It was my first visit and Im not going to lie I was so nervous but Ms.Grace talked me thru the whole process while including a meaningful conversation which took my mind off what was happening & before I knew it I was done. I purchased the Brazilian V Wax service and I love the outcome. Also did I mention that customer service was very inviting everyone seem happy to be there. I will definitely be making it to my next appt & may even try a few more different services 😉. If you haven't tried it yet check it out YOLO.

La’Don is wonderful. They did an amazing job, showing extra attention to detail. I hate sitting still to get my brows done, but La’Don created a comfortable atmosphere and was very gentle as well. Would definitely recommend them and this location. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Over the weekend I got my first lash lift and tint in addition to my regular wax. Brittney did an amazing job! She took her time, explained everything every step of the way, and made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. I love the results and would definitely recommend her for your next visit!

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile but today I had a new wax specialist (Kamryn). She was very nice throughout the process and it was the most gentle wax I think I’ve ever had. I recommend booking with her. :)

I have been seeing Kayla at Waxxpot Grandview since I moved downtown in September. I have gotten other waxes there, but today I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted as well. I immediately felt the need to share how amazing she is with the world! I always feel that I am in great hands because of how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional she is. I always feel comfortable, even while getting sometimes “uncomfortable” wax treatments done. The location itself is always clean and I am never not greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walk in. Fast and friendly. Easy to get an appointment in most cases. They have many locations which are convenient. They offer an extensive waxing menu and also do tinting for brows. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have, on occasion, found small strips or patches of hair left after my brazillian waxing. Overall this is a great place. The pricing is very competitive as well

Great service was not long wait wasn't hard to schedule an appointment. The lady was very knowledgeable giving the wax she very patient it was a great experience and the ending result was amazing. If I'm ever in Ohio again I will definitely return great service all the way.

I've been going to Hope at Waxxpot Grandview for brow waxing for about six months now and she is AWESOME! She does such a great job with my brows every time and is also fun to chat with while she works. The space itself is clean and bright and everyone there is always super friendly. If you are on the hunt for a new salon definitely check this place out!

ATTENTION RED HEADS!!! I am a strawberry blonde and have no had two brow and lash tents now from Waxxpot (once at Beavercreek and the other at Grandview). Image for reference for my different experiences. My first time was at Beavercreek, and honestly what I received what the look I was going for and still prefer. I was told that she used a mix of auburn and brown (she never specified which shade of brown though) for my eyebrows and we talked about doing a "flash tint" so that they didn't develop too dark. Then for my eyelashes she used a dark brown. As a strawberry blonde who is used to looking in the mirror or looking at pictures of myself to see barely anything, I thought this look was very natural and I loved it. Today at Grandview I told the stylist all of the same things I was going after and today she used a mix of Auburn and medium brown for my eyebrows and she definitely let the mix sit on my brows for a lot longer than I remember having it done the first time. And then she used a black-brown for my eyelashes. I love how my eyelashes turned out, however I truly hate my eyebrows and am dreading going out in public this week. (yes I am probably being over dramatic) but if you are a red head like me and don't typically wear a lot of make-up, I just know it is going to be very obvious to those I see typically. Before I left grandview today I did inform my stylist of my preferences that way moving forward she may better understand how to mix solutions for future red heads for a more "natural" look. HOWEVER, everyone's preferences are different, which is why I attached a photo. For red heads looking for something more natural maybe stick to auburn or auburn with very little brown added with very little sit time for something more natural and not so obvious OR if you are looking to have those thicc lux eyebrows go for that medium brown with some auburn. I just can't get over the fact that my eyebrows are still darker than my hair even after I got my hair wet today... hopefully this tint will just fade faster... I just wanted to share this experience so that other red heads can learn from this learning curve of mine and not have to go through this themselves. I would like to add that my stylist at Grandview was super nice the whole entire time I was there! She was also very professional about the criticism I provided about my brows and really seemed to care about what I had to say. I would totally trust her to do my brows/lashes again. The rooms were clean. I was 5 minutes early for my appointment and was taken back to a room right away. The girl working the front desk was super helpful and introduced me to their different packages with the student special/discount.

As a whole, I've found that they are understanding of schedule changes and will accommodate the customers whenever possible.

Hey! I’m a dude, and I come here regularly, typically for a Brazilian. They are of the utmost professionalism here. Probably has something to do with the fact they literally ONLY wax. No frills, down to business, incredibly fast. Not treated differently for being a man, either! Amber does amazing work and is very calming. Try them, you won’t regret it!

Sarah Beddow is an ANGEL sent from the waxing gods above... getting waxed below the waistline is never painless, but if there’s anyone that can make it as close to pain-free and relaxing as possible, it’s this beautiful woman. Excellent first wax experience. I was super skeptical of going to a chain wax location but Bri cured all my worries! My appointment was fast, thorough and she was kind and careful the whole time. It wasn't the least bit awkward and there was no pressure for upsells or addional products. I booked my next appointment right away. Parking is easy though you do have to pay a couple dollars in a garage if you don't want to park on a side street and walk over. I highly recommend waxxpot and will be going there for all my future needs, prices and attentive service can't be beat.

I've been to a few other locations around Columbus but this one is by far my favorite. I feel like the employees here are the nicest, parking is super easy (there's an attached garage), but the reason I keep coming back is Amber. She's amazing.

I've been to this Waxxpot a couple times now and I can say that it has become my favorite waxing salon in the city. The people there are very nice and the service is always good. The facility is clean and the music they have on in the background is unconfrontational. They are a touch more expensive than some other wax service providers around town, but I have a lovely experience when I am there and that certainly makes it worth a few extra dollars.

I've been going to Waxxpot for the last six months to get my eyebrows waxed. I usually see anyone that's available and that's how I met Diamond. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows, but more than that, she was just a genuine person with a kind heart. I will be booking my next appointment with her!

Super happy with Waxxpot. Honestly, the best thing about them is how they treat men and women equally. Most other waxing places or spas consider men second-class citizens...or only offer a limited menu of services to men. Waxxpot offers their full array of services to men, and on top of that their staff is just wonderful. I’m a very happy customer!

I absolutely love the Waxxpot Grandview! I followed Amanda from the Short North location and never looked back. Amanda is amazing. I started going to her before my wedding, and have continued to go back for the six months after as well. She does a fabulous job, answers all my questions, recommends new products, and most importantly, makes me feel comfortable. The Grandview location is new and beautiful, plus they validate parking in the attached garage for you! I would highly recommend checking it out.

Service was fine, but the pressure to add on services and products made me very uncomfortable. Made it very clear I was just there to give it a shot one time and see how I liked it. I was asked when I wanted to schedule my next appointment at least 3 more times. Also, upon check out, they added a $10 tiny bottle of lotion without even asking. I had to take the initiative to have them remove it from my total. They also ask out loud if you would like to leave gratuity, rather than just giving you the option to do it yourself when paying. The whole setup made me feel uncomfortable which is upsetting because the actual waxing felt like it went fine. Just way too much pressure to spend more money.
