From the day I booked my appointment til the day I arrived everyone was nice, professional, and greeted you with a warm welcome. The young lady who did the wax service was above and beyond professional, she will see me again and again.

My Cerologist Jasmine was amazing. From the minute I walked in the calming atmosphere put me at ease. I love the set up and the view of products that were available in shop (hate I was on a schedule and didn’t have time to research that). My service with Jasmine was amazing. She immediately set my mind at ease and it was like I was in with an old friend. We laughed and talked about life. I was so thankful as I was very nervous about trying a new place as I was with my previous place for many years. I can’t wait for my next service day!

Ashley is absolutely amazing. I was a little shy at first. But she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very professional. The whole stay at Waxing The City are very good and professional. The Spa is very clean and sanitary. I highly recommend WTC for all you hair removal needs.

I have a Waxing the City 10 min from me but will drive 30 min to the Forest Drive location because of the amazing experience I receive.

I absolutely loved my first experience with Waxed in the City! The atmosphere is “chill.” Aniasia made me feel like family. She greeted me upon my arrival in a professional, yet relaxed manner. She made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. My cerologist, Lindsey, is the best ever! I got a full Brazilian and my oh my, it was the best! The music playing was a bonus! I purchased two items before leaving, as I asked about them, and both Lindsey and Ainasia were extremely helpful/knowledgeable in assisting me with what I needed for me. Again, this was the best waxing experience EVER! Who sings to music while getting a Brazilian wax?….me!

Forest Acres shopping area is a wonderful location to go for a body waxing and pampering.Waxing The City is where you can find Ainasia my go to waxing cerologist. She is one of a kind. No one does it better than her. First visit, gives you a questionnaire inquiring about your skin. Are you allergic to anything? This is the time you need to be up front and honest. This waxing experience that could change your life forever from never being hairy again could go badly wrong. You could be looking at a major medical health problem that could have been avoided if client was honest. No one to blame but oneself. You want hair removed. Go to her! Hair won’t come back for months! Go to her! Listen to what she tells you to do. Follow her instructions. If she says make your next appointment between this date and that date then do it. You will love her too. She will become a part of your family also. Go to her! Find out for yourself. She’s a professional. She puts you at ease. She’s a kind, compassionate, friendly person with an old soul. But don’t get me wrong. When it comes to her job, she’s all business. She talks and laugh with you while working. She knows her skill set. She is very serious about her craft hands down. While working she is focused but at all times aware of wax temperature and checking with her clientele to make sure you are ok, safe, comfortable and not in any distress all during the process until she is done. Afterwards, she talks to you and explains if you see your skin getting a little red that is normal. But if it starts getting extremely irritated call her or go to doctor. She gives helpful do’s and don’ts to put on your skin to help soothe it if this should happen. In some rare cases a client may not know he/she is is allergic to something in the wax. That’s ok because she has training for this too. You’re in good hands with my cerologist, Ainasia. I will be calling for another appointment, Sherelyn 🌹

This was by far the most pleasant waxing experience I have ever had! And I didn't even know "pleasant" and "waxing" could go together in the same sentence! Janaya was very friendly and professional, as was the rest of the staff I interacted with. She is extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable. Unlike previous waxing experiences I've had, I actually forgot several times that I had just had a wax before I returned home that night! No discomfort or irritation at all. The place is also sparkling clean and aesthetically pleasing. I'll be back. 11/10 would recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at your business with Lindsey Ray. She is amazing! I am very self conscious and very shy so for me to get a wax was a big deal. As soon as she came in the room, you could tell she understood my nervousness. She was very professional and put me at ease. This is not always a great experience and that's why a lot of people don't go. This is not the case with Lindsey...she cares about what you want and definitely puts you first. I will be back. I also love the job she did...will tell my friends they need to go see Lindsey
