Kaitlin was very quick and made sure I was comfortable during my appointment. She went out of her way to accommodate my 9 month pregnant belly laying in my side and propped the bed to make sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be back soon.

I’ve been going to this EWC for a few years now and I am so happy my best friend convinced me! The staff are friendly and you can tell they work hard to keep this wax center clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for a waxer, Kaitlin is phenomenal! She is easy to talk to, always does her best to make sure your comfortable, and results are fantastic! Don’t wait any longer, just book that first appointment!

This is my go-to spot for waxing services. Kim in Burlington is great and always provides a quick & painless (as possible) experience. EWC uses hard wax which I personally find to be more comfortable than the soft wax / strips. They run promos a few times a year where you can get a bunch of services at a discounted price. I took advantage of this type of promo as a new customer, and got a great deal. They're very good at reminding you about appointments and are understanding if you have to reschedule. Love EWC.

Kaitlin is awesome and very thorough. Super fun time when I go in, lol. I told her she gets better everytime. Even for the lip she gets all of those little hairs and I come out looking amazing. 10/10 recommend Kaitlin if you happen to go to EWC.

Kim was wonderful as always. The person at the front desk was not, however. She did not acknowledge me at all when I entered. When I was checking out she didn't ask to schedule my next appointment. And I later noticed I had points to redeem which she never mentioned either.

Leah is really very good! She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable! She is also fast, so it’s over quickly like when doing a Brazilian but she is also very proficient, and really cares about the finished look! She makes sure it is what you want and that you are pleased! She always double checks her work to make sure it’s perfect and she didn’t miss any hair! I highly recommend her!

Jen has been waxing me for the last several months and she has been amazing. My eyebrows are coarse and unruly and she makes them look fantastic. She is professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about skin care and hair removal. You can tell she really takes pride in her work (she was even super sweet to my toddler who was a mini hurricane in her room)! I highly recommend EWC Burlington and especially Jen. Happy to have found them!

I had Kaitlin M. for my first wax here and the experience was great! She was very gently and calming as I was a little bit nervous. She was quick and efficient, got my legs and underarms done in under a half hour. I will definitely be back!

Great place ! I’ve been going here since October 2020. Leah does a great job, she takes her time on each eyebrow & than processes to do my lip. She takes really good care of you and makes you feel comfortable❤️. I had my other appointment today , unfortunately they put me another specialist to do my eyebrows/lip and didn’t tell me that, she didn’t do a good job👎🏻 she was doing my brows & lips at the same time in a rush, when Leah doesn’t do that! She didn’t even wait for me to leave the room to take her apron off and removed the paper from the bed, even my husband noticed the bad job they did today. When I was coming out of the room I saw another specialist in the room in front sitting in the bed with her feets up and on the phone. One of the front receptionist didn’t even wait till I completely came in , when she told me I needed to pay the amount I had due and I already knew I had to pay because I spoke to one of them on the phone 2 days ago and told them I was gonna pay when I had my next appt(today) and told me it was ok that I could that. I would give it 5 starts just for Leah and the place because is very clean, the other workers suck! So I recommend you to ALWAYS ASK FOR LEAH!!!

I’ve been going here for my Brazilian for a few months now. I love the atmosphere and I always leave pleased with the service. My favorite waxers are Mia and Danielle. Very personable and they do a great job with removal. However, one less star was given for this review because I was informed that the student wax pass was no longer offered in split payments and all had to be paid upfront which defeats the purpose of a student pass. As a student, I found that option most reasonable and since it has been altered I am considering going elsewhere.

I had my very first wax with Alana, and she was absolutely wonderful! I was nervous and had no idea what to expect, but Alana effectively communicated to me which products she would be using and what she was going to do next for the entire appointment! She is highly professional, conscientious, and friendly. I will be booking all of my future appointments with her for sure, she is great at what she does!!

I cannot say enough good things about EWC!!! I have incredibly sensitive skin and their wax is the ONLY wax that doesn’t make me break out or give me hives. The Burlington location in particular is the absolute best of the best. I LOVE Leah and Leah loves what she does. She is such a sweetheart and is SO talented.... somehow makes getting a Brazilian quick (literally less than 15 minutes!) and (almost) painless. The front desk staff and manager are super sweet too and you can tell it’s a good team atmosphere. (Today they had a cake just because it was Friday - how cute is that!!)

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I’ve honestly never had anything but a perfect experience! I’m always taken right on time (even when I’m running late). And I’ve seen multiple waxing specialists there and all of them have been incredible!! Professional, personable, and they make you feel comfortable no matter what service you’re getting. My last waxer was Kaitlyn and she was probably the most thorough and meticulous person I’ve seen! She checked in with me multiple times about the wax temperature, how I was doing, if I needed a break, etc. And appointment availability is not an issue at all - I’ve always been able to get a same day spot if I need to. 10/10 would recommend!!

I regularly go here for my eyebrow and/or lip waxing. I usually went with Ashley or whoever was available during my busy schedule, and all are absolutely amazing. Such great personalities and great work each and every time. The oil they use in the end smells like pure bliss, always worth every time to get such a great experience. The results are absolutely long lasting, obviously depending on what hair type you have.

I’ve been to a number of EWC and this was definitely one of my best experiences. I booked a last minute brow wax with Kaitlyn. It had been a while since I had my brows done because I just moved back to the area and I was nervous to get a wax because I’ve had bad experiences. I loved my previous waxer but needed to find a new one. Anyway Kaitlyn was amazing! She was so sweet and easy to talk with, and didn’t judge my messy brows haha. They came out great! Very happy with the final result, she even got my stubborn little hairs. Ill definitely be back here!
