Cannot say enough good things about Laser Remedy and the laser hair removal results I’ve experienced. Always professional, clean, friendly and easy to schedule. I have gotten several different packages over the years and have introduced several friends to their services, all with great results. No empty promises or false claims - I brought my daughter for a consultation and they were very honest with her that it would likely not work on her skin tone, which we both appreciated. Worth every penny!

I love this place!!!! The staff are amazingly nice. The owner goes above and beyond to listen to your needs and wants, I never met anyone like her. I was recommended from my sister to go to laser remedy and this is one thing I don’t regret. Did I say that the results are exceptional, no more hair whatsoever. I have been going to this place for the past two years and absolutely love the results! I have very fine hair but since starting my treatments, my hair barely grows back. I don’t have to shave that often (obviously hormones play a role) and at this point I’m coming in for maintenance. The staff is always so friendly and Larissa is just the best! This is hands down the best medispa in philly. I looked into chain laser hair removals locations and their prices were insane! They'll use "unlimited package" to try and get you to spend more but you can get 3-4 packages at Laser Remedy for their price. I just finished one package of brazilian and underarms and I would say I'm like 85-90% hair free. So so so pleased. Everyone's hair growth is going to be different but I'm so happy with my results.

This is legitimately the BEST laser hair removal spa, both price wise and result wise—and trust me, I’ve tried numerous places in both NJ and PA. The entire office is so clean and beautiful, and every staff member I’ve spoken to has been super sweet and informative. Nurit, the owner, and Nina, my technician, are immensely helpful and professional with each every treatment. From promos and bundling packages to addressing your tolerance with the laser, each visit is ‘relatively’ pain free. Even with the Covid procedures in place, the ladies at the front desk are quick with scheduling appointments, check-ins, and getting you in for your treatment(s) at your scheduled time. I never thought I’d want laser hair removal but I’m happy I gave it a try. As results vary depending on a handful personal factors however, after 4 treatments to my shoulders/back and 6 to my scalp, very few hairs remain. Laser hair removal is definitely something to consider if you find yourself frequently shaving and/or waxing certain areas and these are the ladies you want to go to if you want to save yourself time, money and effort in the long run.

I recently went for my first visit. I was nervous because I’ve never had laser hair removal before and because of my deep skin tone. but during my consultation, Gina (?) explained the pre- and post-care processes. I was also given the chance to ask any questions. She let me know that it wouldn’t hurt and since I get waxed, i had nothing to worry about. And she was right! Nurit came in very enthusiastic, and told me to relax. I received treatment on my upper lip and chin. It was super quick, less that 5 minutes! It didn’t hurt, the sound of the machine is what caught me off guard but other than that, I was a great experience.

Dr. Francis, Nina & the staff here are top notch. I am an RN who is conscientious of my aging skin. Dr. Francis knows what he is doing, regarding the anatomical facial/neck muscles, nerves & vessels. His awareness of needle placement to eliminate pain, reduce swelling while getting the optimal result is prioritized. I am befuddled by a few reviews that rate this office lower b/c of its location, size, etc. No, there is not a roomful of reclining chairs in CC and staff who are showering you with rose but, that does not diminish the quality of care. It is clean, quaint, comfortable in a safe, well lit corner office in No. Liberties. Front office staff are welcoming, professionally dressed in black & are beautiful. Dr. Francis’ assistant, Nina is trained well, knowledgeable & has a sweet, calming demeanor. Dr Francis is not pushy and does not to upsale you on site. He is honest about what treatment plan will give you the best result. He is trying to help me make the best decisions for my skin, both short term and long term. You will be happy you made this choice..

I really can't say enough about this place. I bought my 20 yr old daughter a underarm package 2 years ago. When I took her in for her first visit, she had such a great experience. The staff was so friendly and reassuring. The owner was there and she asked me if I wanted to try it myself. With little encouragement, I was signed up and she even began my treatments herself that very day. I have seen amazing results, I rarely have to shave my underarms at all. What is there at this point are very few thin, fine hairs. Same for my bikini. I am so hooked on laser hair removal, I started a session of full legs. I actually saw results after 1 treatment. I have never been able to get a smooth shave, and already after 2 treatments, I am seeing a difference. I recommend this spa, not only because the quality of the laser is obviously top notch, but the place is immaculate, and the staff are more than courteous and competent. They really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door, offering wine or water. The owner Nurit always asks about your progress and wants to know how you feel it is going. The technicians are extremely gentle and knowledgeable, always explaining the procedure and answering any questions you might have. Again, I would and often do highly recommend this spa to anyone looking laser hair removal.

The place is very clean, they use disposable bed sheets and change for every client. The front desk staff are very professional and cordial (I had to change my appointment once very last minute, they didn't fuss over, they accommodated me without making a big deal out of it). The laser technicians are great! I have worked with three ladies in the past year for about 10 visits; Once you meet them, you immediately know you are in competent hands. The prices are reasonable, specially if you purchase your package while they offer promotions (they even offer payment plans in instalments I believe). And most importantly the result of treatment is great because of the device they are using and perhaps the expertise of the technicians. I have been very happy with the results and I highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend, the prices are fair in comparison to others. I now have significant hair loss in both my Brazilian and armpit area. I was told up front I may need to get 2 packages (6treatments), which I will be getting but right now I would say I am 75% hairless. I appreciate the honesty.

This beautiful spa is extremely clean, professional and all the estheticians are very informative and specialize in all skin types (I am African American). The owner is very personable, engaging and will answer all your questions and personal needs. I will not get my laser hair removal anywhere else. They are high end busy spa; however, they always have calendar openings to fit your schedule. They are open on Sundays. You never wait and you are greeted and offered wine and water upon your visit. I love the results on my chest, but my back is slower results, at my consultationn they suggested multiple packages. Overall the place still great . had laser hair removal on my neck because of severe ingrown hair. This place is a life saver! I was super apprehensive to start laser hair removal because I have heard mixed reviews about it over the years. I called this place and spoke with Aleshia who was so sweet, answered all of my questions and set me up with a video consultation with Nurit the next day. Nurit facetimed me and assured me that I would love my results and calmed my worries regarding the pain level 😂 She knew her stuff and was super informative! I booked my first appointment two weeks later and had Larissa. She had such a calming presence and to be honest, I didn’t feel a thing! I’ve only gone twice and my results so far are exactly what they told me they would be during my consultation. The place is clean, staff is really friendly, responsive and I like that their hours work around my schedule. I’m literally telling all of my friends to come as soon as possible! This place is amazing. First off all the staff was so friendly as well as professional. I am now almost done my second package. After the first package about 50 percent of my hair was gone But now after my second package basically 90 percent is gone. I was told it would take about to full packages for the hair to be gone. I just finished laser treatment on my chin and jaw line and couldn't be happier with the results. Larissa was my technician throughout and she was professional and I enjoyed our conversations. I was always in and out. I don't think I was ever there more than 15 min wait time and treatment included. As a black woman I was concerned about burning and scarring because this happened to me at another establishment which is no longer in business, thank goodness. They have the proper equipment to properly treat women of color. I no longer have 5 o'clock shadow!!!! The owner is serious about her business and the results of her clients and will NOT let you have a treatment if you have taken something that could potentially cause harm to your face. She denied me a treatment once because i accidentally admitted i was taking a medication. She looked it up and told me No despite my willingness to sign not holding her responsible but she still told me No. After driving from NJ I was pissed but respected her for it afterwards. My initial visit was back in November 2019 -I think. I was desperate to get my whiskers remover FOREVER. I called the thick strands of hair on the corners of my mustache “whiskers”. I searched 1 year for the right hair removal place. I did tons of research. I read reviews. I then stumble across Laser Remedy. I read their reviews. I had read things about being burned and all kinds of crazy stuff. I am a woman of color, so I needed to read a review by a woman of color. I was sold by that woman review. I booked my consultation and everyone was pleasant. They informed me of everything. I paid and couldn’t wait to return for treatment. The treatment is quick. I think I smelled burnt hair or something. However, it was quick and painless. After about my 4th treatment, i didn’t have to shave as often. It’s now July 2020 and I went the entire COVID quarantine without shaving. They’re back open and I booked a visit to finish the rest of my upper lip treatments and I decided to do a Brazilian. Then I said I want my underarms. The owner was nice enough to show me her results. It’s the real deal! I paid for my Brazilian and underarms and already got my first treatment on July 15th. I know it’s money well spent because waxing is expensive over a year. And shaving is less expensive but makes those areas dark and have ingrown hairs. I invest in my body. I do what makes me feel good. Opinions don’t matter because I know what will make me feel better about me. This is the best money spent. I know my results will be here and I am so ready for it. Oh and the staff is AMAZING! I’ve had cosmetic procedures and the wait time for post op care and consultation could be over an hour at times. I never waited longer than 10mins to be served. So if you read my super long review, just know that you too has stumbled across the right laser treatment center.

I was shocked when my first session was done in under 15 minutes, and was way less painful than waxing. Awesome staff! I just had my first appointment today. I went in to have a consultation (so they could look at my skin and see where laser would work best) and I wanted to have them do a test spot to make sure my skin wouldn't react badly to the laser. About an hour later I walked out with my underarm and upper lip lasered. I didn't intend to start my treatments today, but after speaking to Nurit and chatting about everything (not necessarily about laser hair removal, we got incredibly off topic) I was ready to pull the trigger. She made me feel very comfortable with the treatments and made sure I understood everything before we went into the treatment room. It was very clean in the treatment room, Nurit cleaned the protective eye gear directly in front of me and they do have a covering for the treatment chair that they change for each person. The waiting room is very relaxing but modern too. It also has wine and water bottles if you are thirsty or need some pre-treatment courage! Lastly, the treatment itself was not bad at all. It is more painful in the areas where you have more hair follicles, but the treatment goes by so quickly that it's nothing. I am super excited to go back next month for my next upper lip treatment! I've been going to this place for about a year now and let me say, I love the result of hair removal. I've had both a bikini and now started a full leg package and couldn't be happier. I would say I've had great experiences every time, up until the last couple of months. My complaint is the past couple times my appointment has been late. Today I was scheduled at 530 and arrived at 515, hoping I'd possibly be taken early or at least on time. But I didn't go back into a room until about 550. My other complaint is my particular technician today was rude. I've had her one other time and noticed that she was rather cold and indifferent, but today was worse. She's been doing my full leg treatments, which do take some time and I would expect some friendly small talk would be included in the treatment, but I learned at my last session with this technician, that it wasn't. But today she told me that I had a lot of sun exposure and essentially quizzed me on being in the sun. Now mind you this has happened before about a year ago, where I had went to the beach and had a little sun burn. (Which I gladly admitted to.) But this time, I can assure you that it hasn't happened. I told her I haven't been in a bathing suit at all this season. And she proceeded to quiz me about whether I had been outside, at any barbecues or sitting outside at all, which I hadn't. She even pointed to my thighs and said "you must see the different color." I told her I run from time to time outside and she told me that was the cause. She ended up going through with my treatment, but it was obvious she didn't believe me. The whole conversation was relatively offensive. Luckily the other technician who i usually have is warm and friendly. Update: After submitting this review, the owner of the salon did call me to discuss the issue further. She apologized for her employee and informed me of changes and improvements she was making to insure there would no longer be an issue. It was much appreciated.

I had been getting bikini waxes for years and was starting to get tired of the rising cost of waxing. When I complained to a friend of mine, she told me she was going to Bare Skin Laser MedSpa for laser treatments, and the results were great. I decided to give it a try. At first I was too scared to get my bikini area treated, so I started with my underarms. The results after just one treatment were amazing, and the discomfort from the treatment was only slightly more than from waxing. During my next couple of visits, I signed up for legs, brazilian, lip, and chin. Next month is my final treatment. The results have been incredible. My bikini area treatments ended several months ago, and I still only have a few stray hairs remaining. The amount of money I spent on bikini, underarms, legs, and face is less than what I would have spent on 2 years of bikini waxes, and now I never have to pay for a wax ever again! I never expected to do laser treatments, but now I am so happy that my friend recommended Bare Skin to me. I will be saving so much money by not needing bikini waxes, and I also only have to shave a few stray hairs on my legs and underarms about once a month. I recommend going to Larissa, but the other technicians are very good too. During every visit I have been able to get the parking space right in front of their door, so going there by car is stress-free. The staff is always friendly and always makes sure that I haven't had antibiotics or major sun exposure in the past 30 days, which may make treatment unsafe. I would recommend Bare Skin Laser MedSpa to anyone who is fed up with waxing and wants an inexpensive (in the long run) and more permanent solution to hair removal.

Oh, and the staff and techs are nice and informative, and give you squeezy stress balls if you're a wuss like me. It doesn't hurt thaaaat bad, it's more mental. If you have been shaving and getting bumps, or waxing and are sick of growing out your hair between waxes, I highly recommend trying laser hair removal. Add up all your waxing appointments and you'll see that lasering works out to be cheaper in the long run. Make sure you shave before your appointments and stay out of the sun or tanning booth before you go. They ask you all sorts of questions during your consultation to be sure you are in tip top laser shape. I think they also offer a bunch of other services too based on the brochures I've seen.
