Kim does a superior job. I truly appreciate her. She works very hard and is so lovely to talk to. It is easy to see she is a true professional who is also very dedicated to making you feel beautiful. Kim takes her work seriously and I respect that. She does have a 48 hour notice policy if you wish to cancel, which I completely understand. Kim runs an excellent business, you will not be disappointed.

Lookin' Good With Electrolysis is a great one person electrolysis practice. Kim places a big emphasis on making you comfortable physically, socially, and personally. She has an excellent setup and a steady gentle had. This along with her use of topical anesthetic have made my electrolysis sessions with her the least painful I have had.

I have been going here for over 15 years and have had amazing results! Kim really cares about her customers and is very diligent about making sure they are happy with their results. She does have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy but so do many business professionals in this industry. She tells you her policy up front so there are no surprises. I have been going to Kim for 2 years and have found her to be very professional in all areas. Her faciality is very clean and sterile. Kim is very accommodating to my schedule and gets a lot done in the time I’m there. Always trying new products to ease the pain, as some areas are more sensitivity than others and products to help reduce the swelling if you have any. Kim is good try her yourself and you will see why I gave her 5 stars.

Kim was efficient and great at answering any of my questions. She is very knowledgable about the whole process. She informed me that I may have raised bumps after the session but it was just the hair follicles dying off. I plan on going back shortly for a follow up session. She applied a numbing cream and supplied ice at the end of the session. I used a little Neosporin to keep the recently treated area clean.

I started going here in Dec and I am so happy I am!! Kim is so kind and loving. I have always felt comfortable around her because she doesnt judge she doesnt look down on a person she just genuinely wants to help her clients. Hair especially on a womans face is a very very sensitive topic and to have someone up close looking at it treating it and talking about it can be a very delicate territory. She is the pefect person for this line of work. She is Professional, detailed, and sterile. She explaines the entire process so u know what to expect with no surprises. The very first appointment she explained her cancelation policy which is completely reasonable because her time is valuable too and in this day and age alot of people dont have good standards and values or think they should be accountable for their own actions. I have told my friends and family because coming here has changed my life the hair on my face doesnt control my life anymore and the person helping me to get rid of it is there encouraging me and telling me how beautiful I am! So thank you Kim for not just being the best at what you do but for being such an amazing person and really showing me all the love you have! 💞 If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Kim is extremely professional & certainly knows what she is doing. Very meticulous and makes you feel comfortable through the whole procedure. I'm not sure why anyone would give Kim a 1 star rating. I know what bad electrolysis is - and it isn't her services.

Best place in town!!!!! I had a consult with a different one before going to Kim ( wont mention names ) but I did not feel comfortable at all at this other place and it was just a consult.. I was in tears and I didnt want to go back but I want this hair gone so I decided to go to a consult with Kim and Im so glad I did!!! I have hope that eventually this hair will be gone forever!! I love visiting with Kim during my appointment we giggle and the time just flies by its like Im going to visit my longtime friend and we got to catch up. Kim is a great person and she really cares about people! I will never go to another electrolysis place and I would refer anyone to her and know 100% she would be great with them!

Can’t say enough good about Kim and the success of electrolytes. Kim’s knowledge of the hair growing process and attention to detail has all but eliminated any unwanted facial hair. Kim’s care to provide a sterile and private salon that is conveniently located is the best Des Moines has to offer.

I'm a regular client and I must say she's the best Electrologist and her customer service is top notch . To all those girls giving her 1 star. I'm not sure what your intentions are but it seems kind of shady to give a one star without explaining what she did wrong . Anyways I encourage people to try her before judging based on the negative reviews some of these ladies are giving her for their own selfish reasons . I tried Milan laiser before and I must say it was the worst decision I made in my life. Not only did I not see any results, I started growing hair in places where I had zero hair but thank God Kim helped me get rid of these hairs permanently .

If you are seeking electrolysis, I highly recommend Kim!!! I have read all of the wonderful 5 star reviews and wholeheartedly agree with everything that was said! I also read the couple of negative reviews which were about her cancelation policy which is not at all uncommon. She is up front about this and I admire her for sticking to her boundaries. When someone is in business for themselves and a customer cancels with short notice they have a difficult time finding someone to fill the spot quick enough and so then miss the opportunity to get paid.
