Office visit on 12/23/22 with Dr Ginsburg for a bad rash on my back. The prescription was supposed to be phoned to drugstore. Called drugstore to see if the prescription was ready. Drugstore has not yet received prescription 12/27.

I found out about smart lipo from a friend in February. I had no idea it was a non-invasive very affordable procedure. I always thought these types of procedures required anesthesia and stitches, (not for me😂). The staff is very comforting and walked me through every single detail. They do offer sedation but recommend trying without and I’m so glad I chose not to take it. I was able to begin walking as soon as the procedure was over. We walked two miles that evening and the following days. On Monday I was able to teach my aerobic class, I did wait a week to start back with abs. The compression was the most uncomfortable part, but I also needed it. My only regret is I didn’t research this earlier in my life. Thank you Dr. Ginsburg , Julie and the rest of your staff for such a wonderful experience.

Outstanding Service. I was on a recent vacation to the US from overseas and visited Dr Ginsburg for a quick mole removal from my face. Little did I know but despite my home doctors advice that it was nothing, Dr Ginsburg promptly diagnosed it as a skin cancer. Both him and his staff demonstrated warmth, professionalism and kindness throughout. It was safely and promptly removed fully and my scar 8 weeks on is almost invisible. They took great care in ensuring it was neat. Would highly recommend this clinic.

The facility is very clean, and they take COVID precautions seriously - check in from your car and currently no waiting room use. They are prompt and attentive and comforting with my recent case of a terrible reaction to poison ivy or something similar.

His PA is so personable and makes the scalp injections as pleasant an experience as it can be considering. Awesome check in process with calling from your car and only entering once a room is available and never have to wait long. All office staff friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I adore Dr. Ginsberg and his medical staff however, the girl at the front desk (Jillian) was extremely rude to me and made my appointment a hassle that should have never been a hassle. My partner just past away on the 1st, we shared a form of payment for medical procedures together. I made my appointment well before my partner past away and have been dealing with the loss of him for three days now. This has not given me enough time to get my own medical card for myself solely. Again, losing someone you love is hard enough and being treated like that, along with her attitude towards me was uncalled for. I hope they speak with her and that she has a better understanding of manners and attitude, especially when someone is dealing with the death of a loved one. Luckily Dr. Ginsberg was kind enough to give me time and apply for my sole insurance card. Thank you and I hope your front desk learns to have a better attitude. She isn’t the best representation for the great work they do at their establishment. And it seems I am not the only client who has had an issue with the receptionist (example below).

As a bald headed man I had extensive actinic spots on the top of my head as well as my hands. In the past I have had laser treatments and chemical peels. Dr. Ginsberg used a simple cream that was applied daily which produced amazing results. My forehead is smooth and soft without all of the ugly brown spots. I am tremendously appreciative. Dr. Ginsburg removed a squamous cell cancer from the lower right side of my face a week ago. It was the best experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. There was no waiting; all of the employees were super nice and did everything they could to make me comfortable; the office is the cleanest place I have ever been in and there is a calming slow-paced atmosphere in the office. However, the best thing about this experience is that Dr. Ginsburg did a super job of removing the cancer without creating a scar--this looks better than the last squamous cell cancer I had removed by a plastic surgeon. The whole procedure was done in the office. I could not be more pleased. Dr. Ginsburg will be my dermatologist as long as he is available.

I was going to get a chemical peel and he told me that I didn’t have enough skin discoloration to warrant one. How about that? I appreciate that he is candid and tells you what you don’t need, but can also make recommendations for other available and beneficial skin treatment options. There are no words to express how amazing Dr. Ginsburg is! Last year I went to a plastic surgeon for a consult for chin and neck lipo and had a horrible experience and it scared me away from procedure. My mom recommended I go see Dr Ginsburg since he did her Lazer lipo on her legs years ago. During my consult he made me feel super confident in my decision to move forward with procedure and I knew I was in good hands. I had my procedure in April I'm in shock at already how amazing I look. I could not be more pleased with my lipo experience performed by Dr Ginsberg!! He and Julie make an amazing team! Their professionalism and wonderful bedside manner made this experience totally worth while. I am seriously wondering what took me so long to pull the trigger and go forward with the procedure. I had done my research and after two kids and a few stubborn areas I was finally ready to go for it after my consultation. I went in for my consult last Wednesday and scheduled my procedure for this morning. I asked lots of questions to have a better understanding of what to expect. Julie forewarned me about the feeling of bee stings to provide the numbing solution and for me, it actually was not bad at all! Everyone will have a different experience and pain tolerance varies of course but after the numbing solution was put in at one point while Dr Ginsberg was working on my sides I was LITERALLY laughing!! I had absolutely no discomfort during the procedure nor afterwards. Julie has an amazing voice- the conversation was wonderful and all in all I keep asking myself ‘what took me so long!’ I was able to drive myself home and am currently experiencing no discomfort 5hours post procedure- just staying on a towel to absorb the drainage! Thank Dr Ginsberg for making this a memorable experience in the best way! Looking forward to the swelling going down and seeing the results after a while. If you are on the fence- this is your guy! Go for it! You will be glad you did!!

I've been using Dr. G for about 9 years now. Each and every time I walk out, I feel as it's 1) been done right the first time, and 2) he know what he's doing, always! About a month or so ago, I found something on my face, that I knew didn't belong there. Last week, Dr. G. cut off and biopsied it. The following day I got a phone call saying it wound up being a Squamous Cell Carcinoma. After doing a slew of research (probably something one shouldn't do on their own) Dr. G said, 'Calm down, and don't worry. If you gotta get one, that's the one you want!' So, yesterday morning Dr. G completed the procedure using what he called the 'Mohs Procedure' of removing it. Thankfully, he got all of it the first time. Talk about relief... 24 hours later, one wouldn't know I had anything done, other than the band aid (across the underside of my nose) a bit of swelling and now it's starting to turn black and blue. Trust me, if you need something dermatological, Botox/Fillers injections, etc., he's your guy! I promise you, he won't do anything you don't need done! And, he's the absolute best!!
