Jaclyn Duff was awesome!! She made me feel super comfortable! Definitely should have gone in sooner because my hair was way longer than required. Little more pain due to me not going in sooner but overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. I used to get waxed and I ran into issues with the waxer breaking my hair, resulting in less time between waxes due to breakage. Sugaring is the way to go!! My skin wasn't irritated like with waxing! Super quick too 🥰🥰🥰

I went in today for my first ever Brazilian waxing with Meg. She was very sweet and the upmost professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and did an amazing job! My anxiety was pretty high going into the appointment, but Meg made me feel very comfortable and her calm demeanor eased a lot of my awkwardness. I highly recommend her! She was super nice and explained the whole process which made me feel very comfortable! I didn’t schedule a second one quite yet due to it being my first time. But I do plan on coming back!

First time receiving services from Hello Sugar and I have never felt more comfortable receiving a Brazilian wax! The place is clean, decrete, and classy. The communication is conducted via text message with an actual employee. Jaclyn was absolutely a sweetheart. She was straight and to the point, plus completely honest about services, recommendations, and when to follow up. They are flexible and willing to work with you on scheduling. Not to mention they have a great membership that does not require a contract. I have another appointment soon.

You have option to use hard wax or sugar wax. I preferred hard wax much faster and clean. They use a menthal cream afterwards to decrease pain.

There was a slight hiccup at the beginning of the appointment where I saw another person go into the room during my time. I really wasn't sure where to go, calling the contact number turned to a slow texting process that went nowhere. I finally checked the door to the suite again and it was open! From that point everything was wonderful. Jaclyn was so lovely and professional. She was informative to a very body self conscious first timer, and patient with all my questions regarding future appointments. This was a nerve-wracking 1st time venture and I feel good about returning.

As a woman, you hear the horror stories about getting waxed down there, but my experience definitely wasn’t a horror story. This was my first Brazilian, so I was a bit nervous about it, but Priscilla was an absolute gem. She talked me through the process while she was doing her job, and also asked me questions to take my mind off the “pain” of the strips.
