I had my very first Brazilian wax yesterday with Kristina. She is a lovely person. Very professional. She made the experience comfortable and not at all awkward like I had imagined! She answered my questions and gave me opinions on waxing versus sugaring (which she offers both services at the same price point so I felt hers was a very unbiased opinion), products and ways to best take care of the area to prevent ingrown hairs, breakouts, etc. Check in and check out was wonderful as well. This place is the best spa around. Incredibly clean, relaxing and peaceful. Nina is the absolute best for bikini waxes. I have been to several other spas for waxing and they leave a lot of hair and it starts growing back in a couple days.it won't even last for a week's vacation. The results here are the best and it doesn't grow back for months. Someone stated on here that they are way over priced compared to others in the area. I say you get what you pay for! I would rather pay more for a great result than pay less for a mediocre service. Cannot say enough good things about Nina and this spa! Highly recommend it. ❤

This is my favorite place to go for all of my spa day treatments. Excellent job at everything they do. I love the SNS nails. They last 3 weeks. And I especially love the eyelash extensions and tinting. Nina does an excellent job and is very professional! I've never had any problems! Would never go anywhere else for my needs. Everyone was so nice but I got a gel pedicure and the polish is streaky and the side of my foot (kinda near the pinky toe) wasn’t sanded at all, only my heel. My daughter also got a Gel manicure and her polish was streaky as well. She ended up peeling the polish off. Probably won’t go back there for a pedicure but I heard their other services are awesome. I don’t understand their pedicures. They don’t use a file? The charge is $48 but I didn’t get dry skin removal just a good nail polish paint job. The provider had to keep getting up to get the phone or accept payment from another guest. For the price I expected more.
