I had a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted here. I can’t remember the woman’s name who greeted me and checked me in but she was very welcoming. I had initially booked an eyebrow wax but due to her thorough check in questions around what skincare I was using, it was determined it wouldn’t be safe for me to get the wax. I got threading instead. I appreciated the care & information. What I appreciated the most about Ariana, the young lady who did my brows, was that she listened to what I wanted while also giving me a shape that fit my face the best. My brows looked the best they had ever looked. The tint was also exactly what I asked for. Soft and natural. She was so nice and efficient. I highly recommend this brow bar. I will be back!

So happy with my brow wax & tint with Ariana! She nailed the color I was looking for and kept my brows full while still adding some much needed shape. I love how Benefit outlines the brow shape and shows you before waxing. Highly recommend for anyone who has trust issues when it comes to their brows! Bonus points for the least painful wax ever.

I had such a great experience with Ari for my eyebrow lamination/tint , lip wax and eyelash tint. I was extremely nervous about the lamination but she was very precise and made the experience go smooth for me. She was spot on for the color of my tint for both brows and eyelashes and I’m in love! As for my lip wax, It usually hurts a little but she did it so fast and easy that I’m going to her everytime now when I get it done. She was extremely professional and did everything so quickly and efficiently. I thought I’d be there for more than an hour but I wasn’t. I LOVE IT HERE !! I seriously love all the ladies at benefit, today Carolyn did my brow lami, tint & shaping and she did an amazing job. As soon as you walk in you feel so so welcomed, and the service is incredible. Everyone is kind, GREAT at what they do and ask and listen to make sure they’re able to achieve exactly what you want/need. My brows literally never look better than when I go to benefit boutique in wicker :)) I honestly and genuinely cannot recommend this place enough, since the first time I went in I already knew I’d want to come back anytime I needed to give my brows some love <3

I recently visited to get an Eyelash Tint with Ariana. I have gotten my lashes tinted many times at different places and the technique they used here was super efficient and quick! Afterwards I got a hydrating under eye mask that was absolutely amazing. Ariana then took the time to help me find the product I was interested in and recommend a wonderful mascara that I’m excited to try. Overall my experience was wonderful, thank you Ariana for your great service!!

While Tatiana was amazing - professional, very friendly, thorough in threading all of my face, and extremely talented - the services are over priced. Tatiana gets a 6 star rating, the prices get a 3 star, thus the 4 star rating - average of both combined. I won't be coming back soon unless it's for a special occasion. Nothing against Tatiana as she was great but $70 for a full face threading was not what I came in expecting to pay.

Such great service! I've been here a couple times so far. I had an allergic reaction to the brow wax the first time (probably because it had been years since I had them waxed. Thanks corona!). The next time I came in for a brow wax I mentioned it to Amber and she worked her magic and I did not have a bad skin reaction after. She does an amazing job shaping and is a great listener. Amber was amazing! I called yesterday to ask if Benefit had sensitive eye glue for my Aunt. She’s never had her brows tinted and was thinking about adding that service on as well. Amber recommended we come in a day a head of our appt so my Aunt could do a skin test to make sure she did have a reaction to the tint. Wow, such customer service!! I’m so glad Amber was here when we had to come in for the allergy test. She continued to be super helpful and even penciled in my Aunt’s brows since we were here! I had such a great experience with Mandy! I truly had my best brow/lash tint of all time. She asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted. She also made sure to let me know, when my eyes were closed, that she was still close and how much time was remaining periodically. She just took her job really seriously. Great for the client! I really enjoyed my experience there and, while I was told Mandy will not be doing this service anymore, she personally trains the other staff so I will be happy to return!

I was a model for Tatianna, Mandy assisting and they were both amazing !! So kind, so professional and just the cutest ever ! Tatianna was super friendly and was so courteous, she was consistently making sure that I was doing alright and was making sure I was okay and comfortable while she was tinting my brows and lashes. We chatted about spots to eat and it was overall such a fun and special experience and such a treat for me ! On top of all that the results actually blew my mind a bit, my lashes and brows turned out beautifully and exactly how I imagined and wanted. Tatianna started by consulting me in what I wanted to achieve with the tint and she totally listened and she totally delivered :)) Overall atmosphere of this shop is impeccable and you really do feel comfortable, listened to and well cared for by the staff ! I totally recommend Tatianna to anyone going in and I plan on being a regular of hers in the future, that’s my girl ! I went in again to model for Carolyn and again, the most awesome experience and treat for me ! Carolyn was amazing, she did a brow lamination and a full facial waxing and I just had full faith in her ability and trusted her completely with my brows. I haven’t experienced eyebrow waxing before, I had a wedding I needed to go to and was nervous when I walked in. Riley noticed I was feeling out of place and quickly made me feel at home. I explained what exactly I needed. Riley was able to understand and communicated what I wanted back to me so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. She was very kind and gentle. I thought it was going to hurt a lot more thank it did. I looked great for my wedding and learned that waxing is not just for girls. Last night, I had a wonderful wax appointment with Jackie. I was the last appointment of the night but it was the best experience I've had at benefit in years! It was nearly painless and she was very gentle. Amanda didn't do my services but she was there and made my friend and I feel very welcome and comfortable. Everything was clean and I watched them keep everything clean and well sanitized as well as instructing us through their safety procedures in a welcoming manner. I was very satisfied with my experience and my friend said she will book a wax appointment with them as well based on witnessing the wonderful service.

They’re really thoughtful about time for each of their clients (I know this because I was late the first time I stopped by and had to reschedule - it sucks a little when it happens to you BUT I know it’s super important for the rest of their clients and I’ve never had to wait when I arrive for my appointments.) The services and products here are great! I've been here twice for an brow tint & wax. The staff is very friendly. Even though they're trying to sell Benefit products on top of the services I never feel like that's the only thing they're interested in, which is nice. They're also very good about accommodating last minute appointments. The brow tints I've had done here were excellent and have lasted 4-6 weeks minimum. The stylist recommended a great shade for my brows that resembles the dark parts of my hair. I've always gotten quite a few compliments after - especially when I went with a darker shade. The wax was nice - very thorough. I might recommend having the upper portion threaded though. My skin tends to be sensitive to wax, so it's nice to have the option.

If you're on the fence, just go! They'll show you the "plan" beforehand and it's very much customizable. I legit have 12 eyebrow hairs and I'm SO protective of them. Mandy did such a good job evening things out and making my eyebrows look so much fuller. Learned a lot laughed a lot, left with a real eyebrow pencil so I can finally stop using my jet black eyeliner (😭). Highly recommend!

Got my brows waxed for the first time ever, I was a little clueless about how to tame my face caterpillars. Alex talked through what she was doing and was friendly, so i felt pretty comfortable with the brow wax. I was also clueless how to do my brows myself so Melissa(sorry if I got her name wrong) gave me a quick eyebrow lesson which I am grateful for! In Minnesota, I had THE brow lady of Minneapolis. She was professionally trained and worked for Vogue magazine for a few years before starting her own studio. That's right, a studio for brows?! A studio let me tell you, it cost me $70 w/tip each time I had them done. Needless to say when I moved to Chicago I had NO idea where to go that would allow me the same look. So I caved after a few weeks looking like a Muppet Baby, I went to the local nail salon. Lets start off by saying most of them double dip, and their wax strips are a one size fits all. They are quick and cheap, but anyone can do your brows at that rate. After many failed attempts to get my brows right, always too thin BTW... I went to Benefit after a quick trip to Macy's. The do brow mapping! Although my brows were crazy thin, I weathered the storm by taking 5 months to grow them out fully to start over and have my brows mapped the correct way. Totally wroth it! Going to the Benefit boutique is just a very fun experience, you can bring your dog, you can chat with all the locals. Ladies, if you can give your brows 5 months to grow back in, you will find that it was well worth the wait. Although this is a bit extreme, I didn't have to wait that long, I could have certainly gotten them cleaned up while waiting for them to grow in... Choice is yours!

Just got my eye trio done yesterday and my eyebrows are looking lovely. Courtney is actually the best person to go to but she wasn't available yesterday. My brow artist left a little dye underneath my eyes which Nikki the make up artist tried to clean up as best she could...usually not a problem though. Nikki is the stuff for make up and she will make you look pretty even after you have had hot wax ripped off your face skin. Good for those of us with light eyebrows who need some tinting to make us look like we have those fluffy guys.

Mandy did a great job on my brows and going back for second time. The comment before me makes me upset and just have to put my 2 cents in. Being in the service industry, I understand the importance of being on time to an appointment. If the day is booked up and with one client 10 mins late it just isn't possible to expect everyone else to move their day around because of your tardiness. Know the neighborhood and traffic patterns. If you don't, it is not their responsibility to cater to your needs. Seriously, who do you think you are? Bottom line, this place is a gem. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

My maid of honor and I came here for a pre-shower makeover and my guests couldn't stop raving about how radiant I looked. The boutique gets very busy on the weekends so be sure to make an appointment.

Riley helped me tame my eyebrows this morning. It was a month past due as there was some long eyebrows peaking out. I don’t mind going every 4-6 weeks but as mentioned I was past due. It was nice to go in the middle week as parking was easier than it would be on a night or weekend. Riley was super nice, friendly and did a great job. I do not like my eyebrows over the top coiffed. I prefer them to be cleaned up and trimmed. This was the 4th Benefit I’ve gone to and so far my 2nd fav - props to Evanston!
