So glad I found this place! I had a very bad experience at LA Bikini (a lot of pain from the lady making 2 pulls each time instead of one, and lots of hair left on me). I almost decided to forget about sugaring completely. I read reviews about Sugaring NYC and decided to give it a chance. My sugarista was great and made the process so easy and so much less painful. I've already booked my next appointment and plan to continue going to this location.

The price is reasonable and I booked another appointment for 4 weeks. You won’t be disappointed and I highly recommend this business.

BOOK LUCY BOOK LUCY BOOK LUCY!!!! Today was first ever waxing experience, and it was the best! Met this wonderful girl named Lucy and she made my experience fast with ease! Very friendly, professional, and polite. Made sure she let me know what she was doing every step of the way, and literally talked me through the entire process which I enjoyed! If the first waxing is the worst I can’t wait to come back ;)

As a Marine Veteran, I felt comfortable and respected there. They have mask available as they are required during your visit. The workers are very courteous. They also have wipes in case you need to freshen up a bit. There does come some pain, but nothing unbearable.

Lucy provided the best brazilian hair removal I’ve ever had! She has a gentle touch and a nonjudgmental attitude which was quite refreshing. She also doesn’t try to shame you into coming more often than you can afford. In fact, SugaringNYC offers 10% off of your appointments if you book them regularly—a big enough incentive to keep an infrequent client such as myself coming back on the regular! Win-win!

This was my first Sugar wax ever and my experience was with Lucy! I love how clean and beautiful it was here. Lucy was very friendly, professional, and patient. She did a great job with my wax, I left hairless! I’ve only had a European wax and I believe Sugar waxing results are more effective. I will return.

Such a nice atmosphere! The pink is a great touch and from the time you walk in to the time you leave, you feel welcomed and appreciated. They are following CDC Covid-19 guidelines and that makes you feel more safe and appreciated. The technicians are trained and take their time. I have gone back because Julie F. was so great! Make sure to make an appointment though, because they stay pretty booked!
