I got my eyebrows done here with Jasmine. Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. She took her time to make my eyebrows look beautiful. The appt took about 25 mins which is the longest waxing I’ve ever had, but nice bc I knew she cared. I didn’t realize this place sells a lot of products too so they try to sell you makeup/products. I personally liked it bc I was looking for a new brow product. See my before & after pics. Overall great experience and I will book here again.

I came here for a makeup and eyelash appointment before a wedding. Heather did an amazing job with my makeup and lashes, and it lasted all night even through crying at the wedding! She was great at listening to my makeup preferences and my indecisiveness and created such a beautiful look for me. I highly recommend Heather for makeup and any other services. I also love that the fee goes toward makeup product purchases, so I was able to grab a couple products that were used on my face with Heather's recommendations. I'll definitely be back for any future events I have in the city.

I had a great experience at this Benefit location! They transformed my brows through the lamination treatment - 2.5 weeks in so far, and my brows are still looking great! Personally I would probably skip the lash tinting, it felt like it didn’t last long enough for the cost and time to have it done. But the brows- I am hooked! Thanks again!!

I cannot say enough good things about Benefit and Heather’s team at the Charles Street location! Heather specifically has been doing my eyebrows (I started with wax and have since moved to threading) for about 7 years and I trust her implicitly. She is thoughtful, careful, kind, and always welcoming. With her help, I have also started to broaden my makeup collection by choosing items that help brighten my face and compliment the wonderful work she does to clean up my messy eyebrows. I feel confident at the end of every appointment and a little bit better about myself because of the positivity Heather has given me!

Saw Heather for the first time on Saturday. My previous brow stylist messed up and gave me a bald patch I have been trying to grow out for two months and I was nervous about seeing someone new. I’ve been coming here for years and they recently started offering brow lamination! I’ve been wanting to get it done, saw that Benefit was starting to offer it and that’s what made me commit. Every service I get is amazing and this is no exception. I love how I can still get my brows waxed and tinted with this service - this just takes them to the next level! I saw Heather, per usual, and she is just incredible. To say she is a master of her craft is an understatement. I call her Boston’s brow queen :) If you’re looking to get a brow lamination, I highly recommend going here.

AMAZING! Heather and her team are incredible humans and soooo good at what they do: from technique, to suggestions, to customer service. I came in a few weeks ago and got my brows laminated, which was a positive experience, considering I was a bit nervous getting them done for the first time. They came out great and still look fab. It totally refreshed my face. Just a note to those who do want the laminating service: You cant get them wet for 24 hours! So plan accordingly. Thank you, team!!

I recently had a spray tan and an eye-brow appt this month and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! Elise was the associate who helped me and she was amazing. I am very fair-skinned and my spray tan came out PERFECT! Also, my favorite part of the spray tan was actually the dry-time; there was no sticky residue left whatsoever. During my eyebrow appt, she went over how she was shaping my eyebrow, what colors she was using and tips and tricks to maintain my eyebrows the way I liked them. I felt very comfortable with her and was truly very pleased with my results. Heather, the manager, was there too and she was an absolute doll to chat with. I would definitely go back to this location. Thanks so much again!

I’ve been getting the brow wax, tint, lash tint combo with Sevasti for a few months now, and not only does it always come out great, but the service is amazing. I have super sensitive skin and eyes, and Sevasti is always extremely understanding. As far as Benefit boutiques go, this one is decently sized with private rooms in the back for waxing services. The displays are nice, with good lighting and a positive feel. Everything is hygienic, and the women who work there are very kind, knowledgable, and skilled at their job.
