They are incredibly warm and professional, and also good at what they do! The prices are reasonable, too. Highly recommend this location to anyone who is new to the process or if you’re just looking to quit your current beauty professional.

Every time I go in, they do a fantastic job with my eyebrows. Always clean, and the staff is very caring and helpful. It is one of the more pricer waxing places. But the quality of work definitely shows! Plus it usually last me 3-5 months for their work to grow back out. They really know how to grab the hairs. I appreciate the full 30 min they take to make sure every hair is pluked :)

I have been waxed at pretty much every waxing spot in the DTC area, and when I say that Studio Urban Wax - DTC is the best, please trust me on that! Every person and technician is so friendly and professional. You can tell that they are all experienced estheticians by how clean it is, how efficient they are, and even how quickly they do what you need. I typically see Holly, she is absolutely amazing and does exactly what I need every time. All the other technicians are great as well, so you can fully trust them and what they are doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I went here for my first wax experience. I did my lower legs to get a feel for the pain. Del Alexas is the specialist who helped me out. She walked me through what to expect, the aftercare involved (exfoliation), and talked to me the whole time - which made for an excellent distraction! The atmosphere is professional and zen. They offered me a discount for my first visit, so it was a very reasonable service. Highly recommend Studio Urban Wax DTC / Del Alexas for your esthetician needs.

One of my favorite places in the whole wide world! The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a very clean and comfortable place. Holly is a true genius when it comes to waxing. She is so much fun and makes everything enjoyable. It’s come to the point where we don’t even discuss what I need done, she just knows how to make a girl (and I’m sure men) feel their absolute best. I can honestly say that I look forward to seeing Holly every 4 weeks. I would never ever consider going anywhere else or to anyone else. This is by far and away the best waxing establishment I've ever visited. The shop is beautiful, bright, and inviting. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Jillian has done nothing less than a fabulous job for me. I highly recommend giving them a visit. Update: I just had a facial done by Jillian. I've been struggling with adult acne / large pores and I was skeptical about how much could be done about it. I'm very thankful to say that I immediately noticed a difference. My skin is already looking better and it feels amazing. I can't wait to see what it will look like after a couple more sessions!!

Coming from an amazing wax place in Texas, I was very apprehensive of trying another place and esthetician. I went to Christine at SUW and she was really amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and was very proactive in tending to damaged areas of my skin. The owner was very kind and engaged in conversation with me in the beginning of my visit, which I feel set the tone for the visit. I could see why this place is highly ranked. Very pleased overall.

Haylee and Mike are absolutely amazing! Haylee was great for conversation during our appointment, and she kept me informed throughout the process. She had mentioned a great deal they had on the hydrafacial and as I was checking out, Mike gave me more information for me to think about, never pressuring me. I decided to try it, and Haylee was able to see me nearly right away and, again, talked me through the whole process. I really cannot wait to set up my next appointment with them.

Absolutely the best place to go for a wax and spray tan! I won't go anywhere else. Jillian gave me the best bikini wax. It is the only time that I have not had an allergic reaction in 15 years! My spray tan was awesome and didn't feel like chemicals all over my body. This is the only place I will go from now on!

4 stars for most things--I've had some really great waxers here, but many of them have graduated to other studios. The service has been great, so I've kept coming in. With some of these newer aestheticians, it's definitely been a learning curve. Had a wax with Gina a bit ago, and she definitely burned my lady parts and ignored that I was in pain--had to take a few days of hydrocortizone to get back to normal! Really sad you all lost Jillian! She was the BEST.

I have to admit I was nervous about getting my eyebrows micro bladed. I don’t wear a lot of make-up and didn’t want them to look unnatural. I had been working with Lan for a while to get my brows to look fuller after many years of plucking. I was very happy with the results she achieved and we agreed micro blading was the last step. And I am so extremely thrilled we took that last step. When I looked in the mirror after the procedure I was blown away! They look absolutely perfect and stunning. I am so grateful I met Lan. She is extremely professional and an amazing artist with a keen eye. Thank you Lan. I won’t hesitate to refer all my friends to you!!

This place has a very modern city vibe to it. The no tip culture is a little different compared to other wax studios, but the service is always prompt and friendly. The only thing that needs work is the online booking. For some reason, booking on my phone has failed several times. I have an iPhone X. Always can depend on them to get my unruly brows right!

Urban Wax is the perfect place to get that extra little boost of confidence! Maria was a wonderful at helping me pick the perfect brow shape. Then she colored my lashes and filled in my blonde brows to give them a little pop. Thanks Urban Wax, I'll be back soon!
