To put it simply, you should book your appointment with Brittany. I've been seeing her consistently for waxing services for the last year and she is AMAZING. She has such a warm energy that makes you feel comfortable during every appointment. She is knowledgeable about this field and does not disappoint when it comes to delivering a perfect service. I selfishly did not want to make a post about her because her schedule would get booked faster (lol), but she deserves to thrive! Not only that, she deserves an abundance of praise for being an incredible, kind, and patient human. So again, book with Brittany - you will not regret it!

I had to book a last minute appointment for a wax and they were able to take me the same day! Super happy I found this place because it's super nice! They sell extra things in the back, had a nice playlist playing in the boutique, and Envy took very good care of me. Envy was quick and thorough.

Brittany is the BEST!!! I always look forward to my appointments with her. After consistently visiting her for about a year, I can attest that she has truly gotten my bodily hairs together. I get so many compliments on my brows! Going to her feels like going to hang out with a friend who just happens to be really good at waxing. I would travel to the ends of the Earth for her.

The atmosphere of this salon is very inviting, even knowing you’re going in for a wax. I have been a client of Astrid for many years and she was always available when I needed her, and very professional. She gave perfect advice to help keep my skin healthy, and was always great to work advice. I’d recommend Astrid and the salon to anyone looking for waxing services.

If I could give a 1/2 star, I would. I went last week for 3 services (bikini, under arm and lower legs). I had been once and had a good experience with my waxer, Madison. I used the same waxer last week, and while in my service, Madison put wax on a skin tag (she wasn't paying attention from talking). She told me about it and I asked her to let me fill it because it was pretty big skin tag. She proceeded to rip the wax off and part of my skin tag. I was bleeding a lot. I had to ask for gauges and a bandaid. She said the service would be free, and I said obviously I'm not getting the remainder of my services scheduled. I was so scarred and panicked. I had to walk to immediate care nearby (I don't have a car). Immediate care couldn't do anything but re-bandage it and told me to keep it covered and schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. Monday morning I called for an appointment and thank God they had an opening. I went it, the skin tag was still bleeding and I had to get mini procedure so they could remove it and laser the remaining so it could heal. I'm writing this review a week later because I'm so disappointed not only with this experience but the fact that the owners never contacted me to apologize for this happening or to ask if I was okay, if they could help. I got NOTHING!!!! They expect me to reach out....I'm sure they would think I would be wrong if I had my lawyer reach out, especially if I get a medical bill from my procedure that I shouldn't have had to have. I had to cancel all my plans for the week because (plus buy bandages and cream) I couldn't do any major activities so it could heal and it is still healing. Update: since complaining about my service and the incident, the owner, Marta reached out to apologize. She paid the resulting medical bill and inquired about how my scar was healing. I do appreciate the follow-up, the medical bill payment and monetary compensation she provided. I probably won’t go back because this place is not in my neighborhood. However, idk what kind of wax they use but my hair takes much longer to grow back which I totally appreciate. I would still recommend others, but sad to have had this experience. I’ll will give it 3

This place is really neat and pretty, I went In for my first Brazilian wax (hard wax only) with Madison, and she did a great job. I was super nervous about the process but she made me feel comfortable and was really nice. Waxing will not be painless, but of course it was wayy less painful than I imagine! I’m in love with the results and will continue to keep coming. Thank you for making my first time a great experience!

I was a little nervous to get waxed for the first time but Meghan made me feel so comfortable and relaxed!! She is such a lovely and fun person and we always have great chats everytime I go. I always leave feeling happy with how she takes care of me. Parking is pretty easy as well which I appreciate. The girls in the front are always very nice as well!

I used to be a frequent customer of PWB, and hadn't been in years due to relocation. Decided to try sugaring today with Sabrina. She is amazing! It's never comfy to have a stranger so close to your lady parts, but I can't imagine it going any better than it did with Sabrina. She's fabulous, and I'm a sugaring convert. Can't wait to come again.

I started going here originally about a year ago and had okay experiences. I was actually going to start looking for something closer to where I live and then I booked with Matylda and I've been going every month religiously and I don't see that changing anytime soon! She's so thorough and makes the experience easy and comfortable. The salon is so cute and the front desk staff is always so sweet. They always have cute jewelry showcased and I always leave with a new bracelet or necklace. Definitely worth my over an hour commute thanks to Matylda.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Ive always been the type to go to the nail salon and go for an eyebrow waxing, but my eyebrows never came out they way I wanted them. Honestly, for a few dollars more you can have a licensed aesthetician listen to your needs and expectations and not walk out disappointed. Marta is AMAZING. She takes such good care of my skin during my waxing sessions. She's gentle, she listens to your request (and a great conversationalist)!

I had my first appointment here yesterday for a full Brazilian with Matylda. She was amazing! Kept me talking and made me feel so comfortable. The numbing drops, combined with how skilled Matylda was, made for a great experience because I didn't feel much pain at all. The place itself is very clean, with cute products and things to browse while you wait. This is definitely my new go-to!

The salon is a beautiful space and it’s hard to leave without picking up a special treat (scarves, lotions, makeup, jewelry), but Stephanie is the reason I come back time and time again. I actually was going to Martha way before she opened up her own waxing boutique. Every time I went it was great and clean!!!! Soon she told me she was getting her own shop I was so happy. Because she is great at what she do!!! I never went anywhere else but here. Going on almost 4 years now. Best in town. Her waxing boutique is beautiful.

The staff, space, and products are fantastic & it’s easy to book online. Stephanie is funny, sweet, & so good that it’s nearly painless for real. It seems impossible that one would look forward to getting their nether-bits waxed, but the experience is lovely and I feel great afterwards. I don’t know her secret, but I’ve never had ingrowns or itchy bumps since I’ve been seeing Stephanie. A+, six stars, treat yourself!

I've been going to Painless for over a year and love it. It's always clean, the staff is so friendly and caring, and I LOVE that they offer sugaring! I cannot recommend Aimee enough. She's the BEST. So calming and relaxing for those who've never been waxed before and super chill and funny. She does sugaring which is a great alternative if you have sensitive skin or are prone to in-growns! I started sugaring with Aimee back when she was hired last year and I'll never go back to traditional waxing. When you go, be sure to get a welcome kit for first time waxes which has a sample of the salon's in-house walnut shell scrub. It's amazing, I bought the full-size and use it every other day to help prevent in-growns. The products this salon stocks for after-wax care (PFB and Finipil) are amazing and I highly recommend. Painless Waxing also provides free numbing drops you can apply before appointments to help make it more comfortable. I could go on and on, but this place is great. I've recommended this place to several girlfriends who have also had great experiences. Try them!

I've been coming here for a year and I won't go anywhere else. They are professional and they do a FANTASTIC job. My girls are Amber and Passion. I leave satisfied every single time. This is by far one of the best waxing shops in the city. I recommend this place to all my girlies. Update: (4/2/2018)Amber and Passion are no longer at this boutique. I, as well as many others, followed Amber to her own waxing business. So if you want a phenomenal wax, book with Amber's Wax Studio. And no, she didn't ask me to do this. She is just that damn good. Once you find a good waxer, you never leave her. Lol
