BEST SALON EVER!!! I highly recommend! All down to earth staff with excellent attitudes! They treat everyone fairly, even if the attitudes aren’t reciprocated back to them, which I have seen first hand how they are treated by a few ill-mannered clients! I am overall pleased with the professionalism and kindness they all show!

I have had an amazing experience utilizing Cathy over the last couple of years. She always makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I drive all the way from Charleston to see her and it is always worth the journey for me! Haven't even thought of finding someone closer since I started to see her over 2 years ago!

I saw the laser hair removal on Groupon and also had a friend recommend it to me. The deals were always reasonable! Kathy does my laser treatments and she is amazing! Super kind and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and valued!! I see pretty good results after getting the treatments done. I never have to worry about shaving as much as I used to! Highly recommend!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I started going here in 2014 or 2015 due to a Groupon deal. I live in Florence but they made it soo worth the drive. Everyone is pleasant and you never wait long, if it all. Dr's offices could learn a lot from them lol. I started with Tina and she was fantastic. I was pleased with my results so I finished up my sessions. Because I have pcos, and stopped my meds, the hair started growing back thicker. Fast forward to now, I went to a place in Florence (purely because of convenience) and was told that 10 sessions would be $1000 and if i needed more (which I probably would), it would be another $1000!! I got more sessions at Columbia Laser for no where near that. Needless to say, I called CLAC and was happy to see that they were now located in Florence! Perfect! I was bummed when they told me Tina was no longer there but Kathy has been nothing short of amazing! I recommended my friend and she goes to there now and likes them and I would recommend everyone to give it a go!

Originally found this place through Groupon. They have excellent pricing compared to all the other places I researched. I’ve been seeing Cathy for three or four laser hair removal sessions and the results have been incredible- only a little bit of thin fine hair remains. Cathy has always gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable and understand the procedure- and I’m in and out of there in about 10 minutes each time. It is a slightly painful process but the pain lasts seconds and it’s so worth not having to worry about razor bumps and irritation.

I love this place. They were able to work me in to get 3 treatments before my wedding. I still have 2 to go. They also have groupon deals and specials that they send to their client list that make it a lot more affordable. Oh, and the office waiting area is adorable. I will come back and post a pic once the treatments are over. Just fyi, I am doing brown spot, microderm and chemical peels. Update on 4/19/22- wedding was in September, just remembered to update this today! This is me a few weeks ago. Light makeup, no filter, getting ready for work. I am doing an at home brown spot treatment and over the counter wrinkle treatment, but results from Columbia Laser are still there. BTW, I am almost 43 in this pic! Seriously call them! You'll be so happy with the results.

I purchased several packages for laser hair removal and it’s been a miracle!! Have seen Kathy for months and I’m getting wonderful results. She is very knowledgeable and takes great care of me, always thorough and very gentle with her care. The treatment is quick and pretty painless. No more ingrown hairs or razor burn. Ladies this is a must, it’s a time and money saver!! Great Valentine’s Day gift too!!

I’ve been going here for a while now, I first started with electrolysis then I seen they had other services I get laser hair removal also laser facial rejuvenation and Sandrine does it all and she’s amazing at it all, she friendly won’t make you feel nervous about anything you get done, she’s professional at what she does,you can see she loves what she does it’s not just about getting paid, love working with her she’s the best 👍🏼🥰 .

I HAD TO MAKE AN UPDATE: If it wasn't for Kristin and Sandrine (and some of the others that used to work there) being there, I'd just go somewhere else. The "newest" manager (Kathy - should've stayed a tech) is something that I can't seem to find the right words for. The new older one at the front desk is so rude every time I see her or have to speak to her, I hate to even have to deal with her. She has not one time been friendly whatsoever. Not in person or via phone. To the point, I have been close to contacting the owner over it. I miss the old days when everyone made you feel welcome and was sweet; considering I've been going there for many years. A CHANGE IS NEEDED!

Came in for a consultation 2 weeks ago. I asked to speak to the owner Angela who was nowhere to be found until someone forced her out of her office to speak with me (a client). Bad business handling on her part but the staff was AMAZING especially the front desk girl who was very helpful and very sweet & patient with my questions and everything else she seemed to be burdened with. Whenever you go make sure you talk to Katelyn ladies she will make you feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend

Kristin is awesome! She does my laser hair removal and will get you in & out of there but also is super precise. The staff is always super friendly too.

I have been going here for about a year and I absolutely love it. Slavania is the best!!! Also they accept a lot of groupons and always have amazing sales. My skin has transformed going here and I’m so glad I found this place.

Started going here for my beard last year. Had treatments for about a year and a half. The staff was always polite and helpful. No frills; got in and got out. Get a consultation so that you know what you are getting yourself into. My face is much better then it initially was and my beard isn't a problem anymore. I recommend this place for those that are looking for laser and other products regarding skin care.

I have not visited this establishment. .I frequent this area lot for business, so as a habit of course I visit reviews. I know sometimes clients are angry for various reasons and some just can't be satisfied. However, being a business owner myself and in customer service in the high growing ATL area..and looking for a new establishment to call home for my needed services here, I don't feel this would work for me. This is just my opinion. Why is it that every negative review received, a response justifying the actions or condemning the client was given? What ever happen to customer service. I have not once heard.."I apologize IF this was your experience, however". No one is perfect and things happen depending on the day and time... As the head we can have confidence in our staff and pour as much into the glass as we want. Nevertheless, don't dilute the water before checking the contents. The only appreciated responses given were to the good reviews. Sometimes we have to be big enough to accept the good and the bad. This shows maturity, growth, and a willingness to do what is necessary to make sure our clients are happy, feel safe and satisfied= Good Customer Service. again, JMO
