I have been getting my eyebrows done by Mercedes for about 6-7 years. Mercedes is helpful, professional, and she has cared about making my brows the best they can be ever since I first went to her. She also really cares about offering her clients the best experience possible, supporting other small businesses in the city through her partnerships with them, and I trust her expertise and any recommendations she provides. I can also attest to getting compliments on my eyebrows from other people. I've gotten my makeup done for various weddings over the years and multiple times makeup artists have complimented my eyebrows. If you want great brows and a great experience, go to Mercedes!

I’ve been going to Mercedes for years now. Even before she had her own brow bar! I’ve followed her from her last two salons because she’s just that good. Mercedes really listens to what you like/dislike and helps you achieve your brow goals. There is no one else that I let touch my brows, other than Lily of course! I followed Mercedes from her previous location. It’s been the best decision ever because I met Lily. I found someone else that I can trust with my brows. She is very kind, takes her time and will take care of you. I am very shy and if I feel uncomfortable I won’t come back but I always leave the brow bar satisfied and happy. Mercedes Brow Bar is absolutely the best brow place in Chicago! I tried so many places before going there and was never satisfied with how my brows looked. I am sooo picky about my brows. I love my natural brows (I'm Persian so they are super thick) but overplucked them along with everyone else in the 2000s and it took years to grow them back out. My brows are also really tricky because they are not only thick, but they grow really long and even curl a little bit if you let them grow out for long enough. That leaves lots of room for error. I found Mercedes when I first moved to Lincoln Park from Gold Coast. She had great reviews and I didn't want to battle traffic to get my brows done. I was so happy with her services and decided, this would be my new brow spot. Then one day, I couldn't get in with Mercedes and needed my brows done prior to an event and I noticed she had added Lily to the schedule and Lily had an opening. The rest is history. Lily does such an amazing job. I don't even touch my own brows anymore. I just book an appointment to come in every two weeks and it's 100% worth the investment.

I've gone to Mercedes Brow Bar twice now after hearing about it through a friend. The space is so cute and they always have snacks and refreshments stocked. I've seen Lily each time, but both Lily and Mercedes are incredibly knowledgeable about anything eyebrow related. I wanted my eyebrows to grow in more full which has been achieved over the past couple months. I've tried both henna and tinting on my eyebrows here and both came out great. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

OMG Mercedes is the BROW QUEEN in Chicago. I honestly thought my brows were in good shape and then I started going to Mercedes, and she absolutely changed my brow game! Over the past few years, I have had a lot of issues with hair loss specifically my brows. Mercedes suggested that I purchase Revitabrow and WOW does it work. Within a matter of weeks, I had full beautiful brows ALL because of Mercedes. She is an absolute perfectionist and brow wiz - My brows look amazing because of her! I refer everyone to Mercedes - now she is stuck with my mom, sister, and I forever. I also have to mention - my mom has been experiencing hair loss even worse then mine. For years, she only had half of each eye brow (due to over plucking at a young age). Mercedes suggested Revitabrow, monthly tints, and waxing and NOW my mom suddenly has eyebrows!! My mom lives 45 minutes-an hour away from Mercedes, and comes downtown JUST to see Mercedes!!! Not to mention, she is so fun to be around and I absolutely love her new place! My favorite brow bar in chicago! I’m super picky with who does my eyebrows and am very specific about the shape so it’s crazy that I trust both Mercedes and Lilly! These girls know exactly what I want and how to achieve the look that I want. They’re not only insanely talented but also the best personalities. I also want to mention that I love the esthetic of their place (you can tell she thought of all the details) and that they always have drinks and snacks for their guests in the waiting room (a nice and courteous touch that most brow artists don’t have).
