I’m very lucky to live right down the street from Naked Peach on South Street! I’ve been going there for all of my hair removal needs for two years. NP is exceptionally clean. The staff members are lovely and very easy to work with, and the membership program is excellent. I’ve been taken care of by several professionals, all of whom are very friendly, efficient, and listen to your preferences. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was a first time customer who NEVER had a full wax. However, it was no where near as painful as I imagined. My tech was efficient & made sure I was comfortable during what she assumed could have been a difficult pull. Naturally products were recommended to help maintain my wax & restore better skin. I will come back & hope to take advantage of their monthly membership program which is GOOD .

My aesthetician is amazing!! But the business it’s self has been run consistently well even through the pandemic. The owner maintains a level of consistency in each location (I’ve been to two) you know exactly what to expect no matter what. I’m always torn on telling all my friends or not just because it’s so good I feel like I should keep them to myself, I’ve seen over crowding at other shops. Long waits, customer service goes down and they change. Not this shop though. You’re in and out but don’t feel rushed. You can honest to god book on a lunch break and not miss a beat. The ladies at south street and ridge are amazing, I’m sure the other location too. Become a peach card member and book! You’ll be back, for sure. I only wish they added facials back, but no worries I’ll be there once a month regardless.

The Naked Peach on South St is a 10/10 for me. Typically I go to a different location but they did not have any available appointments so I booked here. My wax specialist was V (highly recommend) she was so sweet and my wax was close to pain less, I didn’t know she was done when she finished. She was very kind and gave me great insight on waxing and techniques that help with the pain and overall care. The woman at the front desk I didn’t catch her name but she wore glasses, was very sweet and accommodating. Overall, I had a great experience at this location specifically and although it is further than my usual location I will be back!

From the moment I walked in; good vibes! I made it very obvious that it was my first time & I instantly felt relieved while speaking to the receptionist and workers. I thought I would leave traumatized by the pain but the tech Razia did a great job at getting things done. 😮‍💨🤦🏽‍♀️ I cursed a few times in Spanish but I swear on a scale of 1-10 ; 10 being the worst ; it hurt 3x like hell so that’s a 8.5 & the rest was smooth sailing so that’s a 6.5. Love this place! I went in for a brow wax & shape (a few minutes before my appointment) and took me right away! I was in an out in less than 10 minutes and Shayna did an excellent job on my brows. UPDATE: The peach card membership is reasonably priced at $35. Note that they have 10 day cancellation period. In other words, if you cancel within 10 days of a new month, you’ll still be charged for the next month. - - - I’ve been going here for about a year and a half. The waxing rooms are always clean. I’ve never had a bad experience. I once got my lashes done here for a special occasion and they didn’t turn out quite how I wanted. I let the staff know and they fixed them for me that same week free of charge. The girls behind the desk are professional and quick to help. I love that they offer a skin care line as well. The avocado oil is a must have for post waxing! Happy to support this local business 🙂

This was hands down the best Brazilian wax I have ever gotten. It was so quick-15 minutes- and less painful than any other waxing experience I have had. I have extremely sensitive skin and am prone to ingrown hairs and irritation. I’m not sure if it was the technique of the wax itself or the products they recommended afterwords, but my skin is so smooth and I have not been irritated or ingrown at all. The staff were so friendly and professional and brought me both wine and water afterwords. I signed up for the membership card, which saves so much money, and will definitely be going back every few weeks. I cannot recommend this place and their products enough.

My experience at The Naked Peach was wonderful. For my first appointment, I was very nervous but Angie made me feel very comfortable. I was able to sit in with my sister just to see the process before I committed. They use a hard wax which only adheres to hair and not skin! I have very sensitive skin and it was not irritated at all after the process... just a tad bit tender. 😎I enjoy the fact that they have some small accoutrements in the waiting area and also a glass of wine after your treatment. Also, there is an array of services and natural aftercare products to choose from. After my second visit, I am now a committed member and I'm very pleased that if I miss a month, it rolls over instead of me losing it.

Awesome place to get any type of wax (eyebrows, underarm, legs, bikini and Brazilian). They are quick with text responses when scheduling an appointment. However they are so busy, it’s tough to get an appointment within the week so just make sure to call at least a week out. Highly recommend this place.

The naked peach is a great place to go for any type of wax especially a Brazilian. The staff are always welcoming and they have options to text or call for appointments. I try to always see Amanda to get waxed and she does a phenomenal job, is quick, and super kind. I've had other women as well and they are great too. A lot of people ask if it's awkward to get a Brazilian done and I tell them it's not at all here and everyone is professional. The monthly membership is super easy (always charged the 1st of the month) and any unused credit rolls over. Plus it's the cheapest and most reasonable I've seen. Their rehab scrub and bumps be gone kit is definitely a hot grab item as I've never used an exfoliator (for any part of my body) that works as well as the rehab scrub. And it smells good.

The only waxing boutique I acknowledge! I have been to several and The Naked Peach Waxing Boutique has everyone beat when it comes to cleanliness, after care products, customer service, and experienced estheticians. They’ve always kept the place clean and the waxing rooms were always fresh and clean too, but with COVID restrictions they’re taking additional steps which is a plus. The after care products are sensitive skin friendly, unlike *insert big name waxing establishment here* who has serums filled with harmful chemicals. The customer service is always amazing! The lady at the front desk is always so positive and accommodating. The estheticians know what they’re doing, are professional and they make everyone feel totally comfortable , whether it’s your first time or not. The peach card membership is a plus too! $35 a month for a Brazilian wax is a steal. Most places charge at minimum $50 and with COVID I’m sure the prices went up, so all around this place gets 5 stars from me! Cheaper waxes, better service. Can’t beat that !

I'm pretty satisfied with my waxing services considering seeing a handful of aesthetician at their South Street location. I have never felt uncomfortable during any of my visits. I always make an appointment and find that I never have to wait long. They are also accommodating if you have to reschedule. Sometimes, it's hard to get through to them on the phone. Been coming here since the February. Friendly staff & clean. Hand sanitizer is available by the door. You do have to fill out a covid release form before coming which is great. All staff wears masks properly. Cashless tipping is available. Would recommend. Never hard to find parking. I first came using a Groupon and have been coming back ever since. Amanda assisted me & she was amaaaaazing. my brows are super thick & full so I just asked her to “clean them up”. she honestly did such an amazing job. i was scared at first because it was my first time here but most of the other reviews were good. my appointment booking & initial check in for being a first timer there went smooth! i was in and out in 20 minutes tops only because they were behind schedule just a few minutes but I didn’t mind. all of the employees are super friendly & even offered me peach wine or water. I was almost 2 hours early for my appointment so my waxer suggested I try someone else so I wouldn’t have to wait. So, I saw Melissa and she was great! Told me to take a deep breath as she removed the hair and spoke to me the entire time. I felt no pain!!!! I would return!

I wanted to be excited. Like other reviewers have stated, the wait times suck. I had an appointment for 11:45 am and I wasn't called back until like 12:15-12:20 pm. I honestly planned my day for this wait so that was okay. I get back there, the lady Allyson was nice. She did seem a bit rushed, but I figured it was normal. This was my first time and despite the wait times, I assumed i'd still have a great turn out. The wax itself wasn't as bad as I had initially thought. My issue came when I noticed when i got home there was so much hair left over. I mean in patches. This upset me. I thought the point of waxing was to get it all. I purchased the membership too. I'll go back, but I'll want to see a different tech. I don't want a rush job that actually shows a rushed job. If im paying for hair removal, that's what I want.

I’ve been going to TNP for Brazilian waxes for a little over a year now. I have no complaints and would recommend this waxing boutique to others. Great atmosphere and they get you in and out. Gigi is my go to girl! She’s extremely personable and makes sure you are comfortable during your appointment. She pays attention to detail during waxes and even uses tweezers to get out smaller hairs. More recently, Gigi was booked so I had to book with Rozia. My wax was thorough, quick, and almost painless. Point being, you’re in good hands with any of the techs at this shop. Also great products offered for after care.

I started getting waxed by the Naked Peach Waxing Boutique about a year ago. I first started going to the Roxborough location and loved it. It takes no time at all and tbe people are very efficient. When I moved closer to center city I needed to change locations and it was no problem at all. The people there are always friendly and helpful if you have questions about after wax skin care. I loved it so much after my first appointment I signed up for the "peach card" (their membership program) that charges you $35 a month and gives you a choice of services or gift cards and discounts. I have never felt the need to shop around and I definitely recommend this place for all your waxing, facial, tanning, eyebrow needs.

So I went to get waxed yesterday for the first time since having my baby. I use to go to another lady but my friend raves about how much she loves naked peach so I figured I’ll give it a try. Well I have to say I’m not as pleased I got home noticed I still have hair not sure if it couldn’t be removed since it’s shorter or if it’s because the wax wasn’t set to the right temp. Every time Gena tried to pull off the wax it kept coming off really gummy to the point she had to change her gloves because how gummy it was. Even though I’m not pleased with my end results I will be trying the new location in 4 weeks I’m going to give them one more try before canceling my membership. Hope this time is better!

I had bought a Groupon for this place without every going here. I had Brian as my wax tech. Getting a Brazilian wax KILLS but Brian made it much less painful. The Naked Peach uses hard wax instead of strips, which hurts way less. But Brian also used techniques to help the experience be as pleasant as possible. The wine at the end was a plus! I’ll definitely be back.

I originally gave two stars, because I wasn't pleased with the services and lack of appointment times. However, they have opened a third location in Queen Village, and although, I don't think I'll go back for services, I do believe this will alleviate the other stores time constraints. I am giving 4 stars because I love the products. However, I do ask that instructions be included with the products, or placed on the website. The Naked Peach recently released a mask, and no one at the front counter could tell me how to use it, so I did not purchase it. The Walnut scrub is excellent for the bikini area (prevents and eliminates in-grown hairs)and I use it on my face. I am 15 weeks pregnant, and occasionally I'll get pimples from hormones (my skin is usually very clear, but we all have moments when our face turns on us, haha). I use the scrub 2-3 times a week and it keeps my face clear, smooth and vibrant. It clears out your pores without being harsh. There is some redness after, but it is gone by morning. I also love the vitamin C moisturizer for your face and neck; especially under my eyes. It smells delicious and eliminates puffiness. There are so many skin products out there, and they are ridiculously expensive. TNP offers products that work and are affordable.

I absolutely adore the staff of The Naked Peach. I love the way the techs handle my services. I've had friends come with me on occasion and they've chosen to Continue with the waxing boutique. I don't understand how some people feel rushed. I call it efficient. Not for anything when I get a Brazilian it's better for me if they go quickly. They are all properly trained in the best ways to remove hair so I never have problems here. Only problem I ever had I did to myself because I overused a product that im obsessed with, the Peach oil. I just cant help it. That and baby face moisturizer. Omg and the walnut scrub. Its hard seeing harsh reviews because it seems anymore people don't understand how difficult it is to run a business. Anyone who truly knows the staff knows the owner genuinely cares for all clients, as well as the manager and techs. At least they are involved in finding out what customers feel and take what is said and use it to improve. Constructive criticism is one thing, but I find it hard to believe that some of the people so quick to trash the boutique would last 10 minutes with the demands of a salon with such client volume. I could go on for days! I've had the pleasure to work with the owner, as well as Amanda and Cindy. Cant wait to work with more staff. God bless this business and please don't ever leave! I need you! And I haven't had a single complaint when I come home with a fresh brazilian. Amen. Lol;)

Honestly after hearing good things about this place I decided to go here for my first wax I was referred to the ridge ave location but they were booked so I went to the south st location...( 1st mistake ).... the service I received was horrible!!! The tech (in the first room) rushed through my wax after being told that it was my first time waxing 😒 I was left with patches of hair all over the place... I was not given a mirror to look at the finish product nor was any info given on after care all I was told is to get dress and that they got paid off commission and tips 🤨! The lady seemed to be in a rush so I just grabbed my clothes and dressed as quickly as possible so I could get out of her way remind you the whole time never seeing my end results (2nd mistake). The CSA at the front desk forced me to buy products and didn’t give me any kind of information packet on how to use the things I was purchasing and there’s no directions on the bottles(3rd mistake) . Once I got home I rushed to the nearest mirror to look and I was highly disappointed! I called them and was told to come back the next day to get it fixed But I was disappointed I opted not to go back there ever again Update.... The manager Sarah reached out to me almost immediately after I left my review she was very pleasant and informative... She explained why some of my hair didn’t come off being as though this was my first wax.... Also she offered to fix my problem and I honestly appreciated that gesture I will be returning to give them another try... Sarah seems really dedicated to her business and she didn’t make me feel like it was all about the money so 5 stars for Sarah and her customer service skills im looking forward to my next visit

Didnt realize how good i had it at the Naked Peach until i tried European Wax Center( only tried EWC because i moved out of philly). The Naked Peach gets ALLLL of the hair. The Naked Peach moisturizes your waxed area when finished a brazilian and even offer you some wine. The rooms are dimly lit for the client but the tech has their own light to make sure they are getting everything. The membership prices are WAY more affordable than EWC and they 10xs more services. I just wish the Naked Peach would expand and set up a shop in Harrisburg! ❤❤😍Either way, i will make this 2 hour drive back to philly now just to be taken care of THE RIGHT WAY.

I love the membership and how they keep you on track to get waxed lol and shoutout to Vivian she makes your wax painless as possible. They also offer you water or wine and cookies once you are finished.

I loved everything about my visit. The staff was so friendly and helpful and my waxed Kate was amazing. I’ve gotten waxed lots of times and can say that that was the least painful and most enjoyable experience. Due to nerves I’m a sweater and for good reason, I’m literally paying someone to rip the hairs down to the follicle out of my skin! But she used powder (only the best do) and there was a fan down there! It was so fast and she got everything. I’m used to following behind the person and asking to get the hairs they missed but there was nothing that was missed! I love this place and will be going back since I got the membership 😊
