The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's super easy to schedule appointments that work with my schedule. It was a great idea for Milan to have the special where you buy a treatment package and then get 1 treatment free. Because of this, I decided to purchase another laser treatment package because I was so happy with the results. I saw results after 1 treatment. I rarely have to shave anymore (I'm still having treatments done). My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I highly recommend Milan!

Highly recommend for laser hair removal! The staff is awesome. Very friendly and professional. I have lighter hair that isn't as likely to respond to treatment, and they were very upfront in the initial consultation about how likely it would work in different areas of my body. They even set up a trial period before I committed to ensure I would see results before moving forward. While their lifetime membership is more expensive upfront than places that charge per session, it’s great for people like me that will need more treatments to see complete removal.

I love this place. Treatments are approximately every 5 weeks. The treatmenta do hurt a little bit but they slow down whenever you need and it only hurts for a few seconds. They are thorough with checking for any skin reactions and while I was super nervous, to the point of tears when I first met with them they were all very sweet and made me feel empowered. They helped me realize that the problems with my skin's reactions to razors and shaving are not super rare, I am not alone and treatment was possible! They are also upfront about which hair (too fine) isn't likely to benefit from treatment. Also, the 0% interest payment plans were easy to set up so even that was not an obstacle. Great choice for hair removal (with added benefits of boosted self-confidence and empowerment. Sidenote: I have found working directly with the clinic is preferable to the overall number.

This is the best thing I’ve ever decided to do for myself! Not only do you get results from your first treatment, the experience with the nurses and the front desk staff is amazing! You see results right away, you wont have to shave once your done so forget about the razor bumps and cuts! I was originally diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome back in 7th grade. It is a hormonal disorder that causes an increase in facial hair, weight gain, pimples, fertility problems, and irregular periods. After that diagnosis, my mom soon researched laser hair removal places, but even though Milan Laser Hair Removal looked safe, she was very hesitant. I was also so young at the time. Eventually, after years of shaving and months of unsatisfactory waxing, I was ready to try something that would give me hope, be permanent, and be successful. So far, I have had six full face treatments done and three full leg treatments done. The treatments are usually a little painful. I experience white heads on my face for a couple of days and a light pink shade for about an hour. However, the amount of hair loss that I have seen is amazing! I originally had to shave thick facial hair everyday, which would have been unfortunate as a soon-to-be transfer student living in a dorm at the University of Iowa, but now weeks pass by and I eventually shave a very minimal amount of thin hair! Even after one treatment, you will see results. You also don't feel like you are wasting money, especially with the generous unlimited package, which you cannot get anywhere else. In addition to that, I got 50% off my full face package and 1 free treatment, and 60% off my full leg package, which makes this purchase an even better deal. If you do go here, then I promise you that you will not regret it! I only wish that I would have gone here sooner! The staff members are kind, caring, and nonjudgmental! I am looking to get more body areas done in the future once I have the money to do so and there is another sale.

The staff are very nice and always willing to work with my schedule. I was impressed after my first call to them. Wow. After a single visit, hair growth has SIGNIFICANTLY slowed. Daily maintenance has been reduced to almost nothing and my skin texture had improved from bumpy and red (which it has been for years) to smooth and clear with zero redness. I’ve tried other laser treatments and electrolysis with poor results, so it was with trepidation and skepticism that I decided to give this a try. My overall experience with Milan Laser Hair Removal has been great! Unfortunately today I had a weird/negative experience while on the phone with their receptionist Jen. I called in to see if there was any possibility of moving my laser appointment up a few weeks due to an upcoming trip.
