Wonderful customer service. Amber at the front is great and does a great job of keeping you informed of your appointments, and Tarren does a tremendous job of running this department. Sarah is my stylist and is very attentive to what I want my hair to look like and does a great job of making me and others comfortable when they come in. Overall, this is a fun office with great people that work in it!

I highly recommend Hairclub for men in Charleston, Wv.. I have wore hair pieces for a couple of years.. When I came here I was in shock.. I love it and I will never go without hair again.. The people are very friendly and they want to help you gain your self conscious back.. My Stylist Sarah Mego is awesome I will not let any one else do my hair but her..

Expensive but totally worth it. I don't know what men pay per month, but I pay around $350. The stylists are awesome and really love their jobs and clients. My only complaint is that getting appointments can be hard sometimes if you have a problem with your hair.
