I was taken after just sitting down to wait. The nurse asked a few questions then left me with a gown and directions. The doctor arrived shortly afterwards and did a thorough exam with advice for my maintainance for the next year and left. I liked the fact that she wore a mask the whole visit and was very nice to share time with as well as her knowledge of the issues that I had.

The doctor immediately diagnosed that my skin rash was not ringworm, although previous doctor thought differently. She was correct and suspected that maybe something in my left pocket was causing the rash. I later realized that I was always carrying perfumed doggie bags in that pocket. I immediately stopped and started applying the prescription ointment and the rash immediately started to disappear. I had this rash for over two months. So thankful to find an expert that resolved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Thank You!

If you’re looking for a good dermatologist I can’t recommend her enough. She has changed my life and made my condition take up less space in my life. I needed a new dermatologist after my insurance coverage changed (again) thanks to what's his name who got the government even more involved in healthcare. Thanks to 'all that privilege' I have, my skin is very sun sensitive. As such, I need to see a dermatologist once a year to make sure that those pesky pre-cancerous actinic keratosis spots aren't conspiring to murder me. The new patient process was fast and easy, and the office visit was smooth with almost no wait at all, as in they actually saw me at my scheduled time. The only broken process is the scheduling through their web service. I sent in my info asking to be contacted, and it took about a week for anyone to acknowledge my inquiry. Other than that, doc Hunter seemed solid, and the staff was great. All in all, a good experience!

Both of us had first appointment for a skin check with Bree. She is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. But as a patient, I found it very frustrating at how fast she rattled off a bunch of technical terms of things she identified and a few pharmaceutical names of possible treatments… yet when I left I was not given a list of the things I might want/need. Sitting there in a gown I didn’t have a pen and paper handy and obviously could not remember it all. When I asked the lady out front upon checkout about sunscreen and moisturizing alternatives I got the sense I was annoying her. But she did send me off with some samples. The next day I called back to get the name of a particular over the counter cream she suggested but Had trouble getting accurate info. I came away somewhat frustrated and confused as I didn’t have a clear path of action and feel I have to work it out myself or record my next appointment. I offered my feedback to the lady on the phone today that as a patient, it felt very rushed and perhaps taking an extra minute or two to jot down some of these suggestions so I had something to action would be helpful. But I was told my feedback was too “general”. So hopefully someone reading this review will take a moment to consider their patient interactions and just take a little more time to realize not every patient is able to take in a dozen technical terms and remember every detail from a whirlwind 5-10 minute consultation for $200. I don’t mind paying that, I would just like to leave away feeling more clarity than confusion:, and feel that as a patient, I was heard and cared for. It did feel when I asked some staff for additional info I was being a nuisance. From a professional perspective, I don’t doubt the doctor’s expertise, but taking an extra couple of minutes to ensure the patient is clear and knows next action steps and has no further questions - with appropriate treatments written down before leaving - would be immensely helpful.

This is the best dermatology clinic I have ever been to. They explain what they are needing to and going to do before they do the procedure. The doctor removed a small cancer on my wrist before it went into a vein. Another doctor at Epiphany removed a reoccurring growth from my ear that did not return.

Janyce is someone I have trusted with my skin for many years. She is so knowledgeable, easy to work with and skilled in using lasers! She has done multiple laser treatments on me and it has helped reduce the appearance of my melasma caused by pregnancy and reduced brown spots dramatically. She’s very experienced and knows exactly what laser levels to use based on your skin, area of treatment and response to laser. Janyce will tell you what you need based on her years of cosmetology and commitment to advancing her knowledge. She won’t push you into something you don’t need. I tell everyone to go see her.

When a facial Basil Cell showed up on a biopsy, she sent me to Dr. Sams, a specialist in another Epiphany Dermatology office in Cherry Creek. I've had this procedure before with completely different practice and absolutely hated the "cattle call" experience. Dr. Sams and his staff were EXCELLENT, professional, timely and caring. I HIGHLY recommend this practice for Basil Cell removal surgery. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Need a dermatologist, look nowhere else. I was visiting out of emergency, not only were they able to accommodate me, when I got in the clinic gave me the new patient paperwork to fill - which was minimal, not 10 pages, not repetitive. 5 mins into entering the clinic, I was called by the nurse and in no time I saw the doctor. No long wait, no fuss, very straightforward. I saw Dr. Reeder, she's is so fluent, she knew what she needed to do, no hesitation, she explained everything so well and she eases you into the procedure. Dr Maloney was great. But the appointment took way too long. I was there for over an hour and a half and I saw the doctor for about 20 minutes. He was great but the office wasn’t really busy with lots of patients. Just a super poor system. Why have me come so early to just wait. I must have been one of the first scheduled appointments. I was late for my next appointment which I shouldn’t have been. Also when the assistant saw me first she asked if I had anything new to discuss and I told her about a 4 month sore in my nose. Then during the doctors exam, I forgot to tell him and so did she. So I had to have him come back. Just disorganized. Again. Dr Maloney was great.

Love the doctors but gotta work on timeliness of appointments. While it used to be a fact of life for clinicians to run absurdly behind schedule, it’s 2019. Get it together. The practice is either over-booking to squeeze more revenue or the clinicians are simply poor time managers. Or if it’s other patients causing problems, they shouldn’t be seen that day and should be told to reschedule - it’s not fair for patients who go to great lengths to be punctual and then are forced to wait well beyond a normal appointment window.

The sutures were removed yesterday at the Epiphany clinic in Cherry Creek. I received prompt, friendly, professional care and service from the providers and staff at both locations. I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology.

Needed to have an unusual spot looked and Cherry Creek Dermatology made a short appointment the same day. Thankfully it turned out to be a mole like bruise caused by an insect bite that is often confused for possible skin cancer. The PA Ashley and her assist Marina were wonderful, thorough and very pleasant. They took the time to also provide a full body sweep as I have dozens of moles from adolescent sun tanning. Follow up on a precautionary biopsy of an unusual mole was done quickly. Great experience and will use them again.
