. But yeah, their bread and butter is laser hair removal. The first step is talking with you and finding out what you are looking for - then the helpful-staff folks will tell you about the company, and how they do stuff, and the tech behind it. They really do give you a lot of information! Then you'll probably find the sticker shock a bit high, especially if you go for the unlimited packages that let you come back on the covered areas over, and over, and over again... in a rather unlimited manner. But - it's unlimited, and they do offer some financing options, so it isn't all bad. Once you actually have a treatment you get treated awesomely. They explain everything and go out of their way to make sure you are safe, informed and get what you want. There is pain - anyone who says lasers zapping your hair follicles isn't painful is lying, but in the end, the results are worth it. After one single session on my face I can now even skip a day shaving if I want - so I can't wait to see what the recommended 6 sessions will give me. Down with facial hair! :)

I’ve done many laser treatments at another place and only experienced a slight reduction in hair. I talked to a specialized dermatologist in a different state who had done a one year laser fellowship after his residency. He told me I needed to look for a certain laser for my skin type (very fair with dark hair). He said the other place I went to had a one-type-fits-all laser that worked better for darker skin types but was very ineffective at doing hair removal on me. I called around and Milan laser had the exact right kind of laser. They actually have a machine with two types of different lasers in it; the one for darker skin and the one for lighter skin. My experience has been night and day from before. Almost all of my hair is gone. I can put on a swimsuit without shaving or wear a dress without worrying about shaving my legs. My only complaint is that I wish I had done it when I was younger!!

The place is very clean. At first they give you a lot of information, especially about the procedures and the side effects. They do not hide them and they let you know that they have doctors that in the case of any side effect will assist you with any quuestions. This for me is a relive, after all this is a procedure that require medical follow up. The girls all are very friendly and they will answer all your questions, an very understanding specially bcs I have a lot of question about the financing, what will cover what will not cover. They guide me thru all scenarios and options. So far my treatment is going great I can see result after my 1st session. This is freedom. Absolute freedom from worrying about unwanted hair. I started treatment for my upper lip in February '22. I had worried about it every day of my adult life. In the sun, for photos, at events, at work, just every day. I had a routine of waxing every 3 weeks and tweezing between appointments and if I was really nervous I would add make up. I wish I had done this years ago. I was always worried about the price because it was a complete unknown. Come to find out they even offer payment plans - so, silly me for waiting. I now go days between even looking at my upper lip, whereas I used to obsessively check. The best part, aside from not worrying about it all the time, is that even when I do look there's nothing there! All in all, I think I've had 7 treatments. They aren't painful. I never had any sensitivity. The staff here was always helpful and treated me very warmly. They are the BEST.
