This was my first time EVER getting a Brazilian wax and Destiny was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable because I had the jitters. I walked straight in for my appointment with no wait! Overall I had a great experience and have already booked my next appointment.

Hannah was a sweet lady and was as patient as can be. I loved the lady at the front desk last was respectful and kind. It being my first time getting a Brazilian I was nervous but, Hannah was calm and didn't have an attitude. Everything was clean and there was no wait.

Made an online appointment for a Brazilian and it was sooo easy to do. Arrived a bit early and was able to be accommodated. Remi did my service and was very professional and easy to talk with. Will definitely be going back to see her!

I usually get waxed by Destiny and she’s always amazing, but she didn’t have any availability today so I had to go to someone else, Markezia. It was a bad experience with her from the start. She didn’t even greet me at the beginning, wasn’t talking to me during the wax so I was the one who had to try and start a convo with her, she OVER waxed me to the point that my skin was hurting and I had to ask her to stop and just finish the wax. I also felt very judged during the wax by her attitude and comments she was making. She was also very rough which made everything hurt 10x more and left my skin red/irritated for hours later. I don’t recommend her if you’re coming here to get waxed.

Coming from a prior location and having the worst experience ever, I can say Destiny has changed my outlook on European wax center! This is my second time seeing her and she has done flawless work again! She really takes the time to know what you want and do it right the first time, as well as making sure your comfortable the whole time. All of this along with her pleasant conversation and professionalism makes it a fantastic overall experience!

Jasmine was professional and great customer service. The receptionist was very rude. She act as though I was sick. She told me to check in with the sign on the door. There is a big sign with little words on the door and you never would have guess to checkin at the door.by calling or texting. I stood at the door for 5 minutes and no one was at the front desk,but when some one else pulls up at the door that she knows she's all smiles and nice. I come out and she's rude with no great customer services. That's unbelievable. You can't treat random customers like that. When I walked out the wax room it was another lady that w was at the door and I saw the receptionist stare at her like she just was not going to answer the door. That's ridiculous. You cannot judge a book by its cover. I do not know what's going on personally with her life, but when I pay my money I would expect great customer service from a receptionist, who is the Frontline of the business. Now Jasmine, nothing but great service. Two thumbs up.

She was very polite and talk me through my service, being that I was tight about the pain that I imagine I would experience. Even front desk personnel was polite and professional. I cant take a picture of my wax but let me tell you......these ladies are absolutely awesome. Front the front counter to the ladies in the back. Always smiling and very friendly. I go Lamiriya(not sure if I spelled that right just now) and I would recommend her to any and everybody. She is patient and very soothing while you having hair snatched off. She made my 1st Brazilian wax so comfortable. She talked me through it and kept me relax since I told her how scared I was. And now I go once a month faithfully for over 6 months.

This place is really nice. My wax specialist for the second time around was Gabrielle. There's so many positive things that I can say about her and how professional she is each time I've had her. I definitely recommend her to anyone that wants a Brazilian wax. She is the bomb!!! Go see Gabrielle, you will not be disappointed.

I got a Brazilian. In general it was a good experience, the room is clean with decent music and the girl was very nice. It wasn’t extremely painful and she made sure to adjust the wax temperature for me. However, after returning home I noticed quite a bit of hair left behind in various areas including a couple of patches. There was also some wax left on me despite her saying she was removing residual wax before I left. Otherwise, my skin isn’t irritated. Since it was my first time with European Wax Center I received my services half off. I’ll have to consider returning though since the service was not technically complete.

i’ve been there twice! the first person that did my wax didn't seem too friendly, however JAMIE was the best. she was friendly from the first encounter and her wax was way cleaner and faster. she made conversation and made the process comfortable and fast. i would definitely recommend jamie. sanitary measures were met as well! great results.

Recommend for eyebrow waxing. They take the time to do a good job and see what you want. They also make it as painless as possible. My only complaint is that some of the front desk staff are pretty insistent on selling you a several hundred dollar wax pass to a point where you say no multiple times and they still press you multiple times each purchase. I think it's a good deal, but if you can't afford it, you can't afford it so leave me alone about it. (I get that it's probably a corporate goal to sell a certain amount.) Overall, I definitely recommend and like the atmosphere of the location.

My eyebrow waxing experience with Abby was WONDERFUL! I enjoy her work and I love the eyebrow pencil (the reason for my initial visit). Abby understands exactly the way I want my brows. What I didn't like was that at the counter I felt pressured to purchase a "package" for a discount on future visits. I just started using European Wax Center. I regularly use a couple of other of other high end spas for services and no one has ever asked me to purchase a package of visits. The discount for services is priced within the services I choose. I'm not sure if this is to encourage future patronage or what the reason is, but when the visits I've paid for are up, I probably won't be returning.

Laney is an excellent waxer I can't recommend her enough! Extremely professional and experienced, she is the only one I go to. During covid, EWC has been very careful to prevent spread- closed waiting room, temperature checks when you arrive, and masks worn by everyone (customers too). The room is cleaned after you leave and there is hand sanitizer everywhere for you to use if you need any. I have never had a negative experience here.

I’ve decided that I won’t be going back to this business, based on the customer service I received today. They had me rescheduled my appointment twice in the last few days alone, and based on the weather I called to reschedule and the woman — Tiffany I believe was extremely rude. She couldn’t fit me in tomorrow or offer to call me back if something opened. I rather support a smaller business then to deal with that.

My first Brazilian wax was with Jamie G! Disclaimer: I did hear that you should pop a couple tylenols before the visit. I was super nervous but she was very calming. I love the results and I will definitely keep coming back to see her.

I've been going here about 6 months now. I've had several different waxers and they are always good and quick but my most recent was with Alesha. And she is amazing! Very thorough and detailed and obviously cares about what she is doing. I'd recommend EWC (and especially Alesha). Even with several different waxers, I've had pretty good experiences overall.

Recently moved from out of state and was not looking forward to finding a new brow expert! With that being said I randomly chose this place and Destiny from a google search and reviews! I was not disappointed! The facility was clean, front desk ladies were friendly, I checked in over the phone so there was no wait inside, I was brought back into a room that was clean. Destiny was very nice, she chatted with me while working. Destiny made sure the wax wasn’t to hot and made sure I was comfortable. My 7 year old also went in with me and she talked to him as well the whole time! My brows look perfect! She did a absolutely amazing job and I will be back!
